Lisin May 19, 2014 Share May 19, 2014 Tension simmers between Heather and Shannon in the wake of their dispute over seating at a dinner. Elsewhere, Vicki struggles with her daughter's decision to move; and Heather throws a hoedown bash, where a mechanical-bull mishap creates drama. 1 Link to comment

b2H May 20, 2014 Share May 20, 2014 General consensus was, there is a massive amount of re-editing going on because some of the storylines are so bad they want to change them up to be a little more palatable before they lose more audience than they have with this franchise. Last night, they showed the 100th episode with all the participants being interviewed as to how the show affected their lives, including the kids who all agreed they were heinous on the show and how the blowback regarding their behavior on the show has been pretty horrendous. Examples - when Shane (I think that's the kid's name) was on the baseball team and treated Jeana so badly when she came to see him play - the entire baseball team got hate mail after that episode, including patrons saying as long as he was playing for them, they wouldn't be back to support the team. He's no longer playing baseball, but is an 'actor'. Please. 2 Link to comment

coloradoqt May 27, 2014 Share May 27, 2014 Editing or not, Heather was shown at the controls while someone, I think Terry said," Heather is at the controls". Heather also said "make it go faster" or words to that effect, maybe"speed it up". She does blow things out of proportion. Making every thing with the wide eyes and O-shaped mouth more dramatic. But I could not believe she did not own up to the speed the bull was turned up. Her speed was not nearly as fast as Tamara's. 1 Link to comment
jnymph May 28, 2014 Share May 28, 2014 I don't understand these people that have small children at alcohol fueled parties. On another note just one small example of how those bitches make mountains out of molehills....... David doing a shot with Megan & Shannons jealous reaction - if Mr jnymph was doing a shot at a party with a pretty woman, I'd walk up POLITELY, introduce myself & join in the fun. Its a party for gods sake not time to chastise your husband. Maybe I'm naive but I didn't even take it that David was hitting on her .... Light flirting ?? Maybe. But so what? And on a 3rd note A party for breaking ground on your over the top obscene mansion? That's pretentious. 3 Link to comment
Ubiquitous May 28, 2014 Share May 28, 2014 I guess this season is Heather's turn for the season's "bitch edit". I loved the flashback clip that disproved Hewather's claims about Shannon in the previous ep and I did find it interesting that her reaction to Shannon (but not the others) being late is to retribute by being late for their next party, if they even bother to go. And then there's her micromanaging of their ownblown hodown... I noticed Shannon was in fishwife mode with her husband as well. Geez, no wonder he stayed so long at basketball practice! I had the feeling Tamra gave Lizzie some ad advice on dealing with Vickie. I guess she doesn't want the competition. Lastly, did Vicki's feigned ignorance about Lizzie's ancestry reminded you of one of Peter Griffin's porno stories? Link to comment

Persnickety1 May 29, 2014 Share May 29, 2014 I don't understand these people that have small children at alcohol fueled parties. That stupefies me as well. I've nothing against drinking and enjoy my fair share of prosecco, but this was an event at noon. Noontime and already serving up shots? At what is supposed to be a family-friendly event? Yeah, not getting that. If this were an evening event and it was all adults, I'd totally be fine with it, but between the open bar and grown men yelling sexual comments at the women riding the bull, I was totally skeeved out that there were kids in attendance. On another note, Heather has apparently stated that she was drunk on champagne and didn't even remember making the comment about turning up the bull; on the other hand, she also maintains she was only joking. Well, which is it, Fancy Pants? Were you drunk off of your expensive "champs," or were you joking? I don't think you can have it both ways. 3 Link to comment

