The Hamptons trip continues as the women hit the tennis courts and cook a Shabbat dinner, but as tension builds, it threatens to derail the end of the trip; Racquel opens up about her childhood; Brynn and Erin's prank leaves some a little uneasy.

Not an Ubah fan but Brynn mocking her accent, telling her she's playing into the "angry black woman" stereotype, while feigning concern about her marriage prospects. WTF? That was beyond the pale.

Of course, she immediately starts crying & plays the victim. So she can stir shit, gossip and insult people but if anyone dares call her out, she hides her hands & claims she's being bullied. Literally can't stand her, she ruins the group dynamic with her constant attention seeking.

Breastfeeding until age 3? That's not typical, right?

I find Racquel quite interesting, curious to hear more.

I enjoyed  this episode. Brynn was just a misery, who wore an ugly green dress, and Jenna's  diamonds. Everyone  is trying  to keep  her happy,  and I can't  think why.How many  times did she want to leave, I'd of let her.

The meals looked  good, I'm glad to see them eat  and not move it around their plates.

Ubah also gets on my nerves, but not as much as Brynn. Rebecca is still breastfeeding,  I know women that did that until the children were three and four. I could  never  do that.

Jessel  seemed sad when she called  home, I can't  see her  with another  child, and sadly not all mothers and daughters  get along,  or have a special  bond.

Having a daughter so that you can dress her as your mini-me, or so you can dress as twins, or so she will be your best friend is not a good reason to have a daughter.

I also predict that she would start to neglect the boys once a daughter arrived.

Pavit and Jessel don’t seem to want the kids they do have. No idea why she needs a girl for dress up.
Brynn, shut up! Or leave already. Same for Ubah.
Why do these ladies wear baseball hats so often? And such ill fitting ugly ones?

The prank with the roaches was stupid. Erin enjoyed that way to much, jumping up and down like a child. I hope there's vomit splatter everywhere, but she probably hired a cleaning crew../maybe they'll miss a few spots

Yeah, I'd be all passive aggressive and double down on, "If this is what you feel you need to do for your own mental well-being, and who would know that better than you, I'll help you with your bags and make your apologies to the other ladies".

See ya!

I have a question -

What was everyone drinking from those little milk carton type things ? It seemed like everyone was drinking them almost the entire episode.
Maybe coconut water? I just couldn’t figure out what it was.

I have tried to watch this show but I am over it. I can't stay awake to get through one entire episode. These women are self absorbed vapid and boring. Just when you think they are getting along and having fun cooking together they sit down to to a lovely dinner and Erin has to announce that the are playing that stupid game that always turns into all of them trying to one up the others with their sex talk. A group of women sitting down to dinner and Bryn has to ask Jenna if she has ever licked someone's butthole. Nope I'm over RHONY.

I didn't see that scene (thankfully), my husband came into our bedroom and asked if he could change the channel to one of his sports ball shows...I didn't care because I recorded the episode but have no desire to watch it.

I hated how that conversation started, first, with the game, and second with Bryn trying to get second-hand cheap thrills from trying to get Jenna to reveal some personal sexual experiences - again, Bryn is trying to be a vicarious lesbian, when everyone knows she's straight.

But...that story that Jenna told about going on a date with a journalist and visiting the deep, dark sex clubs of the 80's and 90's in New York - THAT was super interesting.  Jenna's lived (and still is living) an amazing life in New York that these other boring, self-involved women could not even begin to fathom.

I'd love to hear more stories from Jenna Fuckin' Lyons than listen to Bryn and Ubah argue over stupid shit any day!!  Let's get Jenna Lyons and Luann and Sonja together to talk about experiences - now, that's a show that would be interesting!!

Jenna has numerous diamonds. Big ones. She was kind to let Bryn wear them..or should I say placate her by letting her adorn herself with them? I wonder why so many of them go out of their way to keep Bryn happy. She doesn’t seem like a prize of a friend to me.

I 1000% agree with this. I've thought since Jessel first mentioned wanting a daughter that she would probably totally ignore her sons. And Jessel? Just because you have a daughter, doesn't mean you're going to be close or besties. Jessel doesn't seem to be all that close to her own mother!

Fell asleep so many times trying to watch this episode!

I agree about having a daughter to be your mini-me. You’re guaranteeing that girl will love everything you hate and you’ll make her feel like crap because who she is won’t be good enough for you. Please don’t have anymore kids Jessel, and StFU about the cost of storing your eggs. Every episode: ‘my eggs!’ ‘My eggs!’ Zzzzzzz

Ubah and her fake crying, so effing annoying, does anyone fall for it?

Brynn is tiresome.

Jessel's eggs should be friend of.

Jenna stuns with diamonds, lets Brynn wear some to cheer her up, that is a good friend. I do love how she styles a shot, she is never wrong about the composition. I make a Pavlova every so often and it ends with me pissed off because my piping skills suck so good for Jenna making a free form Pavlova, I for one have been scarred so much so I literally threw out my piping bag and tips, I will forever go free form ala Jenna Effing Lyons.

Erin finally has food in her house.

I find Ubah insufferable. Any time someone does something to her, it’s unforgivable, because she’s so important. Brynn outed the fact that she has a boyfriend. Erin hid her phone. Brynn interrupted her. These things happen. It’s not a big deal. Unless you’re Ubah, and the consequences are earth-shattering.

