Amy making her own dill pickle, dijon, "papareeka", mayo sauce.....

Oh YUMMY she sticks her finger into the sauce to do a taste test, suck that finger as you drag it out of your mouth, *burp* *gurgle* *make a sour face* hmmmmmmmm.... it still needs something..... ohhhh yess of course........ a SHIT LOAD of GARLIC POWDER!!

Oh and don't bother washing your spit covered finger just wipe it on a dry paper towel and carry on mauling the rest of the ingredients.  🤢

Seriously what the f**king hell?

Greasy mop of hair that looks like a drowned rat, enough garlic to knock dracula on his ass, dipping into the sauce with her grubby fingers and sticking them in her mouth 😲

I actually watched the video and she takes a plate full of raw patties to the stove, tosses them in the frying pan with her bare hands then starts moving them around and flipping them and laying the spatula back on the RAW MEAT PLATE in between flips!

I'm not a real fussy eater but I wouldn't eat anything she cooks, she has the worst kitchen habits and she always looks like she needs to have a shower and pin her hair back.

I have to be honest - I don't wear gloves in the kitchen when handling meat. Bare hands putting hamburger patties into the pan? I've seen that level of practice on Top Chef and Master Chef, and on a lot of cooking shows. Most of the time, chefs aren't gloved up. Spatula back on the plate is more of an issue, agreed, but it took me years to break my mom of that habit. But needing to be gloved merely to move the meat from plate to pan? Sorry, but if Gordan Ramsey can bare hand move one beautiful filet mignon from plate to pan to demonstrate how he gets a perfect sear on a medium rare filet, then I don't expect it from Amy either.

This in no way is endorsing her cooking or saying she's a good cook. The hilarious thing about Amy is that she seems to think no one else in America ever learned how to make basic American food menu items. If *I* know how to make it, and I am useless in the kitchen and grew up in the home of a cook who really wasn't very good at it and took no criticism of her cooking, then its a basic recipe and thats all Amy does.

Most likely it is. But it's just more proof that she doesn't have a clue, nor does she care, about editing her posts.

I mean, why would she have to care?

One of two things is happening with her posts. 1) She's doing them for fun and doesn't care about quality because she's doing what most bloggers and instagrammers do - she's keeping a public journal scrapbook, and lets the public look. Or 2) the postings are part of her social media empire and she's making enough money that she doesn't care about the small amount of complaints over grammar, spelling etc because the site is profitable. If it's not impacting her life and enjoyment... why should she change?

But she does have plenty of places where she could complain publically and doesn't. I mean, she doesn't complain about negative posts and she rarely acts on negative feedback....God knows there's been multiple sloppy kitchen complaints, and don't lick your fingers complaints and stop posting selfies complaints....never a comment or a change in the behavior. I really don't think she cares.

I don’t think Amy has much cared about anything. She’s always had a dirty house and kids running helter  skelter.

Now she has nasty cooking videos, can’t spell and looks unkept most of the time.

Chris hired a cleaning company so the house gets at least a cleaning now and then.

In just about everything Amy does we can all see she doesn’t care.

She’s pretty well set with the money Matt Roloff brought to the table so she can just do Amy!

Matt wouldn't have had the opportunity to take on money making opportunities if he hadn't had a wife tending him and his children. If he really didn't want to lose half his financial assets he shouldn't have moved to a state with no fault divorce. Why shouldn't she be well set with the money the marriage brought in?

I think Amy doesn’t really a damn what anybody thinks as long as the fudge money keeps rolling in.  I think she has her minions (Deb and Lisa) propping her up and she’s caught up thinking she and Chris are doing a reboot of The Wild One. I can see her using this line at least once on Matt as she toddled off with Chris after their first bike ride.

Meanwhile, she was probably talking to thin air because Matt had probably already hopped in the mule and took off wondering how many more months it was going to take her to clean the house.

Well, after 2 plus years of this ‘pandemic’ and allowing it to get the best of me, I’ve decided I need to, once again, take a little more care of me.  I felt stuck.  I didn’t really know what to do.  I needed a mission but felt lost.  Lord what do I do now?  I know these last two years were tough for many of you as well, in different ways.  But I’m grateful to have Chris in my life, getting married, a fabulous friend and business partner (Lisa) , friends in my life and Debi here who is rooting me on this journey of getting back to a healthier me in the mist of my love for cooking/baking.  Believe me, she can walk a whole lot faster than I and yet she stays at my pace so we can walk together.  Thank you friend @pdx1dls for asking me to walk with you.  I push myself, steady fast pace but I know it can never be as fast as hers but she stays with me anyway.  I’m thankful.  If these past 2 plus years showed me anything is this- own your life because it is a gift, own your choices, own your mistakes, own your success.  In turn be thankful, forgiving, keep hope alive, giving, keep on loving, show a little grace and mercy, say your sorry and mean it and don’t take everything so darn personally.  No one is perfect - that means me as well as you.  We will make mistakes.  I’m doing my best.  Like yourself.  I like me.  I know I need to get back on track and I’m grateful I can.  So thank you friends - hopefully you’ll cheer me on - I need to get back on track to a healthier me.  I’ll let you know how I do.  Thanks Debi for letting me walk with you, pushing myself, knowing you could go at a little faster pace.  Never give up on you, your family, your friends and most importantly don’t give up on faith in Jesus and God.  He knows, He cares, He loves you then, now, forever.  This is what has been on my heart  🤗♥️🎉🙏🏻. #healthierme #thankyoujesus #thankyoufamily #thankyoufriends
