In all honesty, she looked much better before she had anything done.  She used to be a fairly nice looking girl, now she kind of looks like a washed up porn star.  All the procedures age her by at least a decade.

I don't think back to normal is an option.  Between scar tissue and stretching the skin so thinly and quickly, I don't think it will repair itself completely.  Eden Sassoon got her implants removed in December and posted this picture a couple of weeks ago:

 

And Lisa Rinna had inquired about removing her lip implant but was told the scar tissue was so much now that it would be extremely difficult to remove and would not heal correctly.  She decided to leave things as they are:

I'm fairly certain butts, with or without implants, shift over time.  Kail from TM2 is a good example of that.  I think she just had fat relocated but I'm not positive.  If she wears tight spandex pants, her butt looks smooth.  If she wears a regular pair of shorts, it's looks very bumpy.  She plans on having it refurbished(?) in the near future to fix whatever changes pregnancy made.

Ashley's Reality Round Up did a really interesting interview with Farah's sister, Ashley recently. Good for her for staying out of the limelight. It was interesting that Ashley noted she was mostly raised by her grandparents, whereas Farrah was raised by her Mom and Michael.

I think that is what she wanted to do because the newer implants look more natural than the older ones, like she has.  She was told the scar tissue had formed completely around the implant and would make removal very difficult.  Not to mention she would not heal correctly, either.  It was recommended that she leave things as they are because replacing it would be even worse.  So she decided to "OWN IT!", as is.  Lol  I also think Jeff Lewis was told something similar, as well.  I'm not 100% positive on that though.

I was confused about the actual implant being removed. 

As for Farrah, she has made herself look way older.

Now that is interesting!! I wonder what was going on. There is so much more to this family than meets the eye. Ashley says she remembers fighting but not necessarily abuse, but she chose to live with her grandparents instead of her parents. Super weird. 

Btw, I'm reading about all these breast implant stories while breastfeeding at 5 AM and cringing.

I homeschool my kids and I'm usually the biggest champion for choosing homeschooling. I don't believe you need to have a degree or be super smart in order to educate your kids. There are so many different resources out there. It's really about providing your kids with means and opportunity. However, in THIS case, I am not very confident in Farrah doing that. She seems more concerned with turning Sophia into a star. And while I always reject the notion that school is the only way for kids to "socialize", I fear in Sophia's case that might be true. And her teachers were probably the only positive role models she had in her life. I just hope Farrah is doing one of those on-line programs that require very little parental involvement. There's still a chance Sophia will get a decent education.....the rest, though? Sigh....

That's the problem. This plan really doesn't have a chance. 

I also should clarify that I'm not at all opposed to home schooling -- it can be a great option for some families, but this is not one of them! As ghoulina said, kids don't necessarily need school to be socialized... but Sophia definitely needs people other than the two termagants she's normally around, who alternate between baby talk and shrieking and never seem to land on normal conversation. Sophia is not an especially likable child but the reasons for that are obvious. Now I'm afraid she's going to end up as a cross between Kylie Jenner and this emoji ?.
