Jenelle: Birther Of 3, Mother To None

Everyone knows Ensley does not have Down syndrome. Posts suggesting that she does will be removed and warnings issued. Posts such as these leave the impression that an arguably unflattering picture could somehow be construed as a child being disabled is considered ableist and is against the rules of the board.

He was accused of rape. Not even David and Nathan were accused of that, as far as we know.

David was too busy choking pregnant women and pushing them out of moving cars. He also shared a photo of Kaiser and mocked him for having his little hand down in his diaper and alluded to him playing with himself. That photo was removed by Instagram as it crossed the line into child pornography. There was a blind item about David implying he was a molester. I don't know if anything more was ever revealed.  We do know he calls Kaiser and Jace names such as "sissy" and he did refer to Kaiser as a "little bitch" because he was crying. Verbal abuse at its finest.

Nathan has a penchant for choking women as well, hitting them, and all the sort of things that come with DV criminal behavior.

Matt also has a decade or two on the other TM scum guys, so it makes sense he'd come off creepier/scarier/grosser. Give the scummy TM guys like David, Nathan, Adam, etc another couple of decades and (if they're still alive and not serving life sentences), you can bet they'll be on par with Matt (or worse) when it comes to scary-skeevy-creepy.

This. I think any one of the 4 could easily murder someone, but I think David, Adam or Nathan would do it on impulse, and Matt would currently be slightly better at hiding the body. Give the first three time.

Yes, that's the level of comparison to which we've been forced to sink, y'all! This show is doing things to me.

They are all equally horrible. Trying to compare them is like trying to figure out which is better, uncontrollable diarrhea or uncontrollable vomiting. These stupid girls have no brains whatsoever and therefore are magnets for any bad man who tells them they're beautiful.

Right? As scummy as Matt is for procreating so callously and leaving a trail of unwanted children in his wake, I've no doubts they're all better off without him in their lives.

That picture is just so ludicrous, knowing what was going on in the background.

And her legs look horrible.

I remember when we first saw this photo when it was posted here and the legs received a lot of snark. When the episode aired, I was looking at her legs and thinking how ugly they look. This is why you stick with a professional photographer. They can see things others can't in the photos.

Her legs look like those cartoon legs like what you would see on some characters in those Pixar movies - short, thick, and stumpy-looking.  Although I love this little guy in the movie UP, Russell's legs are similar to what I am referring to:

Wasn't that a variant of the standard NY/NJ "who do I have to screw to get this line moving?"  A figure of speech.  And I am not defending Matt, because eww.

I'm sure David thought his comment was funny.  He was wrong, and the whole thing was gross.  But given Instagram's interesting/troubled track record with removing photos it deems pornographic, I don't consider it a reliable arbiter on that subject, never mind child pornography, which in the eyes of the law is way more serious than regular pornography.

Are these two actually married?  Did they ever film/tweet getting their application?  Framing the certificate?  With all the other preparations you would think something would have been mentioned somewhere.  Did it happen and I just missed it?

I came to this thread and there were fifteen pages of new posts since my last visit and I apparently used up my likes in the Teen Mom forum because I received a message that I used my daily allowance when I tried to "like" here. I also quoted six posts, but only the two appeared, some were before and some were after the two posts, but think I remember thinking that I thought Jenelle had dead eyes in her 16 & Pregnant episode but not her childhood photo; wanted to chip in on having her fallopian tubes removed, since even though I don't think the government should be able to force people to be fixed, I think we viewers should; that I use "he and Jenelle" like "dramastically" as a Jenelle-ism since she always misspeaks that phrase; and that I was going to break down and watch this episode, even though I know it will be heartbreaking. And I just remembered the long post I was going to make so I'll start a new post for it so it can be skipped if no one wants to read my diatribe since this post is also long.

Also, is Kaiser on Medicaid? WTF. She makes a quarter million dollars.

My sister lives in North Carolina and qualifies for Obamacare. The program for children up to 18 or 21, I can't remember which, is administered by the State Medicaid program, even though she has co-pays, which I believe is determined by your income, from zero to $35, but can't remember the specifics. I'm in an MS flare at the moment and relatively brain dead to things that are not seared into my brain, like the evil that is Jenelle. You wouldn't think she'd qualify for Obamacare, but part of qualification is pre-existing conditions and addiction has resulted in people unable to obtain insurance or having specific exclusions for addiction treatment.

They do, yes. I'm not sure how it all works, but Chelsea has mentioned Aubree's money being in a college fund. I'm sure Barb does something similar for Jace. The rest? Who knows where it goes.

