Wow. Christie didn’t even clap when Jess won the veto.  Even Analyse clapped.

Queen Christie declared that Jack doesn’t deserve to go home in her DR.

My apologies if this was explained before on the feeds but do we know why Tommy swapped prizes with Jack in the veto competition?  At that point, he had to have know that Jackson would take the veto at minimum (so he wasn't going to keep it regardless).  Seems like it would make more sense for Tommy to swap with Kat for Hawaii trip, give her the punishment and let Jack (his ally) hold onto the veto for one more round.  Did he just choke in the moment?

From what has been said on the feeds, Tommy has been playing this off as he "gave" Kat the trip to Hawaii.  He acted like this made up for the almost flipped vote last week.  Kat has been annoyed to no end that he's been going around saying this.

Halfway party should be tonight, eh? It's Day 50.

Cliff is telling Nick about Jack's blackmail revelation.  Cliff says that he kind of wants to let Jess and Kat know ahead of time so they won't freak out.  Nick says that he's afraid Cliff will be targeted if Jack says something to Kat and Jess and finds out that Cliff already told them.  Cliff says he doesn't care about the Kat thing because it was weeks ago and he says he'll wait to say something.  Jack came in and interrupted the talk.

Cliff left and Nick is now alone with Jack.  Nick said he told Cliff not to say anything about Kat.  Jack says he won't say anything to Kat tonight.  He's just going to do a general campaign to Kat.

Nick is again telling Jack that he thinks Cliff is 50/50 on the deal.  Jack says that it's better than zero.  Nick also says he thinks that Jack should drop the blackmail on Kat tonight.  Nick says that Cliff didn't really care about the Kat vote.  Jack says he'd rather hold that for later.

Jack says that Christie said she felt reassured after talking to Cliff.

Nick is telling Jack that he needs to make Cliff think he has a chance to get to final 3.

Jack says he doesn't understand why Cliff wouldn't take the deal.  Nick thinks it's because Cliff knows he'll only get to 5 or 6.

If I read him right, that's Nick subtly planting the seeds of why he eventually has to vote against him.

BTW they do this to me every year. But I won't get the show  tomorrow until 2 am on Friday because of the start of freaking pre season football.  I HATE that!

Nick is definitely voting Jack out, but I also think he wants cliff to change his mind, at which point, I think Nick would, as well.

I think Nick wants to watch Jack screw himself over and he wants to watch the house dive into chaos.

Nick is us. He wants to watch the world burn. He absolutely doesn't want to keep Jack. If Jack stays, Nick can't cuddle with Sis and Tommy at the same time.

Please note that Jack is not looking at Kat (I'm not sure he's made eye contact with her yet) and she's looking directly at him.

Jack, last night: "I'M GOING TO BLACKMAIL THAT STUPID BITCH."
Jack, right now: "I'm so sorry for anything I've ever done to you and I love and respect you as a person and you're awesomesauce and please don't vote me out."

Jack: "I wanted you to be the 7th."
Kat: "Yeah but Nicole said she was told she'd be the 7th. And Nick was told that he would be the 7th. So fuck me, I guess."
Jack: "IT WAS ALL JACKSON'S FAULT. I ALWAYS WANTED YOU TO BE THE 7TH IN A SIX PERSON ALLIANCE."

No - but above all else Tommy is looking to cover Tommy’s ass.

  1. Jack plays the PoV to take himself off the Block - after which a replacement nom (Tommy himself, maybe?) takes Jack’s place OTB.
  2. Tommy plays the PoV and takes Jack off the Block - which, incidentally, also protects Tommy from being named as a replacement nom.

From a Tommy point of view, which do you think plays out better?

Kat is basically holding Jack's balls to the fire and asking him the good, hard questions and Jack is still doing the whole "But I always wanted to work with you, you were my choice for 7th, thought and prayers love and respect."

Kat: "I do think you have a great chance of staying."

I love you, Kat.

Jack: "Kemi was my decision. That was my only damned decision I made this game. Because she made fun of my boy's cooking."

LIIIIES.

