LadyChatts May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Everyone else that has been voted out was probably throwing stuff at their TV when they saw Ben give up. 4 Link to comment
KelseyNikki614 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Ben just explained his reasoning right there. He wants to be a 'good guy'. I think he also knows he can't win 6 Link to comment
vb68 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 It doesn't really count as a power move by Sarah if she got permission to do it. Kinda the opposite. 1 7 Link to comment
wallflower75 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Well, Tony, we don't get to see the human side of it ANYMORE because the Survivor editors decided we wanted more strategy, and more idol-hunting, and more twists. That's why we view it differently. 1 2 4 Link to comment
LadyChatts May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 I get enough tears during the family visit. I'm glad Tony is being a stone cold SOB that hasn't taken his eye off the prize, and that Michele and Natalie are still fighting. 2 Link to comment
Lamb18 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Oh no, more self-revelation from Sarah. And I bet Rob is rolling his eyes. Sandra would. 1 2 Link to comment

I get that he knows that he doesn't have a shot, but doesn't he want to try? Why bother being here if he's going to do this now? It's annoying, it really is. 11 Link to comment
Lantern7 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Even with Ben’s bizarre move, at least this isn’t as grimy as last season. 1 Link to comment

Yeah, and I don't really get why it's such a big move voting off Ben. I totally forgot Tony won immunity, but I wonder if Sarah would have went for it if he didn't. Still, Natalie must have struck a nerve that Ben thinks he can't win, and Sarah's already doing jury management. Edited May 14, 2020 by LadyChatts Link to comment
Lady Calypso May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Oh...snap, Ben and Tony seemed to vote for Michele. Now, I wonder if Sarah voted for Michele or Ben. Link to comment
Lamb18 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Ben is being brave. He is on his way to the scaffold. "It is a far far better thing," he says as he writes his name on the ballot. 2 Link to comment
Growsonwalls May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Michele has gotten a lot prettier on the island. Wow Sarah did it. 3 Link to comment

wallflower75 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 The, uh, discussion between Sarah and Tony should prove interesting. The way she's playing right now, she'll probably tell him that Ben told her to vote for him. 1 Link to comment
Lantern7 May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Can’t wait for someone to tell Natalie that Michele was safe. Link to comment
LadyChatts May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 I always thought Ben was a lousy winner, and this season solidified it. He just didn't want to get to the end and lose. I'll never believe otherwise. It wasn't easy when he wasn't in control and running things. I hope he never gets asked back. 16 Link to comment
violet and green May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Oh, this is not going to be a "satisfactory" winner. Link to comment
truthaboutluv May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Uh Ben you DIDN'T leave it all out there. You basically quit because I think he realized that Natalie was telling the truth and they have no shot against Tony. And so this way he gets to be the "good guy" Because that was bullshit. As predicted, Natalie played the idol for herself and all the votes would have gone on Michele and so she's out. Ben is apparently a fire making genius. So even if he didn't win Final immunity, he'd have a strong chance to make fire and win his way to F3. Dude just didn't want to get there and get the zero votes he realized was coming his way. And he's trying to shape it as some big magnanimous move. 11 Link to comment

willco May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 Maybe Ben just got tired of Tony's talking down to him all the time ? And, knowing he probably wouldn't win himself, decided to give Sarah a boost ? I don't know, maybe ? 1 Link to comment
truthaboutluv May 14, 2020 Share May 14, 2020 And good 'ol Michele is in the F4. I told ya'll that scene showing her and Rob discussing how undeserving a winner people thought she was, earlier in the season, was there for a reason. 2 3 Link to comment
