The pixie cut has never been a favorite of mine so I am not digging Michelle Williams's hair.  Also that is a harsh blonde color.

Good point - he's really been killing the awards circuit the past couple of years, and I always perk up when I see someone wearing his work. There's still time!

Janelle Monae's dress is very 2002 Halle Berry top meets circa 1500's Queen Elizabeth I bottom. I kinda dig it.

I actually do not mind Robin Roberts' dress. I do not like the straps though, but the rest I think is fine. Not my favorite, but not horrible either.
