Wow, the article says Jo left as well. Can't say I blame either one of them. They sign on to do a reality show about their lives, not get thrown in the middle of a petty catfight between two ratchet hoes.

I rarely go to this thread because I can’t read them all and Chelsea is Zzz but I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned that said soliciting happened near where I grew up and where my family all still live. Alex, Britnee’s husband, entered a not guilty plea on 4/30/18. ? He’s facing 3 felonies and a lifetime of supervision. He’s going for some kind of guilty plea deal, I’m assuming. Are they still together? Has Chelsea made any kind of comment anywhere at all, in any way?

Imagine caring more about your children than getting screentime. Chelsea, Jo, and Corey (and their respective partners) are such a breath of fresh air for this tragic show.

Rebecca, Chelsea never said anything about the situation, but if I'm not mistaken Brittney found out she was pregnant around the time this all came to light.

Ugh, I feel awful for Britnee. People probably assume all kinds of stuff about her because of it. Humiliating.

I had a friend in high school who then got caught having multiple images of child porn on his computer at age 25 (I had lost touch with him years before that) and we were all SHOCKED with no clue he was “into” children. His best friends of 20 years had no inkling, nor did ex-girlfriends. This guy also had a newly pregnant wife at the time of his arrest. He got 6 months in jail and then 4.5 years of supervision, plus he’s on the sex offender registry. They let him out on a furlough for his child’s birth. He and his wife are still married. I can’t comprehend forgiving that.

I wonder if Britnee is still with Alex. What he did is even more disgusting, obviously. Horrible. I’m not sure if I think the show should address it or not but they probably won’t anyway. I’m sure Chelsea wants to distance herself as much as possible but this is her best friend and this guy was obviously a part of her life (there are many pictures of him with her and or with Cole). But I don’t think he’s ever appeared on the show. I wonder if they will edit Britnee out as much as they can? That’s how MTV rolls.

Adam's in Jail

The Teen Mom star landed behind bars for an alleged “new violation of a stalking protection order,” Officer Kastner of the Minnehaha County Jail in South Dakota told Radar on Monday.

“He had two warrants, both served on him. His court date will be tomorrow, Tuesday, May 29,” Officer Kastner said.

According to the Minnehaha inmate listing report, Lind’s alleged charges are “violation of a stalking protection order,” “violation of protection or no contact order,” and “non-support of a minor child.” No bond was listed, meaning Lind can’t be released out of jail by paying a bond until a bail amount is set by the assigned judge.

Lind was hauled into custody early in the morning on Memorial Day at 3:37 a.m.

As Radar exclusively reported, a warrant had been issued for Lind in April.

Although it’s unclear what Lind’s charges specifically pertain to, he has faced numerous legal problems.

Lind has been in trouble for allegedly stalking his on-again, off-again girlfriend Brooke Beaton. She filed a restraining order against him several years ago, as Radar reported.

Also as RadarOnline.com readers know, Lind is not able to see his and baby mama Chelsea Houska‘s daughter, Aubree, 8, outside of supervised visitation.

According to court documents obtained by Radar this January, Lind will no longer be permitted to interact with Aubree, while his parents will still be allowed scheduled visits with their granddaughter.

“One weekend a month Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday. Adam may not be present when Aubree is with Donna,” a court doc noted.

But Lind DID see Aubree, 8, recently when she stayed with his parents!

Houska hit the roof, and a source told Radar, “”Chelsea let his parents have her for a couple of hours. It wasn’t their time to have her.”

The insider said that Lind — who faced drug use and domestic violence claims over the past year — was at his parents’ during that weekend earlier this year, and posted a Snapchat of himself hanging out with his daughter.

“[Chelsea is] livid and won’t do that anymore. These grandparents haven’t learned a d–n thing. [One] can definitely tell where Adam gets the rules and law don’t apply to him attitude,” the source told Radar.

Chelsea has been more than fair to the Linds, but they continue to not follow court orders when their son is a violent criminal and a drug user. This is not a “personality difference” or an arrest for a non violent crime. Chelsea needs to stop the monthly visits to the Linds for the time being. They can still be invited to Chelsea’s House or to Aubree’s school events etc but they don’t understand boundaries.

Is this part of the reunion we just saw them show during the current season on camera, or is this another reunion, with Kail and the Coven STILL fighting?? Are they really still feuding even though Javi has now knocked up a third party?

I'm not a Chelsea fan, but she is the most stable one of the bunch. Her only real sin was clinging to Adam too long and a serious lack of ambition. And agreeing to be on this show. And that time her dog gotten eaten by another dog because she didn't watch it properly. Actually, she's not that great. But she's better than the others by a mile. 

I hope she keeps her cosmetology license up-to-date in case they ever need the money, because this show ain't gonna last forever, and Chelsea's lack of drama might get her fired by MTV. Hopefully they are being wise about the money. 

And whatever happened to the pig?? Have we seen the pig this season (the real pig, not Adam. I know where Adam went.)?

Question for those of you in the legal field.  I’ve always heard that grandparents don’t have any legal rights, but the Linds have one weekend per month.  Do grandparents have visitation “rights”?  Is it just Chelsea being agreeable?  Something else?

I'm not sure. I think the grandparents can petition the court for visitation and each state may have different statutes. @Kazu probably can answer this question.

I remember Kim Zolciak's parents were suing her for "grandparents' rights" after she had a big dust-up with them following her wedding and cut them off, but I don't know if it depends on the state.

My psycho mother in law screamed grandparents rights every time she got mad at me.  Grandparents rights in Texas are only manageable if mother and father divorce and the grandparents have a relationship with the child.  It’s up to the grandparents to prove it’s detremental to the grandchild to continue visiting.  My psycho in law didn’t have a leg to stand on with all the hateful emails and threats she sent.  The most recent being yesterday.  It’s different for every state.

I have a binder full. That crazy lady won’t get close to my child.  We have had no contact with them for 8 yrs but she still finds ways to try and contact us.

My mother in law was the same way. She told us one day the next time she wanted to see us was at our funeral to make sure we were really dead in our caskets. Then she would cry grandparents rights to make her look like a caring grandma to her friends. She knows how to milk sympathy from all her friends.

South Dakota is one of the states that recognizes grandparents' rights to visitation.

If Chelsea was interested in terminating those, she is probably doing herself a disservice by continuing to allow the Linds to see Aubree on a regular basis as that sets a precedent. I don't think she's interested in terminating their visitation, but she's aware of their inability to set boundaries with Adam. She might be biding her time until she has documented evidence of them violating the conditions.

For you ladies who have issues with your in-laws...have you ever visited "DWIL Nation" on Babycenter community boards? I learned a lot from them when Mr. Guilfoyle and I got married. They have lots of input and resources. Also a lot of cray, but just throwing it out there.
