It looks like there's a higher chance of them voting out TOMMY.

It's unclear, but it's more 60% evicting Tommy to 40% evicting Holly.

There’s still time for at least 2 or 3 flips between now and the eviction vote, though, so it’s still anybody’s game.  😄

Damn, damn, damn.  Come on, Nicole lol.  Thanks for the responses, guys!

I'm starting to wonder if the whole Jackson and Holly breaking up thing is all misdirection.  If Jackson can convince Cliff and Nicole that he is done, totally over, and starting to despise Holly, then does that give them false confidence to keep Holly in, because there's no way Jackson will keep Holly in the game?  Sort of "you don't have to target this couple, we're not a couple anymore!"  Put that together with Holly's poor comp performance, that might edge them further to evicting Tommy on the assumption they have greater chances at beating Holly in comps, and Jackson hates her so he'll ditch her in favor of them.  If that's the case, then Jackson deserves to win because that is some deep strategy.

Of course, he's still an asshole.  Doubly so because part of that strategy--if it is indeed what he's doing--involves making Holly believe he's over her and dislikes her as a person.  And that's just mean.  Then again, I don't think Jackson has ever seen Holly as anything but a object to use for his sexual satisfaction, so maybe it is best that Holly get the hard truth now before she has to confront the real world.

This endgame is starting to get a LOT more interesting than I imagined it would be, just based on the awful H8ful, D9ial, 6Shitters alliances controlling the early game.   I was convinced we were in for a Pagonging until we had a Jack/Jackson final two.  At best I was hoping for a Jackson/Jessica final two, where Jackson brought Jessica as a sacrificial goat to the end with him to ensure a win.  But there were some really key turning points that really made the game more interesting.  The day-to-day feed stuff has been rather boring lately, but the gameplay has been better than originally anticipated.

At this point, I'm good with any of them winning.  They've been playing hard, that's for sure.  I figured Cliff and Nicole for early evictions--which came true for Cliff, but he battled back.  They've managed to surf the wave of house emotions and politics to this point.  I will always hate Tommy for his gleeful and eager participation in the Nicole pile-on, but other than that mean girl moment, he's played a strong game socially, strategically, and physically.  I think his prior relationship with Christie helped him quite a bit, and he did use it to his advantage.  Sure, they were a strong couple alliance, but he also clearly used her as a meat shield, allowing her to alienate and irritate the house so she was more likely to go before him.  I'm less thrilled with a Jackson win, but he's been surprisingly more strategic in his thinking and manipulations than I thought he could be.  I'm even less thrilled with a Holly win, but I think she didn't have a good game plan based on how the house shook out and has been doing well playing catch-up to keep up.  Part of playing that catch-up, though, has been clinging to Jackson's coattails which isn't an honorable strategy in my opinion.

Nobody asked, but here is my preferred order of winners, based on this final five:

1.  Nicole
2.  Cliff
3.  Tommy (probably gone after tonight)
4.  Jackson
5.  Holly

From Jokers:

Jackson saying it's good for Holly to throw HoH because both will have opportunities to vote (Holly agreeing)? I don't know how he can go from brilliant to stupid so quickly. NT

????  Does that even make sense?  Does that mean Jackson is going to throw HOH?

Well, apparently, Nicole came out of DR and is going to talk to...Tommy, I think?

So things may start shifting back...maybe. I'm at work, so can't watch but I'll be reading the updates from now until feeds go down.

Jackson can't even PLAY in HOH.

If Holly wins HOH, then she's immune and can still play for veto, win, and keep Jackson as the sole person to evict.

If Nicole wins HOH and Nicole or Cliff win veto, then Jackson's gone. Jackson's not thinking clearly on this. It's ONE VOTE. ONE. ONE PERSON VOTING.

Jackson can’t play in the HOH.   He needs to win the Veto to be safe next week.

Just a hunch, I think he’s setting Holly up to go next week.

He can set it up all the fuck he wants, but it ain't happening, not unless he votes out Holly himself.

Cliff and Nicole WILL vote to evict Jackson over Holly. There's no doubt about that.

Any chance the final five HOH could be face morph?

they have been talking about morph a lot on the feeds.

That could still be a competition for the feeds.

just have a hard time believing they would do a 3 person endurance especially when one is over 50. Seems beyond unfair at such a critical point.

esp when part 1 of final HOH is endurance

Possibly, but I also could see Face Morph being veto. Besides, if it IS a live endurance on the feeds (CBS app has been promoted tonight's HOH on the live feeds) then it won't be Face Morph.

I just don’t see them doing 2 endurance’s in a row.

Never have in the past at this stage.

Yeah, but they never had a full F4 week before. As far as I know, it's basically been a fast forward week ever since I could remember.

It would just be so incredibly unfair to Cliff though.

that would be 2 comps he would have virtually no chance at.

Unless F4 veto is purely mental and they decide to eliminate part 2 HOH being mainly physical.

Cliff would fail at last year's part 2 HOH, but he might excel at a BB19 part 2 HOH.

One part of the three part final HoH is almost always physical if not an outright endurance comp. I think it would be unfair for them to change it at this point just because of Cliff's age.

