My dad has issues with dairy (can't think of the term right now), but we have dairy in the house. He avoids it when his issues act up and drinks water and avoids cheese and pizza.

One of my friends has it, and cheese is her favorite food.  She just carries Lactaid tablets with her at all time and takes the appropriate amount for the amount of dairy she is planning to eat.

I've noticed that Dr now tells some patients they have to be in the 200's before he considers the skin removal.  But Ashley is so fixated on it that I guess Dr Now gave in or she would mentally fall completely apart without having it?

He’s approved others at her weight too. I think it’s more a function of home much they’ve lost. So those who start out bigger, Ashley was over 700, her skin surgery at a higher weight.

I think they have multiple skin removal procedures - this is probably just the removal of what really interferes with movement.  If she keeps losing, she will have many more to come, as more and more fat gone leaves more and more skin hanging.

Wow, Ashley looks great! I really like her. She is trying so hard and I hope she continues to be successful. No excuses from her, unlike Nicole, who blames the entire world for everything she's doing wrong. Good for her.
