In the most recent vibrator thread,  a poster asked a carefully phrased, meant not to offend, question that basically wanted to know how Whitney can reach to use the device. Whitney responded that she had no problem using the device, and also added that she had no problem with her hygiene either. Not that I believe her, but it seems she's been checking out the threads here, again. :)

So here are the options - she is very short-waisted so it could be technically possible I guess. But if that's true she's lied about using the pole things and lied about needing Todd to put on her chub rub. 

Or she really did need Todd to do her chub rub because she can't reach and she's endorsing these personal products (several vibrators and the diva cup type thing) when she can't actually use them.

As an expert on 600 lb life episodes, I am continually amazed at the leg flexibility of some of the female poundticipants. They literally can sprawl on their beds with legs very far apart. I cannot explain how this is possible, but have observed it often. So that may explain Whitney's success.

I don’t think it’s “can” as much as it is “have to.” I think that’s they only way larger folks can sit with such large thighs and belly. I imagine your muscles and joints loosen slowly over time as you get bigger…

I can tell you that 110 pounds ago, I couldn't get my legs very close together. (We're talking  265#, not Whitney  sized and nowhere near  M600PL territory.) I couldn't sit with my legs together,  and I certainly couldn't cross them knee-over-knee.  So you're very probably correct.  It's taken weight loss and a butt-load of squats and leg exercises but now I can do the Sharon Stone leg cross.

Whitney is in the middle of an AMAQ* on instagram. In response to the question "Do you always wear reading glasses?" she said she is wearing regular glasses, or contacts and she is "legally blind."  Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but in my state, that would make you ineligible for a driver's license.  Is it different in North Carolina? Is she just throwing around a term she doesn't understand because it sounds dramatic?

Before I had cataract surgery without glasses my Dr. said I was considered legally blind.

WebMD has a definition of vision in your 'good" eye of less than 20/200, it also states that this makes you unable to drive in any state. So she shouldn't be stating this on the interwebs. It also doesn't mention corrective lenses and whether or not that changes the definition.

Again, my Dr told me tge same thing without my glass I was considered to be legally blind. My vision was 20/2000. My vision could be corrected with glasses but as it seems as with Whitney I was considered legally blind if I had no vision correction.

Same with my dad. He is considered legally blind in one eye and legally partially sighted in the other without significant vision correction. This may be true for Whitney. With her history of histrionics it's hard to know. I do suspect she likes the term since it gets attention. But it's not really that unusual of a designation. Because it can be corrected to a functional level, it is not the same designation as someone who is blind and is determined to be disabled because of it.

Well, I just asked an opthamologist. (One just unexpectedly arrived at my door to help with prep for Thanksgiving dinner - a neighbor who had been invited to dinner, but decided she wanted to pitch in with the work. :)) She said "legally blind"  is a legal, not a medical, term that applies to vision disability. If your vision falls below 20/200, you are eligible for disability assistance, and also you are subject to limitations, like not being eligible for for a driver's license. If your vision can be corrected to above 20/200 with corrective lenses, you aren't legally blind.  Which I guess is good news for Whitney! What would she do if she had to give up driving? Probably demand that Buddy become her full time chauffeur . . .

If I recall correctly, Whitney claimed the Thores never celebrated Thanksgiving. She made this surprising claim when having Thanksgiving dinner at Ryan's apartment. They were joined by one of his friends, who, in retrospect, appears to have been auditioning for the role on the show that was eventually taken by Chase. This claim was met with some online skepticism at the time, as it seem out of character for Babs and Glenn to  neither have a Thanksgiving themselves, nor to attend a larger family gathering. And it certainly seemed out of character for Whitney to be so blase about a holiday that mainly centers around lots and lots of food.

I gave this some thought, don't ask me why, and maybe Whitney is telling the truth when she says she doesn't do Thanksgiving. After all, the food might be fattening but it's real food. It required time and preparation. It doesn't come from a drive-through window or from the pizza delivery guy. You eat it at the table with family and not in your bed, in your car, or on your sofa. So really, it isn't Whitney's kind of holiday. After all, when she gets a salad she gives it to her dog and when Ryan made that beautiful salmon she gagged so why would we expect Whitney to enjoy a meal that is made from real ingredients and takes real effort to prepare. 

Now I don't believe her parents don't celebrate or at least do something for Thanksgiving, but maybe Whitney doesn't.  And when something isn't about Whitney, in her mind it doesn't exist so she just declares they don't do Thanksgiving.

OK that had me laughing so loud! I don't have a dog/dogs but a passel of feral cats. I had an indoor cat for many years, he sadly has gone to the rainbow bridge. Scooping poop is part of having indoor cats. Now the ferals poop under the pine trees. Maybe the pine scent covers their scent??

Many years ago I went home with my boyfriend with half of an Italian hoagie he hadn't finished, wrapped in foil in my purse, which I left in the hallway and forgot about and we went to bed.  The next morning we discovered that his dog had gone into my purse, removed the hoagie, unwrapped the foil and eaten the whole thing - but she left the onions behind on the foil.  She did however eat the lettuce and tomatoes! 😄
