Damn, I watched Mob Wives and Drita scares me. So good luck Farrah!

Drita?!  I didn't click on the links so I had no clue she was involved in this. I agree with the good luck Farrah.  Anybody who messes with Drita is a damn fool, she'll fuck you up without hesitation.  Bye Farrah!

ETA:  Watched the video.  Farrah better leave town and hope she never runs into Drita.  She's a bigger idiot than I thought for messing with Drita.  What Drita said is true, Farrah picked "the wrong mother fucker".

Tonight's OG Unhappily Ever After seals the deal to me that Farrah's looks keep getting worse and worse. Okay, the first nose job improved things, but WOW. As the flashbacks went on, I was astounded at what all the plastic surgery has done to her.

FROCO is Closed!

Quote

It’s truly the end of an era as Farrah Abraham’s “Froco Fresh Frozen” frozen yogurt restaurant outside of Austin, Texas has officially closed its doors!

We visited the location in Lakeway, Texas on Monday, and not only was the business closed, but much of the interior elements had been dismantled and packed up. In addition, the logo and store hours had already been scraped from both glass doors.

image.png.83b6d52c1160f840f50ce3a6cfc4b434.png

Here are some photos of the interior in which you can see the tables and chairs stacked neatly along with some boxes, the “open” sign, and a trash bag full of stuffed Cobas — Froco’s beloved rotund mascot:

image.png.5589733ee6e64d7185ab47348c1680a3.png

If you look closely, you will notice that the shelves behind the counter have been removed from the wall, and there are two exposed electrical outlets from removed electrical features. Actually, the scene looks almost identical to the photos we shared back in May of 2016 just before Froco had its official Grand Opening (as featured on Teen Mom OG) on June 1.

None of the store’s social media accounts have acknowledged the closing, and the @frocofreshfrozencoba Instagram account was sharing photos encouraging people to visit the location as recently as Saturday. The store’s website also makes no mention that the location is no longer open for business.

Froco was located in an upscale retail park, and we spoke with another tenant who was informed by the property owner that the Froco space would be available at the beginning of August. We were also told that there was a camera crew filming late last week, but given that Farrah is no longer a part of Teen Mom OG, it’s unclear just who was filming or why.

It’s our understanding that Farrah’s dad, Michael Abraham, has been helping out with the dismantling. We reached out to him for comment on the store closing, but have not heard back.

I should point out that all we know is that the store is closed and will not be opening up again at the same location. That doesn’t mean that it isn’t relocating.

If you recall, Farrah’s initial plans for Froco were much more ambitious and included a children’s interactive indoor playground and a “party room.” The original location for Froco was planned for Austin’s super hip South Congress Ave. with “Froco on SoCo” being a no-brainer slogan. That location (you can see photos here) was MUCH, MUCH larger than Froco’s eventual home in Lakeway, with more than enough room for the indoor playground mentioned by Farrah. So could it be that Froco is expanding?

I also drove by Farrah’s other retail businesses down the road: Furnished By Farrah and the Sophia Laurent Children’s Boutique. Both of those locations were still open for business.

I assume that store closings are based largely on the timing of leases running out, so if Farrah is looking to bail on all of her Austin brick-and-mortar businesses, the closings probably wouldn’t happen at the same time. (In case you missed it, Farrah and Sophia have left Austin and are currently living near Los Angeles, although the two of them seem to rarely be there as the mother/daughter duo have recently enjoyed trips together to Fiji, Cannes, and Dubai!)

We certainly hope to hear back from Michael and/or Farrah soon, and we will be sure to update as soon as we know more about Froco’s future — or lack thereof.

From the OK! article linked below:

Farrah said bad business isn’t to blame for her store’s closure! In fact, the location had been getting stellar health scores, including a 100 in February 2017 and 94 in February 2018.

Rather, Farrah is looking to move Fro Co into a different realm of the food world: grocery stores!

“The two-year lease term ended so now I’m getting ready to sell Fro Co frozen yogurt in grocery store chains,” she told Radar exclusively. “I’m so excited that my established brand can go to next levels!”

Maybe just me, but I don't consider going from a single brand shop to having to compete with several other brands on the shelves of a Target to be "going on to the next levels."

He was talking about 3 feet behind her and talking on his phone. She recognized him instantly and turned to see Deb walking off down the street. No pictures, sorry. But she said it definitely seems like he wants nothing to do with her!

This does not surprise me. Deb wanted to get married so much she forgot to choose someone who loved HER. (Not that I can stand her) Be careful out there @ghoulina! We need ya here!

I had a book hit the USA Today bestsellers list, as well as the NYT list, about 4 years ago. It is still one of my best-selling books and continues to sell a handful every day. To date, I have sold approximately 115,000 copies. For each ebook sold, I make around $1.85; each paperback nets me around $3. And those amounts are GOOD. I get 70% of my ebook sales when most publishing companies only pay out 15-20%. Definitely not close to $25 million. I wish!