ETA: Oops, I just realized that it's not final HoH yet. But still, it's not that much of a stretch. They have these comps planned out pretty far in advance, I don't think they can just change them on a whim because of who is playing.

Yes but F4 has never had a full week (or hasn't in a long time). Remember: when it's usually F4, they only get an episode or two to cover everything. This time, they need to cover three WHOLE episodes, which means an endurance comp will help to eat up the Sunday episode. They won't have a whole lot of material for Sunday's episode if Nicole wins and puts up Jackson/Tommy or Jackson/Holly, don't forget. Endurance allows the editors to work with more than just filler segments.

Anyone looking forward to the inevitable clip show/catered brunch where they relive the past 90 some days like it was the best time ever?

I see we have a hand up. Oh, you, in the back there? You're just stretching? Yeah, that's what I thought.

A nice filler would be showing us what's been going on in the jury house.  I always like seeing the evicted house guests and what's been happening with them.  They only seem to show the jury house on eviction night though.

I think they only show jury segments on eviction night so that they have to actually SHOOT jury segments and show the newly evicted houseguest that walks in.

We should be getting a jury segment tonight, since they'll need to show Nick, Jess, and Christie entering the jury house, so at least there's that. Hopefully they don't wait until next week.

It's normally "What the Bleep?!" but they already used that for the double so endurance it is!

What about the Days comp - were the HGs are given a “On what day did such-and-such happen” question with a numeric value answer, and the HGs have to spin a spinner / punch a punching bag / turn a crank / etc. the correct number of times to correspond to their answer?

That's usually for F4 veto, anyway. They've probably just altered how the Days Comp works for veto this year to make it more mental, less physical.

If Nicole and Cliff plan on voting out Tommy anyway. have they considered deliberately causing a 1-1 tie and make Jackson do the actual evicting?

I've been saying this all day....make Jackson break the tie, therefore putting blood on his hands (Holly or Tommy will be bitter).

I don't know if this is my wishlist or just a list of the greatest hits I expect to see:

     1. Jack getting thrown under the bus as the lead sole racist
     2. A hagiography of Jackson
2a. Another montage of St. Michie, patron saint of watermelons
        2b. “Chess, not checkers” redux
     3. Various Christie-isms
        3b. Christie’s jaws-of-death chewing
     4. Cliff pandering to America
     5. Jess falling, director’s cut

I’m glad to hear that the next HOH might be physical.   That means the next VETO may be mental.  Not in Jackson’s favor.

A Nichole or Cliff win would be very good for the show.  And production knows it.

Apart from Nicole and Cliff's general popularity, they didn't participate in any of the questionable events of the early game.(Except occasionally as victims). Jackson has been an amazing competitor, but he was present as a participant or an observer for most of the really cringeworthy bits. I don't think production would force him to lose, but I think they'll heave a sigh of relief if he does. At the end of the day, they want the happiest audience possible. For $$$ reasons.

I just read that Jackson asked Holly to look pretty for tonight's show. He asked her to wash her hair. LOL.  I know previously he had been encouraging her to rip those extensions out and go with her own natural length. Can't say I disagree with him on either point.

I wasn't thinking about that. That's definitely why they're doing an endurance tonight. They need something to fill these eps this week.

I don't think they give a shit. The audience keeps coming back after asshole after asshole win so I don't think they're worried about Jackson, one of the lesser of the assholes who has won tbh, winning and causing them to lose viewers.

1 hour ago, Sarah Heart said:

Really? I think Jackson and Tommy are, Nicole did pretty well last time, and with everything on the line, you may see Nicole push even harder

Yea, I think Nicole could do well in endurance. She seemed very confident in herself in an endurance the first time around, which is why I was surprised she didn't hang on longer. She's riding a high right now from winning 2 crucial comps so I could easily see her winning an endurance comp right now. But Tommy and Holly would also be very likely to win it.

I admire your bravery in admitting to that.

I also love how in this forum, it's just assumed that we're being sarcastic and/or snarky so we have to warn when we're not. It warms my cold black heart to see it.

I myself would love to participate in a Big Brother forum filled with students of the show; enlightened folk who view the program as the serious social experiment it is, and who can admit BB's flaws without engaging in derisive banter or mockery.  Who see in the denizens of the BB House a portrait of who we are, not only as Americans, but as humans!

Nah.  That would drive me insane faster than five minutes alone with, like, Jess.😜

25 minutes till BB. I hate that I can't watch BB till 10 pm on Thursday nights.

There are a lot of things I hated about this season, but I can't lie. This has been a very engrossing and intense season. Here we are at the most boring part, and we're all on tenterhooks to find out who's evicted. This is why BB continues to be my most enjoyable guilty pleasure.

On the plus side, Cliff and Nicole do have a chance to win veto and take out Jackson.

On the downside, if either is sitting next to Holly and not each other, Holly might win because all of Cliff and Nicole's moves look orchestrated by Jolly.

Why did Tommy spill the........I know Christie..... beans, again?

I hate Cliff! He keeps saying he is a Couple with Nicole.

How is that any more fair than Jolly?!

alright!  Send Holly home.

Tommy and Jackson team up!

They get rid of Cliff!

Bye!

Nicole & Tommy ....make F2!

(I reserve the right to change my mind....100 more times .....this week! 🤣)
