I still hold out hope that Kim may be considered a liability.  Yes, she is volatile but likely to kill someone while driving drunk and Bravo would probably be named in a law suit because they were filming and they did not take care of her and her situation.  Brandi is a shoo in and I don't care about that.  She will be who she is and they will deal with her.  She is just an annoyance.

We have already seen Kim/Kyle deal with the aftermath of Kim's addiction/rehab play out on the show twice before, a third round is not going to be any different, enough is enough IMO. They need to replace both Kim/Brandi, they are not needed and neither is a good fit with this show. Keep the rest of the cast and  replace Brandi/Kim with 1 or 2 new members. JMO

Could not disagree more. I'm completely over the Kim/Kyle stuff and especially Kim's so-called sobriety - and I've only watched one season! I cannot imagine how long time viewers feel about this rinse and repeat cycle. We had the same conversation and virtually the same fighting going on all season. 'I'm sober!' 'Don't talk about my sobriety!' on and on and on.

 

BG does not belong on this show. Period. I've said it from the moment I started watching and I stand by this statement. She isn't a housewife, is not rich, she doesn't have any house porn to offer, she isn't smart, funny or interesting. All she brings to the table is conflict which she admitted on the reunion. I completely agree with you. I most strongly agree where Brandi is concerned. Her behavior disgusts me. She makes me feel like I'm a pearl-clutching viewer, but I don't think I am. I just think I can stomach how crass and deceptive she is. The woman has no filter, which she is proud of, but she also comes across as if she has no morals.

I think the idea BG has no filter is pure BS. She obviously has a filter because she holds onto a piece of information she read in a gossip rag and waits for just the right moment to spring it on someone. If she had no filter she'd just be blabbing stuff.

 

I love Eileen and she's the reason I started watching this show. I don't know if I can manage to make it next season even for her, if BG and Kim return.

I'd like to see everyone else return except for Kim and Brandi. I'm certain If Brandi comes back that I won't be a viewer anymore. I won't waste anymore of my time on this show bc season after season they make a majority of the show all about her. She brings nothing to the table other than her trashy lifestyle. I'd love it if the rest of the cast refused to film with her. I can stand Carlton at all, but I would rather take her back in a New York minute if it meant they fired Brandi. And if they bring Carlton on to film with Brandi so that she has someone to interact with, I guarantee Bravo would lose a huge portion of their audience. Should be interesting to see how things will shake out with who's coming back and who's not.

So if Eileen has already received and accepted an invitation to return at approximately the same time that Brandi is going all Dog Day Afternoon on the other HW's (covered in her thread), I can only hope that means Brandi has not been asked back.  

 

I also think if Brandi had been asked back, she's be shouting it from the rafters.

 

Fingers crossed. (and very happy Eileen will return - she added alot to the show).

Either that or she'll say she decided to leave the show on her own.  She's been tossing that out there for a couple of months now.

 

I still think it's telling that none of the other BH HW's showed up at her wine launching and the only one to tweet any support was Yolanda.

Good point - and I haven't seen anything about Bravo cameras being there, either.  That kind of event is tailor made for them.

Maybe with Kim and Yolanda on the injured reserve they can have some Joanna, Mohammed, Shiva and most of all ROMAIN.  Kyle's White Party is in late June, I say invite JR, who can't bring Brandi and see who he ends up banging in the bathroom and voila you have your new friend of the RH. Use Camille, Joyce and Taylor as filler to the next loon emerges.

 

My theory about Yolanda and Joanna-Yolanda needs to take some of her own advice and move forward.

From your lips to Bravo's ears please.  It would bring us hopefully back to the fun show this used to be before the Toxic Twosome darkened the TV screen.  And at this point, I'd welcome Adrienne back.  She was ok - remember when Lisa V was showing her how to cook a chicken and Adrienne washed it with dishwashing detergent?

We will have some answers to who is coming back by early next week. The Upfronts start on Sunday, and it has been reported that the BH show sent at least a couple of girls, but they were not named. This is always a huge deal. If Bravo sends them to represent the show, they are in for next season. There are generally not any big suprises, but it was interesting last year when they sent Kim, because after S4 and the fact that she had zero storyline, lots of people thought she would be out. I am assuming it will be Kyle and Lisa (Lisa didn't go last year). If they are going, they will be talking on Twitter this weekend about going to NY.

Lord help me but I know I would enjoy having Kathy on the show. There's too much for me to snark on so I know I'd get a kick out of it. I'd like for her to take Kim's place and then Kim can just be the friend of. She can show or not show, she can still get a bit of cash thrown her way and her feelings won't be hurt because she'll still be apart of the show, she can participate for half of the reunion, etc. I don't want to have Kim at all but since it seems like it's going to happen I think they should find a way to limit how much she's on.

 

I'm curious to know if Little Kathy has the same habits and tics as her sisters. I'd also be interested in seeing the dynamic between Rick and Mauricio and how it is when all four of them get together.

 

I'd also just like to see Kathy try to swan in thinking that she'll know how to play it and then see her show her ass the way that most of them end up doing.