So Farrah? Sure Jan.

I love that we have posters with real experience to blow up the wacky liar thinking of this family.

That's consistent with Farrah's history of complete denial about reality.

Is Michael aware that the English language has a past tense? In addition to boffing they're/there/their, he seems constitutionally unable to add "-ed" to the end of words that refer to things that already happened.

Successful businesswoman Farrah (who sold two houses at a loss and shut down Froco after just 2 years) is going to be teaching a video master class in entrepreneurship.  I wonder if Debra EMBA is one of her guests.  She definitely needs more hashtags.

I used to work at the corporate office of a major restaurant chain, and you are so right - even with an internationally established brand our licensees had trouble getting retailers to dedicate shelf/freezer space for new products with our branding.  I’m sure a minor porn star/ex-Teen Mom with 1 closed frozen yogurt store will have way more success.

Nice try Farrah - not a chance. She’s talking about my profession now. That’s an institutional-quality shopping center she was in. There is absolutely no way she had a two-year lease. They’re myriad reasons why her lease wasn’t less than five years (the standard minimum for that kind of retail). Some are leasing costs to Landlord (share of build out, commissions, legal etc), added value to property etc. Most importantly there’s no way in Hell their Lender would have approved it.

Is the corporation (assuming she leased it under a corporation) responsible for 3 more years of rent? If it is a corporation and not Farrah who signed the lease, if the corporation was dissolved who does the Landlord go after? Sorry for all the questions, this just became interesting.

I’m Acquisitions, not Asset Management but probably nobody. I assume she had a semi-competent real estate lawyer (and broker). Farrah/Froco is what we call a non-credit tenant. I’m fairly positive she didn’t personally guarantee lease.

Landlord really has nobody to go after generally in a case like this. Can’t get blood from a stone. Often legal costs aren’t worth what you might recoup. Generally we try to get a credit worthy parent company (if there is one) on the lease (they get better terms and possibly a set termination option).

There’s probably only a security deposit and if really lucky a Letter of Credit. She’s probably defaulted on the lease for several months at least. In this case - the Landlord really just wants the space back as quickly as possible for re-lease. Real estate is inherently more risky than people realize. Not only might they have lost money on the lease, they have to spend more money to demo, re-lease and improvements for new tenant.

Edited to add - my database won’t copy over but here is her space on a public listing service.

My friend's husband had his own insurance office for a couple of years that was a branch off a pretty major insurance company (around here anyways). But he had to close the office suddenly due to not being able to not pass a test that was required.  I think they had a couple more years left on the lease and I know that my friends discussed having to file for bankruptcy or they hoped the landlord would be able to lease it.

I can't remember what the outcome was except that the landlord was a huge dick about it, my friend's husband was prepared to settled for a certain amount and the landlord would have none of it, but I know they didn't have to file for bankruptcy either.  But it was a HUGE mess and stressful situation for my friend.

However with Farrah I would totally not be surprised if she just walked away and didn't care if she owed money.

I had another friend that leased a space for a business and they were able to find someone to sub-lease for the rest of their term but that was also pretty stressful for her.

5 Stars Nauseating, with a subtle hint of revulsion.

ByJeb McClatcheyon March 27, 2013

Size: 32 Ounces

As I have the incredibly fortunate pleasure of residing in the same town as Ms. Abraham, I was treated to an early release of this "sauce" at a local drug store. Thankfully, I was alerted to the tasting by a polished 8x10 color flyer that I found on the sales counter of the same drug store some weeks earlier.

I arrived with high hopes, knowing that "Walgreens" and "Haute Cuisine" are essentially one and the same. After carefully perusing the merchandise, I purchased one bottle of salicylic acid to treat a pesky Plantar wart that had developed on the heel of my left foot. I also took the opportunity to carefully examine an array of bathroom accessories for the handicapped in hopes of finding an elevated toilet seat in just the right shade of taupe; alas, no luck there.

Finally, after much searching, I was able to locate the product that is the true subject of this review: Mom & Me Premium Italian Hot Pepper Sauce. I was disappointed to discover that four generations of Abrahams were not in attendance to personally sell this product to me; the flyer had been a sly ruse on Farrah's part. Nonetheless, I obtained a bottle, my mouth watering in anticipation of the culinary delights that were soon to explode in my mouth with the intensity of a thousand suns.

I carefully prepared the pasta (Fusco Artisan Mezze Rigatoni Pasta , anticipating that a sauce from the deep Italian heritage of the Abraham family could only be applied to very high-level pasta) to an ideal al dente condition, and then set it aside; it was time for Farrah's masterwork, her Magnum Opus, her piece de resistance! ...to take center stage. I quivered with excitement; my vision began to blur slightly, and I felt the rumblings of an impending orgasm begin deep within my innards.

