The car shopping was a lot of fun and the reason why most of us watch the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. That and the over the top elegant Parisian party shows that Sutton is really bring it this season.

Add in a good take down of that sleeve Erika and we might have a great season for once.

But how long was the trip?  It didn't seem that long. You don't just suddenly drop 5 pounds unless you are pounding down laxatives and diuretics or you ran a marathon during a vacation, so more than likely her lack of eating started before the trip.  Weight loss and gain doesn't happen overnight.

Since she has eating disorders, if Sutton (which was the subtext of her stress) triggered her that much, I hope she seeks therapy.  

She's a business owner, a mom, now on this show.  That has to be incredibly stressful, so if she's not eating b/c of stress triggers, this i not a good thing.

It does here! I was 4 pounds heavier last night than I am right now. And I will probably be 2 pounds heavier than that if I try the damn fool scale again in an hour, and 3 pounds lighter if I weigh myself at 6 pm. You can fluctuate all day long. It's stupid and annoying and now I just judge myself by how my clothes fit.

My point is you can drop per the scale, but more than likely you were burning those calories before the weight dropped.  If you lost 4 pounds in one day, that means you burned 14,000 calories in one day or you lost water weight only because you exercised and lost that weight. Or you didn't drink any water that day.  

In addition, many health sites indicate you can't lose 5 pounds in a day when you are FASTING.  Purposefully not eating.

Losing weight s simply reducing your calorie intake and it doesn't happen overnight.  Fluctuating weight loss is water weight and from sodium intake.

I'd guess that it's a faulty scale and/or standard daily fluctuations (because there's no way I burned that many calories. And other than walking on a treadmill, I don't do any kind of workout). It's 5 pounds--how does Crystal really know she lost it for any particular reason or that it means anything at all?  

ETA: That said, I am still annoyed that this happens to me!

It's more than likely just water weight and sodium.

For example, hockey players can lose 5-8 pounds in a game.  But that's water loss.

My problem with the Crystal discussion is that it seemed to be quite purposeful.  It was "Sutton you did this to me."  To the point where Kathy turns over to Sutton and makes the joke.  And then Sutton laughs and said she's the new weight loss program until she realizes exactly what was going on --  Crystal wanted to show her fragility to essentially blame stress, i.e,. Sutton for not eating.

Meanwhile, she tells everyone she's conquered her eating disorder.

I get wanting people to know that she *had* an eating disorder and that's great she was open and honest about it -- but the conversation about it didn't seem to be organic.   Was anyone questioning her not eating on the trip?  Did she not eat at all?   No one seemed at all concerned other than wondering why she missed dinner.  Or is she saying missing dinner that one night b/c of Sutton = 5 pound weight loss? Did anyone notice the 5 pound weight loss?  No one commented on it.  So she brought up that why?  Was she giving them warning not to compliment her on weight loss if she loses more than 5 pounds?

On one hand she is assuring everyone she's conquered her eating disorder, but on the other hand she appeared to be weaponizing her not eating and losing 5 pounds on someone that stressed her out.   

She's got a family, a business to run.  Life is hard.  People w/o eating disorders have lost 5 pounds b/c of stressful situations where they didn't eat.  But it's not a permanent thing and they gain it back.

If Sutton stressed you out that bad, how are you going to deal with life in general?   When her kids become teenagers, they are going to be like Sutton on steroids to her.

Now Mauricio is a top agent, making a lot of money, Kyle thinks she’s the big cheese of the group.  You can tell she’s very pleased with herself, always laughing at her own stupid jokes, trying to show off her new nose, always making sure the camera sees that she’s lost weight.  She is still a try-hard, but now she wants everyone to kiss HER ass.  But no one actually will.

OMG, the last house is gorgeous.

I noticed in the scene with Dorit, she's picking couches based on her animal print wardrobe and wondered what the fuck happened to her decorating taste level (I've always hated her clothing taste).  Now I know why her first house was so beautiful.

Yes.  That is what it is for.  Pretty common because a lot of water lines are controlled by electricity so it is one way to fight a fire near your property when the power is out.

Her oldest kid is a girl. And everything I have seen indicates they were 17, 15, and 12 when she filmed the first season.  Not to mention I am assuming if she is 18 now there is a good chance she is still dependent on him for financial support and might choose to go along with his wishes.

Well, Sutton's a phony and a hypocrite, so it's on brand for her. (Yeah yeah, I know they all are). Glad that she's behaving now that she feels she did enough in Tahoe to merit keeping her diamond this time.

Rinna's come to too many events cloning outfits to be a coincidence at this point. I'm just surprised Kyle agreed to go along with it this time.

Even when Kyle's in the wrong, I'll never side with Door-it in an argument. (But sheesh, I'd forgotten about Kyle's incredibly phony "I think we'll be friends for life" when prior to that most of their interactions had been marking their territory near LVP's backside.) PK was not happy to have to leave the party, now that he's finally been welcomed into the husband clique.

FFS Garcelle, these women are dim as hell, just come out and say you thought Erika would wait til Tom croaked. Hinting at it isn't really more socially acceptable than just blurting it out, and it's just annoying seeing Lisa and Kyle whine that they don't get it.

 

So literally every episode is going to end on "To Be Continued..." Yawn.

I googled both her & her ex’s net worth as well. Because yes, she really seems to have lots of money.  It also says her ex, Thibeault Christian Stracke, has a net worth of $2 million.  Both of their net worth estimates have to be grossly understated.  His name alone sounds like money.  I read this about him:

“He manages real estate and corporate investments and has been in the business for more than 20 years. He's kind of a big deal.”

I’m angry with Bravo.  They strung us along since last weeks preview all the way through tonight’s long hour and nothing more was revealed about Erika’ divorce. She wasn’t even on for more than a moment.

I'm going to be 54 soon.  in my late 40s and up until about 52, my hormones made me ready for sex any time.  My BF was a happy man.