The only reason I can watch this is Jenna fing Lyons. I find her fascinating and I would love to hear more of her stories of escapades in New York. The rest of them can just go away, especially Uber and Brynn. UGH they are the worst.

Hahaha!!

”Little Britain” had a recurring skit of a mother breast-feeding her adult son. Maybe amusing the first time you see it.

Ronnie and Ben noted that every week, Rebecca entertains us with some story involving bodily fluids. Last week, the malfunctioning menstrual cup. This week, the engorged lactating breasts.

I am so ignorant, and that bitch Naomi Watts never invites me to any of her parties. I had never even heard of a Pavlova before this episode. But the word makes me think of Paulina Porizkova.

It's a dessert from decades ago which became popular again recently, even in combination with other ingredients. I went to at least a couple of restaurants the last few months (one local, one in Las Vegas), and it was in the dessert menu.

ETA: And I had it.

Rebecca's stories are cringe (the one about her childhood bed too).

Erin's pranks are childish.

The games at the dinner table are a Bravo staple in every HW franchise. Boring.

As others mentioned, Jessel doesn't seem to be too fond of her twin boys, why would she want a girl? Does she think she would suddenly become a devoted mother? It doesn't work like this. Her husband doesn't want more kids. I'm tired of listening about her eggs.

Jenna and Racquel are the least touchy in the group. The rest become too upset easily.

Ubah's cousin (Chanel from the RH of Dubai) is far more interesting than her.

The cooking together scenes were nice.

I think that too, lol.

Truthfully I always need a parve (not meat nor dairy) dessert to take to my cousin's house (they keep kosher, I am a bit of a heretic).  I landed on Pavlova, I was charmed by the look of it, it seduced me in to believing I too could make a piped out nest of pure white merengue and fill it with nature's bounty of berries and top with fresh whipped cream but alas, it was not to be, ever, like not in my future but instead I had been left with a sickly glob of merengue...my actual word as I piped it out was "F*ck," each and every time.

Save yourselves, it is too late for me.

Missed this episode, but the merengue discussion has, of course, forced me to offer my opinion of it. 😁.       Meh.  To me, it’s like eating fluffy air.

I had no idea that Pavlova's had become a thing but I guess it fits with retro trends in food. My friend was doing some errands and decided she needed some sustenance so she dashed into the Beverly Hills hotel and ordered a Baked Alaska which is from the same era.

Pavlova was named after Anna Pavlova the prima ballerina from the early 20th Century - Ballet Russes. Peach Melba was named after the Nellie Melba and created by Escoffier to honor her visit to London in the late 19th Century - I don't think that dessert has become trendy yet.

Why would Jenna bring all of those diamonds to a weekend trip to the Hamptons? On the one hand, it seems like part of her style persona to mix extreme casual with luxury - i.e. diamonds with jeans.

Ubah is as tiresome in her own way as Brynn. Her cousin Chanel on Dubai does narcissistic over the topness in a much more fun way so she isn't annoying because I don't get the sense she is taking it seriously. With Ubah I do feel that she is exactly as self centered and annoying in real life and lacks some element of self awareness or charm.

With the exception of Jenna, this cast isn't working for me at all. They are all to performative and so what is shown on screen is pretty boring and/or makes little sense.

And some are boring and loathsome like Minkoff and Erin

This is why I find her watchable: is it an affectation, is it style, or is it just that that isn't a lot of diamonds for Jenna.

It's the type of low stakes mystery that I love.

I didn't find it negative but just an example of her being aware of playing up to a certain image because I don't think the Jenna not being filmed shleps her diamonds to a casual weekend in the Hamptons.

I can remember going to a big fancy awards banquet in the early 80's, Baked Alaska was dessert, first and last time I had ever seen it served, we need a retro dessert show on Bravo.

Jenna's diamonds were an excellent prop for her, it really did unite the women for one brief shining moment, it is hard to fight about diamonds and hers are stunners, wear good jewelry with sweats and you have an outfit!

How does Ubah's boyfriend deal with her? She is exhausting which makes me wonder where all the very attractive, patient, single, let you be you wealthy men are, asking for a friend of course, lol.

Bet it still tastes amazing 😋

I grew up on pavlova made by someone who probably made them completely wrong, but it’s my favourite….a dark caramel colour, not white, crunchy on the outside and a bit chewy in the middle!

So I ended up watching this again cause I was in a mood the first time and while my first opinion still holds I will say the conversation about the dad not wanting anything to do with his kids and how that effected her really was a deep moment ... I feel that was a RARE moment of real on the show ... and my heart goes out to her

So true. Also, how sad for Racquel’s mother to say, “No, you shouldn’t use my last name either. My father was also a jerk.”

I hoped out before the Pavlova was prepared and served, as I was discombobulated by Jenna’s random wandering around the kitchen. But I can say that a Pavlova properly prepared is delicious. I’ve had one at someone’s house and another at a restaurant. It has to have lots of juicy macerated berries.

I’d never try to make one myself.

Pavlova's aren't that difficult to make. The key is to make sure your eggs are at room temperature and you can't get a speck of yolk or shell into the egg whites. Adding a bit of vinegar achieves that luscious marshmallow-like interior. Just mix it all up and plop into the middle of a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan and bake it. Then you have to be patient while it dries out. Yum!