And then, Eureka! I screwed off the lid with all the enthusiasm of a person starved for tomato-based toppings, as if I had lived on a remote base in Antarctica for some time without thinking to arrange proper fresh provisions and ward off scurvy. The aroma hit me; my eyes rolled back into my head for a while to the point that I'm pretty sure I saw my brain.

After I awoke from the brief pleasure coma and pulled myself back up to the range top, I applied the sauce to my artisan rigatoni, careful-like, with a wooden spoon acquired from an 18th century Slovakian butcher shop and subsequently disinfected in my counter-top autoclave to preserve the delectable native flavors of food worthy of not one, not two, but three Michelin stars.

Finally, time to indulge in the product that Farrah had put so much time and work into---studying culinary arts at a specialized institute in Florida, working in a mid-range pizza shop in Omaha---the pleasure would now be mine, all mine.

At first taste, it was spicy, living up to it's name. It also tasted vaguely Italian, and maybe a little hot. But the aftertaste---oh, the aftertaste---it glistened with drops of entitlement, laziness, and ego-maniacal personality disorder. There were even hints of alcohol; like beer, but with that fresh & funky aftertaste of green food coloring. A dollop of condescension here, a distinctive note of faux-concern there; delightful in so many ways! In an unconventional touch, there was even a wisp (just a wisp) of silicone. It all rotated on my tongue with the force of a knife-wielding maniacal mother. Bliss, I tell you, bliss!

Needless to say, I could not recommend this product any more highly. It represents the finest thing ever put in the mouths of humans; for Farrah (and mankind) it is an accomplishment on the scale of the statue of Zeus at Olympia or the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus; perhaps even the invention of Twitter. Go buy some now. If you refrain from doing so, you will forever regret it.

Drita D’Avanzo Responds After Farrah Abraham Discusses Getting A Restraining Order Against the ‘Mob Wives’ Star

The feud between reality stars Farrah Abraham and Drita D’Avanzo is still going strong… almost as strong as the threats and classy language being thrown between the two.

As The Ashley told you last week, the Mob Wives star threatened to “open hand smack the f**k” out of the former Teen Mom OG drama queen, after Farrah insulted Drita last week during the opening of a strip club that the two “stars” were hosting.

Drita hit back with a profanity-laced Facebook video, threatening to risk going to jail in order to beat the BeJesus out of the Backdoor Teen Mom. Farrah responded to Drita’s video, claiming she planned to take legal action against the ‘Mob Wives’ star. (Farrah later told TMZ that she hasn’t filed for a restraining order against Drita, but her lawyers did fire off a cease and desist letter to Drita in order to get her to stop threatening Farrah.)

Never one to back down, Drita responded to Farrah’s post on social media… and let’s just say she doesn’t exactly seem worried about facing the legal wrath of Farrah.

“This will be the last time I waste my breath on that little piglet Farrah,” Drita said in an Instagram video. “She did tweet me and call me low-class trash — this coming from a girl that walks by a soda bottle and is like, ‘Hey, if I shove this up my ass, can I make a dollar?’ — and then she said I act like a criminal, which I’m not going to lie, made me laugh.”

Drita went on to address Farrah’s threat of taking legal action, though she also threw some shade about “other things” Farrah is known to take.

“And then she said that her lawyer would be contacting me,” Drita said in the video. “Um, why? Weren’t you the one who just woke up, f**king ripped off your face making a video wrecking me? Did you tell your lawyer you’re a d**k sucker?”

As for the possibility of these two making nice/hosting future strip club openings together, we wouldn’t put any money on it… not even a few singles. Drita told Us Weekly if she happens to run into Farrah, she plans to put her and her backdoor on blast.

“I would say you picked the wrong one, motherf**ker,” Drita said. “She didn’t do her homework before she chose her battle and she picked the wrong one, that’s what I would say.”

On July 3, Drita told TMZ that Farrah is trying to get legal protection against her.

“She already backed down by getting a lawyer involved with the restraining order bulls**t,” Drita said.

“I don’t know if I could knock her out with a slap but I’m gonna try. Farrah needs to understand that, I don’t know who she abuses in her life but I’m not good with what she said. I don’t want to obviously get arrested for anybody. It’s not worth it, and plus I don’t like jail. However, she got on my f**king nerves because she was really bashing me,” Drita continued.

“It’s crazy! I don’t think anybody’s ever slapped her up a bit. She needs a good ol’ fashioned slappin’!”

As for Farrah, she hasn’t posted any Drita-related content since last week, aside from a retweet mentioning the restraining order. For now, her social media content remains focused on promoting bogus products, gratuitous bikini shots, attempted self promotion and of course, lots of “Farrah Speak.”