Kat: "I 100% think that you're playing an honest game. That's one of the things I love and respect most about you." This from the woman who started a gratitude/grateful circle last night to troll back Christie and Jack, who used to hold the gratitude/grateful circles because they thought they were being clever getting everyone else to say their alliance's name without realizing it.

Kat made it clear she had information from Cliff, which Jack can take back to Christie/Tommy/Analyse and push him up on the target list.

Kat's been throwing Cliff's name out a couple times today. I'm liking her gameplay more and more - just please shed the Jackson layer.

I was rolling when Kat was needling Jack to make her a 4 weeks of safety deal and when he didn't, she brought up that he gave Cliff however many weeks of safety last time he was on the block. "Oh, that was Christie," Jack immediately claimed. LOL

Oh man. So, I just read about the Kat/Jack conversation, where Kat literally told Jack that he didn't have the votes and that Cliff gave her information that was told by Jack, and Jack comes out of the conversation....more confident that he'll stay?!?!

Jack is deep in denial, right? He literally has NO clue that he's a goner.

Jack completely didn't listen to the first 20 minutes and only listened to the part that he wanted to hear.

What a fucking moron. Tomorrow night is going to be glorious if Cliff and Nick decide to pretend that they're still undecided about the vote up until the last moment.

I hope the editors have footage of Kat going into the HoH room and just bursting out laughing to insert in the episode after Jack's super awesome woe-is-me I'm-so-cowed campaigning. And then they can show Jack saying that he might still go through with blackmailing her tomorrow (he won't offer Kat a safety deal because she's Jack's target moving forward) and then back to Kat just howling.

YOU'RE WELCOME, BB, I JUST DID YOUR JOB FOR YOU.

Analyse right now, probably: "Wow. Thinking is really hard. Oh, hey, look at that pretty girl across the room. OMG that's a mirror! That's me! Oh, they're talking to me again. Thinking is really hard."

Cliff about his talk with Analyse: "She just wanted to tell me that she's not playing the same game as Jack and please don't lump the two of them together-"
Jessica immediately starts laughing.

I guess I missed something about Kat.  What is the news and what is the blackmail stuff?  Thx!

The blackmail stuff that Jack is laughingly holding over Kat's head is that she knew about the Cliff vote when he got evicted and that Kat has been working for the Six Shooters throughout the game. Cliff is very unconcerned about the news. Jack has yet to nail Kat to the wall with this super awesome blackmail plan but SOON. Maybe. You know, if Kat doesn't take his non-deal of non-safety to keep him in the house. Possibly.

Sooo, Nick's sex obsession...on a scale of one to BB19's JC Mounduix, what's his perv rating? Note: the scale is only for in-house activities. 'Cause obviously the pre-show video of JC molesting the stuffed Minion is one of the most disturbing things EVER!

Trust me, you can never unsee the video so I strongly caution against searching for it. If you do, it's definitely NSFW. Or your eyes.

When I was still on Twitter, Evil Dick would post that shit on a nearly daily basis.  You are right once you see it you can never unsee it.

This reminded me of how, watching the episode tonight, when Christie was talking about proposing to Jessica "if you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" and proceeded to say zero about how she'd be helping Jessica. It was basically "let me use my power, please" with nothing for Jess in return.

When was the last time a nominee didn’t know beforehand?

It's funny because Nick just slipped that Jackson would stay by asking Christie if she'd put up Jackson for the DE....IN FRONT OF JACK/SIS.

I THINK Jack finally got the hint, but the question is if he continues to live in his hole of Denial or if he moves on to the next stage of grief.

I’m almost afraid to ask, but how close are we likely to get this Thursday to that most exalted of reality show unicorns - The Guest Who Refuses To Leave?

I ask because at present Jack does not appear to be giving anywhere near due consideration to the very real possibility he might be the HG evicted tomorrow - and while I’m 98% certain it’s simply more power-of-positive-thinking bullshit, there’s still that 2% solution which is on its knees begging for the perfect train wreck.

Casting my mind back - what’s the closest BB has yet come to a HG refusing to acknowledge their eviction?  Austin in BB17?

Yup, when he begged Vanessa to change her vote and evict Steve instead. And then he ended up leaving without shoes on. I'm still disappointed that it wasn't a live episode because that would have been hilarious.