The thing with Lizzie was to make her feel insignificant -- "Sorry, you're not important enough for me to remember anything about you. I can't even get your name right, how can you expect me to get your family heritage." And the "lick it-slam it-suck-it" thing is purely attention seeking. It's her little boozy party trick she pulls to get attention from "boyz" when sticking out her boobs and butt isn't working. She thinks it makes her look sexy when she talks about licking and sucking. No, Vicks, it just shows people how shrill and obnoxious you can be. p.s. Yay for first posts! FozzyBear May 31, 2014 Share May 31, 2014 I'm not a big fan of "telling it like it is" or "just being honest". I have a tendency to think that keeping my mouth shut is a basic adult lifeskill. Worked with someone like Shannon, high strung, always emasculating her husband in public, and generally complaining about life. She sucked the life out of everyone wherever she went. Tamra looks like a rat, every season, but this season she is starting to look facially like Laurie. If she doesn't lay off the Botox soon, she will turn into Laurie 2.0. She totally said "go faster, speed it up"...or was I dreaming this? No, you weren't dreaming. She absolutely said it. The editing looked strange to me, however. You couldn't see who was on the bull or what was going on. Tamra said in her blog that she rode the bull 5 times. Actually, she said most of the folks rode the bull multiple times. For all we know Heather said it about someone else or the first time Tamra got on. For her part. Heather's explanation is just confusing on her blog. She knows she said it, but doesn't really remember saying it, and if she did it was a joke. Or she was drunk. Oh, and she wanted us to know that the operator didn't speak English anyway so he wouldn't have been able to understand what she was saying. Her trying to find a way to explain this makes about as much sense as when the Countess tried to explain away her pirate on the NY show. KicksandGiggles June 1, 2014 Share June 1, 2014 I enjoyed this episode even though we had to endure endless whining; "she was late", "she said I hate her", "she hates me", "she snored", blah, blah, blah. Champagne troubles anyone? Boo-frickin'-hoo. I am enjoying this new cast. I think that Shannon and Lizzie are both great additions. I would love to have an opinion about Danielle, but I don't think she has spoken more than 2 words this entire season. I know that we saw her this episode, but did she actually say anything? I think I may have seen her dancing? I also liked the ground-breaking Ho-Down party. I don't care that it was ridiculous and over-the-top. This is what I tune in for; obnoxious, self-indulgent, over-the-top parties and gatherings. It's not something I ever seem to see in real life, and I enjoy the extravagance of it all. I think my favorite part was Lizzie's talking head where she said she liked dancing because that meant there was no talking! I couldn't agree more Lizzie. 1 Link to comment
charming June 1, 2014 Share June 1, 2014 I'm kind of surprised that these women allow themselves to be played like this. The "someone is late" tantrums that they have is silly considering the interference from producers. If I were on a show like this and someone was late to a taping event with no text, I would remain calm knowing that I was being provoked. Heather just makes herself look ridiculous with her constant nitpicking and overreaction to everything. God woman, learn to freaking relax. 2 Link to comment

Matteo June 1, 2014 Share June 1, 2014 My favorite part of the episode was Vicki's TH about the shots with David, Shannon, and Megan where Vicki says that she would be jealous too if her husband was doing shots with two "hot" women and didn't bother to introduce or include her. Yes, because I would be so jealous of "hot" Vicki Gunvalson trying to steal my man... Shannon looks like she's gonna end up bringing the crazy as the season progresses. Heather can be so over-the-top, but I still don't mind her too much, and I do think they are laying the villain edit on her pretty thick this season, so I'll cut her some slack for the moment, at least. 3 Link to comment

It would be the same as calling her a brat. No big deal. I agree. It didn't bother me in the least. For me it is all about the context. He was laughing about her and her silliness at home, where we had just seen him playing with her. If he had been lounging around on the couch wearing a wife beater and swilling vodka from the bottle and angrily called her a bitch for asking for a snack or a drink, I would probably change my opinion. He seems to clearly adore her so I don't think there is much need for this to cause her any long term harm. I noticed when he came home from work and the girls were all in the kitchen with Heather, everyone was thrilled to see daddy come home. That is a good sign to me. 3 Link to comment

