I shower and wash my hair every day. I'm working from home and I have meetings. But I live in leggings and comfy shirts. Not actual clothes, and certainly no makeup. 

Same. Now that it's getting hot out I've switched from yoga pants to shorts. No one turns on their cameras for meetings so I dont bother with makeup. On the upside I've been working out more than I have in 10 years. I try to do at least 45 minutes of cardio or strength training everyday and a one hour bootcamp once or twice a week. The downside is that I'm much closer to my pantry so its probably a wash