The producer who gave the story "written" as a book by The Ashley was that each child on 16 and Pregnant and each season of Teen Mom had $5000 submitted to College Fund which could only be used for secondary education except in very small situations which included disability that would preclude schooling in which case the plan should transfer to another student first, including the parents, or showing a hardship. I think there are five or six exceptions in my son's college fund, but I didn't look it up because I likely couldn't read the small print at the moment.

The cameraman who did the Reddit confirmed this fact, I believe. Otherwise, the parents are paid but the children are not. Chelsea donates the child support that Adam sends, when he sends it, which doesn't sound like it is often and was originally the state minimum of $150 or $170, somewhere in that pathetic range, to Aubree's college fund and when it had a decent amount because of her additional seasons on Teen Mom, she sent it to a Trust, which will likely revert to her in her twenties, with 21 and 25 being the normal age for the conversions in the contracts I used to read as a paralegal. Twenty-five is the maximum age so most parents chose it, but if it was by operation of law, such as an automobile accident as a minor, it had to be eighteen. She has said several times that she doesn't actually follow when he sends the child support, since it is handled by the State and Randy set up the process to send it to the college fund originally and the trust account later. When she decided to cut ties with him, she stopped paying attention to his child support because it made her upset and angry and she is more mature than Randy some times.

A judge ordered a trust be opened for Leah after Amber disclosed the amount she made annually, which was over $200,000 including tabloid sales, as part of her bail requirements when she arrested for drugs after viewers called CPS regarding her abuse of Gary in front of Leah.

Barbara has also mentioned college fund and I wouldn't have been surprised if she opened a trust account, but if she did, she probably doesn't add much to it any longer in case Jenelle was able to gain custody and control of Jace and the account. During the Terms and Disclosures of the custody hearing back when it first happened, I don't remember access to his bank accounts being mentioned like access to his school records and medical records, but my search revealed everything but that post.

Leah had opened an account for viewers to donate money before we knew how much they were making, possibly after her 16 & Pregnant episode where she only made $5000 herself, and that was the account that she liquidated for her not anxiety drug addiction. Ali had received a lot in donations so she and Corey split it between the two girlses.

If Kail had a trust account for her kids, she would announce it regularly like she does every other fact of her life. Corey probably created a trust for all his girls and said he wasn't going to let Remington be filmed for the show during the Dad's weekend, where Gary, I think, mentioned the college fund and Corey replied that he would set up her college fund, and I believe he will. The rest I doubt have any trust other than the College Funds set up by the show. Maybe Gary, but he is investing in real estate so he probably didn't.

Reading back my post for typos found about a dozen, so I'll quit here and save the other post for another time. My vision has gone blurry as punishment about reading about Jenelle. They are trying to give me an intervention like my computer is by deleting quotes and not allowing me to "like" posts. Hmmpft.

Not sure why you are not able to give more "likes" as I don't think there is a limit. I have given a whole lotta "likes" today without any problems. Maybe it is just a glitch.

Cory has made sure things are financially set for his kids since he mentioned it on the Cory Weekend Special last year. I would hope the courts have mandated Leah put a certain amount in that account as well.

Kail did give an interview where she mentioned having a trust set up for the boys. Now, I would believe that only because Jo is the father of Isaac and Javi is the father of Lincoln. They are responsible guys and I see them as possibly making sure their sons' futures are taken care of. Kail likely was ordered to put in money into a trust per Jo and Javi's attorneys.

Amber was court-ordered to put $10k away for Leah. She had failed to do so and was in violation of her probation.

Amber and Kail explain MTV doesn't require they put aside funds into a trust: http://www.wetpaint.com/teen-mom-finances-amber-portwood-kailyn-lowry-835628/

While Kailyn Lowry, Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer's exact salaries are still undisclosed, many fans are under the impression that MTV requires them to put aside funds into a trust for their children. One word: Nope.

Teen Mom's Amber Portwood and Teen Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry recently sat down for a radio interview with Lunchbox during The Bobby Bones Show to chat about their finances, and explained that they aren't required to save money for their kiddos.

"I opened up a college Gerber Life Fund for Leah already," Amber said. "She's set for college right now. [MTV] don't necessarily do that for you, but you have that option."

Amber and Kailyn were also asked point blank if MTV asks them to put aside money for their kids, and Amber said, "They pretty much let it be up to you. But if you're smart that's what you'll do."

Kailyn also says she has a trust fund for both her kids (their college bills are paid for!),

Fun how Jenelle's using the headband so that we can't see the conehead. No, jenelle, we're not stupid. We still know what her head looks like, even with the about-to-snap headband covering it! Geeez, I so often get the impression that Jenelle thinks she's so much smarter than the average person, and is really getting one over on us!

