In the history of MMT we've only had five years in which the roster has been 36 (six if you include 2021)

2008, 2014, 2017, 2018, and 2020

All of them have a slightly different format for the squad photo, but 2017 and 2020 are almost identical in format. Personally I would use 2014's format since it gives two girls the opportunity to be the center (Kinzie and Holly) with another girl also getting the spotlight without being to far back (Nicole)

Only question I had if she felt the way she did why did she audition again for a second season !! Like Sydney knew dcc wasn’t for her so she retired after the one season

I feel like she thought she wanted a second season & then realized she’s just not into it & didn’t want to play the yes ma’am game anymore. I don’t think she intentionally tried out knowing she was leaving…

Is this the year they said they didn’t have many blondes?  I like the poses and layout here, but not the placement. So much dark hair clumped into the middle that it’s harder for ladies to pop. IMO, anyway.  Veronica, Nicole and Jacie are gorgeous and just blend in.

Even tho this pic is awkward, Kat is still so freaking pretty. I can see Kat herself using it for memes. Most of the “bad” DCC pics are like the one of poor Megan C, accidental double chins and all derpy.

Amanda - Her dancing from her IG posts are very strong. Maybe Kellie didn't like her look because she seems to have the DCC style. She's taking Jen's classes so I think she's considering to re-audition next year but who knows what will happen in a year.

Kylie - My personal favorite. She looks so cute. Her smile is everything. I don't know anything about her dancing though.

Ashley - I'm guessing she is the most liked cut tcc in this forum. Cute look.

I really hope Ashley (LOVE her), Melanie (the Marissa look alike), and Amanda (for GSW dancer) re-audition.  Based on the videos I've seen,  they all have the DCC style and look down.  I'm very curious why they were cut.

I always saw Alora-Rose as a one and done.  DCC seemed to be a way for her to keep performing during a time that there weren't any dancer jobs available. She's danced all over the world with the Rockettes and as an Ultra Angels.  No knock on DCC bc I LOVE them,  but I bet DCC felt like a step back to her..... she wasn't dreaming about being a DCC since she was born. 

I'd bet my paycheck that if COVID hadn't shut the world down,  she probably never would've auditioned in the first place.  She didn't drink the DCC Kool-aid and I loved that about her.

I like this style of squad photo, don't particularly like the blue sheeting or whatever that is, but the format is where you can see everyone.

Kelli told her to do something about the nails at uniform fitting. The next rehearsal the same nails showed up. Kelli is expecting someone to say "how high" when she says "jump".  So, that was Strike 2, in Kelli's record book. The next day was makeovers, and I didn't see a great difference in her hair. They did talk about ideas at the salon. That night Kelli had pictures from "My space", so that was strike 3. Last Night.

I wonder did K&J update their policy book  cover finger nails. Meaning if they want the nails to be a certain polish/polished style and length (mainly to protect the dancers shoulders in the kickline).  Given how nail fashion has evolved since, if its not a written policy someone is bound to show up with those "talon style" mutilcolored nails. I don't think its been mention since about final color, length or style.

I'm pretty sure they (all TPTB) have upped their game on SM and background checks, since.  Usually someone manages to get caught in their nets.

Anyone else watching the game? I’m loving them being on the sidelines again as we’re able to see a lot more of the girls more clearly although I felt a little bad for Darian as all you could see at one point was her ass doing “sexy hips” for a fair bit. 
 

but yeah glad to see them on the sidelines meaning we see more of them during the game. Admittedly being from the UK I only watch the cowboys game for the DCC and since my partner taught me what he knows about the NFL 3 years ago I’ve been a buccs fan since (was so happy when they won the Super Bowl, my partner is a packers fan and was not impressed😂)

I can’t wait for regular season that’s when the real fun begins !! I do feel bad for all these teams playing a lot of their first string starters lots of injuries end up happening in preseason !!

Speaking of injury - is it common for one of the DCC to sit on a chair? I’ve noticed as it focused on one of the players & coaches one of the DCC sat on a chair in the background, although annoyingly the camera angle didn’t show her face so not sure who is sat out. Do they routinely give the girls a rest and get them to sit down or something?! I’ve never noticed that before when I’ve watched games

I saw that episode recently and when they were showing her the MySpace photos it looked like she still hadn’t cut her nails!

I think I read/heard somewhere it has to be a french manicure for game days/events. I'm sure there's something about length too. Don't want anyone to stand out for something like that/look different when in uniform.

I think they take turns -- so it's only one from a group at a time. If you didn't see them sitting down, most wouldn't know one was missing.

Could be a number of reasons. Maybe she auditioned to see if they would keep her? Maybe some of the other girls leaving inspired her to go? She could have been wavering about if all during the off-season and something took place in training camp that helped her make that decision. Hopefully we will see what happens during the show.