I can just imagine them sitting up in bed at night plotting and gloating over making other people jealous. I still can't tell how the kids are affected by their dour personalities. But, that "little bitch" CoCo is super cute. So far, I'm actually liking Shannon. She brings something new to the show, and has a weird Camille Grammer vibe. Maybe it's just the similar haircut/fake nose. I think she and her husband get along better then they put on for the cameras. There has got to be some sort of understanding there--no way she sleeps with him and no way he's just celibate. I don't think he's gay though. Is the Danielle girl going to be a RH? or is she a FOTH? Still confused about her role. She's pretty, I wish they'd bring her on as a friend for Dizzy Lizzy Izzy. Tamara's son is straight up crazy. No if's ands or buts. He seems so demonic to me and when he flares his nostrils it reminds me of some sort of animal. Can't put my finger on it. Lizzie? It just shows Vicki's general "fuck all" attitude about anyone outside of herself. And what was worse, after Lizzie corrected her Vicki kept insisting that Lizzie had told her she was Mexican. Why would she say she was something she wasn't??? Vicky is just whacky and rude. 2. dangwoodchucks June 3, 2014 Share June 3, 2014 What a hypocrite Shannon is. She says she doesn't need to be scolded by Heather, but she has no problem scolding her husband (who looked hot at the hoedown btw) in front of others. Shannon seems so overly sensitive where Heather is concerned, it reminds me of Chief Inspector Dreyfus from the Pink Panther movies. I'm expecting Shannon's eye to start twitching when someone says 'Heather' the way Dreyfus' did when someone said 'Clouseau'. That harsh sunlight made Vicki, Tamra and Shannon's faces look like leather. Couldn't Heather have had tents, my eyes still hurt from looking at their wrinkly mugs. I noticed that when Heather mentioned Shannon was yelling at her on the way back to the table during chairgate, Tamra and Vicki didn't dispute that had happened. Heather was right to get up and leave when Vicki started her snoring shit. It has nothing to do with not having a sense of humor Vicki, you're just rude and obnoxious. Bitch. I don't know what really went down at bullgate, the editing was wonky. All I know is there was a ho down. Coco looked adorable in her western attire. Tamra and Vicki look hideous in that bright pink lipstick in their THs. 1 Link to comment

UsernameFatigue June 4, 2014 Share June 4, 2014 (edited) Wow, I have never been a Heather fan, but this epi just sealed the deal for me that this is one 'mean girl'. So many things, I don't know where to start. First of all, I am appauled that this woman has daughters. The extended scene in the kitchen where she goes on and on to Terry - in front of her daughters - about what happened at the restaurant was just disturbing. Way to raise the next generation of mean girls, Heather. I am not saying that Heather wasn't right about being annoyed at what happened, but to discuss it ad nausuem in front of your daughters is not responsible mothering to me. I was trying to remember the reason for the Dubrows last big party at their last big house. I was thinking it was a housewarming, but then remembered cakegate and that the party was to celebrate Heather changing her name to Dubrow. Seriously, these are two of the most self absorbed people I have ever seen. And loved the jar where the peons could write their best wishes for the continued good fortune and obnoxiousness of the Hibrows - I mean Dubrows. The only thing funnier was the model of the house that only Terry and the kids seemed to care about viewing, Hilarious. Why was Heather so upset about about Shannon being late, but didn't say a word to Vicki? Of course, it is because Vicki would tell her to pound sand, so she would not get away with bullying Vicki. So does Tamra find out (before the show airs) that Heather was the person who told the guy operating the bull to turn up the speed? And had the nerve to say he should be fired, when he was following her orders. Heather Dubrow is her own special brand of evil. Edited June 4, 2014 by UsernameFatigue 2 Link to comment

And loved the jar where the peons could write their best wishes for the continued good fortune and obnoxiousness of the Hibrows - I mean Dubrows. I believe last year was the "I changed my name to dubrow. Ypu ate my bow" fiasco Edited June 5, 2014 by Lisin fixed quote. Don't need the / in the first set of brackets Link to comment
Persnickety1 June 5, 2014 Share June 5, 2014 @CentralTexas - I totally agree on pervy stare by to Terry at Tamara. I am sure it will be explained away by editing... Flashback to the mud race in which they competed in their first season on the show. As I recall, Terry was exceptionally enthusiastic when hosing down the mud from Tamra. Hmmmmm... Link to comment