Sorry - off boards for awhile. That’s a possibility. But who closes a “successful” business? My database detail also says her space was relet not sublet when she moved in. But that could be wrong. It’s (Costar) not always correct on smaller spaces like this.

Farrah also lies more than a real estate broker - and that’s hard to do.

Speaking of - and yes Michael - we’re highly anticipating the re-emergence of Froco after she sold the “franchise” rights for big $.

Edited by Jennifersdc
If she took over another yogurt shop on a non-sublet basis her minimum lease would have been three years. Again -I apologize to the Boards for subjecting y’all to commercial real estate.

Does she not see how goofy she looks in these shoes? And how odd her body looks with the implants and overly inflated boobs?? She’s not proportional to these implants. Her original “C that you can see and not a porn star c” was her best size. It looked natural on her body. Also, a smaller butt implant would have looked nicely or just be patient and earn it with the squats she’s doing in this video.

I FINALLY got rid of my mommy butt after only a year of doing CrossFit where I’m doing tons of squats and lunges and now my booty (not a J-Lo booty but a far cry from the flat but) looks perky and proportionate to MY body.

I don’t mean to hate on her body but she looked Phenomenal after her first and only boob implant surgery and now she looks weird and plastic.

Also, does she suffer from social awkwardness? I’m being serious and not snarky because she comes across as really awkward when she talks to people and this could explain why she’s always angry all of the time with people because nobody wants to be her friend or stay her friend for too long.

Again, not being snarky, as I’m trying to figure out why she is the way she is... reminds of those social awkward kids that shoot up schools because the students inside didn’t want to be their friend or didn’t include them in social settings to the point where they got very angry and vengeful. Maybe the teen mom cast were always getting together for fun outings when MTV needed to film specials or reunions or the cast would gab in eachothers dressing rooms (?) and never included Farrah because she comes off a little weird (like her family).

Sorry for the rambling. I’m just so curious about what makes Farrah tick. I see a sad girl that is desperate to fit in and be accepted to having her efforts ignored to then getting angry and trying to one up the people that have crossed or those that eventually will cross her (in her mind). Simon was the only person we’ve seen in the last decade develop a genuine, albeit disfunctional, relationship other than what she has with her immediate family.

I remember reading about that one boyfriend she had that ghosted her during their trip to Texas (lonebird comments and marriage proposals helped the ghosting commence) say how weird she was and awkward. I watched her during the dinner scene where Farrah is sitting alone all awkward while the “lonebirds” stepson ignores her.

TL; DR

I need a life. ?

Out of all the TM’s - Farrah is the only one I really have any sympathy for. There’s something not quite right there - see Deb OG EMBA and crazy, delusional Michael.

Farrah Abraham is going to have to answer for her hotel meltdown in court -- 'cause prosecutors have filed charges against the ex-'Teen Mom' ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. District Attorney's Office just filed 2 charges against Farrah for her Beverly Hills Hotel arrest last month -- when she allegedly struck a security guard and cussed out cops on the scene. She's facing charges for battery and resisting an officer ... both misdemeanors.

If convicted on both charges, she faces up to 18 months in jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Farrah was arrested last month at The Beverly Hills Hotel after allegedly striking a hotel security guard, who asked her to leave the premises.

When cops arrived, she got belligerent and taunted police ... yelling, "Go f**k yourself" to officers. Farrah's tone changed when she was being hauled off in a police cruiser ... sobbing and yelling.

Farrah has responded to the story that she has been charged with two misdameanors. In an interview with Radar Online, Farrah said that none of it was true, despite the D.A. Office’s confirmation of the charges.

“That’s false,” she told the site. “Legally I’m not guilty and I’m charged with nothing! Stop the lies!”

Farrah’s rep told Radar that Farrah “has a legal team” and that the charges are “going to be fought.”

In response to the news, the 16 and Pregnant alum claims to Us [magazine], “It’s false and I’m not charged. … I’m not guilty of any trespassing or battery.”

LOL -- she wasn't even charged with Trespassing, so that much is correct.

Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office spokesman Ricardo Santiago told Us on Monday, July 16, that Abraham, 27, is facing two misdemeanor charges: battery and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. If convicted, she could be sentenced to a maximum of 18 months in jail, according to Santiago. She is scheduled to appear in court on August 13.

If I didn't feel that I was contributing to Farrah's 10 minutes of fame, I'd say that we should put up a collection for someone here to get a personal recording and report back.

Perhaps we could look at it altruistically as helping fund her lawyer to save her from her pending charg....nope. Frankly, I can't wait to watch the impending shit-show of these charges.

i guess we'll all just have to wonder what a personal video message from Farrah would look like.