 

Also, I just know that she'd come up with a snarkworthy tagline. It'd almost be worth it just to hear what tagline she'd come up with.

Ever since I read a profile of Kathy many years ago in some women's magazine, I've been intrigued by her.  I want to know what's underneath the façade she puts on.  The only two things I remember from the story were (1) that her Long Island "friends" disliked her because she was all about show and (2) that these "friends" were delighted that Kathy was moving out to California.  I look at the mess that her children are, and I see her calmly smiling when she's out, as if she doesn't have a care in the world.  She's like two people.  I've wondered whether she's sedated to the point where things fail to bother her, or whether she's a bag of nerves, ready to crack any minute.  This curiosity makes me wish she were on the show.  If Kim were to stay on the show and Kathy were added, you know there would be a circus with all three on there.  Even without Kim, I think that Kathy would be interesting -- even more so if Rick were on it, too.

So Andy claims the drama is real because the housewives they cast are volatile?  Here's a thought: don't cast hot-tempered prima donnas and then maybe there would be less table flipping and more organic opulence to ogle and more enjoyable outings for the wives.

 

Except...silly me:  Cohen knows full well that drama is what makes rantings (that was a typo but I decided to leave it!).  And RATINGS make money for Cohen.  The more badly his cast behaves, the more money they all take home.

 

God forbid good taste and decent values should ever outweigh a big paycheck.

 

Today, June 7, is the last day I can get the Bravo network for free from my cable company.  I'll have to change my viewing habits.  But perhaps it's high time I did.

Boy, this story that Kyle has been fired is really making the rounds.  I'm quite sure it's not true.  She went to Upfronts, as many here have noted; and until Kim was fired, there was no indication that Kyle wasn't returning.  I think they're building the show around Kyle/Lisa/Lisa/Eileen, because that dynamic was so effective last season - and I think what remains is to figure out who the adversary is.  Will they pull from within the group (Lisa R)?  Will they find a new source of conflict?  Or will they go back to the Brandi well?  (PLEASE GOD NO.)

 

What I really am wondering about is, who is the source of the Kyle-is-fired stories?  ROL isn't making it up out of NOWHERE, someone is feeding it to them.  Are the people feeding it Kim lovers?  I don't think it's Kim herself, I think she actually might be in real rehab this time.  Is it Brandi?  That seems most likely.  And if it is Brandi, then my guess is she doesn't have her pickup letter yet, and is furious, and as always, taking her fury out on Kyle.  (I maintain that Kyle needs to get a restraining order - Brandi is unhinged.)

 

Brandi is also dumb enough to think that if she gets a story printed, that makes the story true.  Or maybe she just wants to make Kyle look bad, or try to drum up some anti-Kyle sentiment in hopes of getting Kyle fired.

 

Who else could it be?

 

(I also think it's possible that Kathy Hilton wants in.  She did those posts on her twitter feed about HWs, and she's also posted some pictures of herself with Portia on her Instagram.  She never mentioned Kyle or HWs before.)

Boy, this story that Kyle has been fired is really making the rounds.  I'm quite sure it's not true.  She went to Upfronts, as many here have noted; and until Kim was fired, there was no indication that Kyle wasn't returning.  I think they're building the show around Kyle/Lisa/Lisa/Eileen, because that dynamic was so effective last season - and I think what remains is to figure out who the adversary is.  Will they pull from within the group (Lisa R)?  Will they find a new source of conflict?  Or will they go back to the Brandi well?  (PLEASE GOD NO.)

 

What I really am wondering about is, who is the source of the Kyle-is-fired stories?  ROL isn't making it up out of NOWHERE, someone is feeding it to them.  Are the people feeding it Kim lovers?  I don't think it's Kim herself, I think she actually might be in real rehab this time.  Is it Brandi?  That seems most likely.  And if it is Brandi, then my guess is she doesn't have her pickup letter yet, and is furious, and as always, taking her fury out on Kyle.  (I maintain that Kyle needs to get a restraining order - Brandi is unhinged.)

 

Brandi is also dumb enough to think that if she gets a story printed, that makes the story true.  Or maybe she just wants to make Kyle look bad, or try to drum up some anti-Kyle sentiment in hopes of getting Kyle fired.

 

Who else could it be?

 

(I also think it's possible that Kathy Hilton wants in.  She did those posts on her twitter feed about HWs, and she's also posted some pictures of herself with Portia on her Instagram.  She never mentioned Kyle or HWs before.)

I'm fickle on this but RHOBH kills me how they want a raise. Every year they ask for raises but their ratings are never in the same ball park as RHOA or even RHONJ even in a bad year. I get these are popular personalities lead by Lisa V and Kyle but in a matter of business they are only the number three rated housewives despite its popularity. Yet I cant say Im surprised that if this has any truth Bravo messed up when they threw a bulk load of cash at the Eileen and Lisa R and there wasn't much growth in the ratings. Im sure Lisa V and Kyle will be asking for more money because of the rumored pay day Eileen particularly got in her first year.