It's really pretty sad. I mean, technically she's smiling. But you know how we always say, "the smile doesn't reach the eyes". That's generally said about older people, not babies. But that's exactly what I see. A smiling mouth and sad, sad eyes.

Medicaid IS NOT Obamacare. My daughter has both...my husband is self impolyed so we buy our own health insurance through the marketplace. My daughter also has special needs that qualify her if Medicaid. Basically, medicaid alone isn't great, only certain doctors take it, procedures aren't covered, and speicaliats are denied all the time (this is my experience anyway) so we have a "primary" which is bought through the marketplace. There is no way Kaiser should qualify with the kind of money she makes, and he doesnt seem to have a qualifying disability?!

I didn't say Medicaid is Obamacare. I said the State Medicaid Program administered the Obamacare for children up to eighteen or twenty-one. Obamacare pays Medicaid for the service and is ultimately the one who pays the medical bills. As opposed to say, Blue Cross Blue Shield administering the claims. If he didn't have coverage, he could buy from the Marketplace, and that option would be administered by Medicaid. At least my niece's is and they live in North Carolina.

That form very well could have said Insurance/Medicaid No. and it wasn't photographed completely like someone stated above, but it's possible his claims are administered by the Medicaid program, like my niece, after Jenelle purchased his coverage, and it's not income based or disability based, which people were wondering how Jenelle's income would qualify. I hope I clarified that, I'm still pulling for words this evening.

I would be surprised to find out that Corey didn't put money in trust for his kids, but the rest are liars. The show puts $5000 in a College Fund for the kids for 16 & Pregnant and each individual Teen Mom season, and may help them open trusts if they want them, but I don't believe any of them did. Even after Amber was ordered to open an account and didn't, yet she says in that quote that she opened one. She lies.

They use the words trust fund and college fund interchangeably and those are very different things. They have all been on the show long enough to have college paid for by the show, but I don't believe any of them, other than Corey and Chelsea, have a separate trust account where money is deposited from their earnings to the kids. They have always twisted words when it comes to the College Funds and Trusts to make it sound like they open accounts for the kids, but the only confirmation we have ever had are the accounts for the Simms' twins that Leah drained and when Chelsea specified between the College Fund and the Trust when talking to someone about them, Chelsey Grace, I think. During that conversation she was explaining what happened to the child support paid by Adam, and why she never knew if it came or not.

The College Funds being funded by the show was also mentioned during the Dad's Weekend episode when Corey said he wasn't letting them film Remi, and one of the other dads mentioned the college fund. The Teen Moms are not giving up a dime of their earnings and transferring it to the kids, when their college is paid for already, except for maybe Corey and Chelsea. I only don't think Jo would do it because he would have legitimate concerns over Kail obtaining access when the Trust matures and is transferred to Isaac. He knows Kails manipulations and how Issac can have his heartstrings pulled emotionally. Kail will be broke shortly after this show ends, living in an efficiency apartment and begging her boys for money. I truly think that lowly of her.

That strikes me as an accurate assessment, and not a bad resflection on your judgment.  She makes such bad decisions in regard to all aspects of her life, and she is in no way prepared to support herself or her children when this ends.  Of course that is true of most of these gals.

He really scares me so much!!! Why did he straight up lie to dr. Drew about why he couldn't see his son? There is so much anger in his eyes...which you can't see anymore because of his, cough, transition lenses. You know Barbara has got to be worried sick about Jenelle! I bet it kills her to sit next to someone she suspects is abusing her daughter, like everything's fine. Btw, barb looked so cute at that reunion! I liked the black dress and necklace!

Jenelle wishes she knew what she was doing when it comes to BB guns??? She has to praise UBT for knowing how to work one? Um...are they that complicated? I'm pretty sure I could watch other kids and parents use their BB guns as a kid and have figured it out...and I am especially sure I could have done it as an adult. It's not like assembling and loading an AK-47 or something....

I cannot even imagine what the other parents thought of them at Scout Camp. Did they fight? Did they sneak off to get high? Did they drag Kaiser around by the arm? Was Jenelle "so stressed, dude!"?  I'm not sure I would have stuck around if I went to a camp with my family and found David & Jenelle in that close proximity to children and guns (even BB guns).

And who watched Endtable?

I'm glad Maryssa has cheer leading. It's something that gets her out of the house of horrors & around (presumably) stable, role-model-worthy adults (like coaches, etc).
