STFU Abby!  Sunny was absolutely right that the DNI should have his feet held to the fire for not going straight to Congress with the IG's report.  One thing people hate about us lawyers is our propensity to parse words and make things that sound straightforward to "normal" people seem complicated.  That's why when you ask a lawyer what you think is a "yes or no" question, 99% of the time, the answer is "it depends".  Frustrating but true.  But!  The words "shall" and "must" mean in the law what they mean in the real world.  No options, no opinions, no ifs, ands or buts.  So he was dead wrong to bring the report to the White House and DOJ (and I'm not even talking about how ridiculous it was to do that when they were implicated in the report) before sending it to Congress.  Point. Blank. Period.

She hates Adam Schiff and thinks someone like Joe Manchin should take his place; someone that, according to Meghan, can "convince Republicans" to come on board with impeachment.

No, Meghan. You're not a sitting member of anything related to the government. And none of them are looking to convince you of anything. The impeachment inquiry will continue to roll on without your input.

I agree with Sunny. Adam Schiff is doing an excellent job.

And STFU Abby. The Dems weren't painting the DNI as the "bad guy." They were doing their jobs and asking the right questions.

For all of Meghan's "I've been in politics all my life" and having a father who served in both the House and the Senate, she is so ignorant about how Congress works --Joe Manchin isn't even a member of the committee Adam Schiff chairs. 

Plus, I read that Pelosi has said there will be six House committees handling different aspects of this.  I'm not sure all of them will be having public hearings, but would Meghan need to approve of their chairs as well?

Something I noticed,  meghan referred to joe Biden and hunter, as if they did something wrong, but referred to trump "allegedly " making a deal with the Ukrainian president.  ALLEGED? Even the redacted transcript makes it clear.

Abby has a simplistic mind. She doesnt want Maguire to be seen as a bad guy, she talks about "other bad guys" in the White House, as though everything is so simple, just separate the good guys from the bad guys. Yes, Maguire has been a good guy, but in ths case, for whatever  reason, he screwed up, and committed a crime.

This! I initially laughed when she said it and I wish someone would've corrected her. They can't just switch places. That's not how this works, Meghan. That's not how any of this works. You're right, she's very ignorant despite her claims of knowing all things politics.

I did watch the hearing yesterday and Schiff was respectful but firm in demanding an answer as to why Maguire ignored the law and sought guidance from a subject of the complaint.

Ana seems so comfortable on that panel; she belongs there.   Everyone enjoys her presence and contribution:  The panel ( - one, perhaps 2), the audience most definitely, and the viewers.   Most of us anyway, because obviously not everyone loves everyone else.   That's fine. 

Nutty was noticeably subdued.   Hmmmm, I wonder why?  She is threatened by Ana.   Her knowledge.  Her popularity.   Her sense of humor.   Her ease at the table.   All the things that MM sorely lacks.

The House impeaches the President, charging him  with the crimes and the trial is in the senate where the senators will vote either to convict or acquit him.  Nutmeg needs to take a civics class about how government works.

This just confirms that she really does think Republican=Meghan, in any context, and why she thinks the other hosts are criticizing her when they say the word "Republican".

The House already has enough votes to impeach.  No Meghan or any other Republicans Representatives are needed. 

The Senate needs 67 votes for conviction.  There are 49 Democrats (although I don't know for certain that they would all vote in favor), and former Senator Jeff Flake said yesterday that there are at least 35 Republican senators who would vote for impeachment if they could do so anonymously(?!). The day before, Mike Murphy, a Republican operative (who once worked for Meghan's father), said he was told the same thing by a current Senator, except with the number of votes being 30. 

So it sounds like nobody needs to be convinced of the facts in order to vote to remove the president.  What's needed is a supply of courage.   Maybe the hearings will contribute to that.  It will also help that support for impeachment is going up in the polls, and that was before the release of the phone call "transcript" and the whistleblower complaint.

MeAgain was quite surly today.  I would be too if the stylists openly hated me enough to put me in sausage zebra dress.

But I imagine it has more to do with Ana's presence.  It was obvious enough but really apparent when Ana showed the dm from her husband re the Super Bowl, and Ana was joking about it with Joy, MeAgain did a giant eyeroll toward the audience.

Abby essentially repeated what she said yesterday about McGuire.  We didn't care then that you feel sorry for him and we don't care now.

Did MeAgain say she cannot stand Adam Schiff?  Sunny's comeback was fantastic and she clearly has undertaken an entirely new strategy with MeAgain.  I wonder if it unnerves her?

Why did MeAgain correct Sunny when Sunny related that the two of them had a convo about something?  MeAgain snarled that they "texted".  

I thought MeAgain was going to have another meltdown when she tried to get her talking points out but Joy insisted she answer the question.  Luckily Sunny answered it and MeAgain was saved from having to stomp off.

I wouldn't watch a show absent of Joy and Sunny, who are the only substantive hosts, IMO.  Without them, we have meandering Whoopi, mumbling and preaching on the topics that personally affect her.  To her left is Little Miss Sunshine, wearing her rose-colored glasses and a gigantic grin, scolding anyone who threatens her own private utopia.  Lastly, there's the rage-monster Princess of Arizona, whose lies, malaprops, and general ignorance of every topic, descends into a shrieking victim mentality.

Ana's a breath of fresh air for me, but I will admit it's because she's anti-Trump and makes Meghan's rage greater.  And don't for a second disbelieve that Ana treasures every moment of Meghan's misery.

I think Meghan thought that all the time had been blown for Ana and Sunny to toot their horns, and was upset that she was forgotten.  She couldn't immediately shake that off when she got a few seconds, so she just blurted it out.

I think I can make you feel better.  At 46, my hormones are battling it out to decide whether I am going to start entering menopause or not.  The hormones are out of control and this week turned me into a crazy person.  I got really mad at my Mom, , for no rational reason and as I was screaming at her (I am mortified that I did this) she says to me, "Why are you yelling at me, I'm sitting right here?"  😲  Sound familiar?  Yep.  This was the week I turned into Meghan fucking McCain.  The shame and horror is real, folks.  😱 😰

Megan's hatred of Adam Schiff is weird even for her. She hates him because her team hates him.  She is incapable of making an informed decision based on facts. I loved Sunny toying with Megan today over Adam Schiff. The audience was with her and Nutmeg was flustered.  Sunny has not forgotten, she is being nice to her professionally.
