Yeah, it seems that Luann only makes times for the things that serve Luann/bring Luann satisfaction.  She forgets to put houses in trusts, she forgets to go to AA meetings, she forgets to perform her required community service.  She never forgets to capture a photo or video of Luann looking fabulous, and seeing that it posts to social media.  Not saying that she doesn't have self-promotion acumen, just saying that she's a little bit (or a lot) smarmy.

Luann's apple has more than a few worms these days, imo. Between cheating her kids, and now trying to cheat the courts out of the (bare minimum) she owes them, there's a whiff of not just entitlement, but low-rent grifter. 

On the (shallow) bright side: she can wear a hat without looking like Michael Jackson, and when she leaves off the oversized jewelry and tacky materials - going instead for a truly simple look  - she's gorgeous.  I just wish she'd bring the RHoNY fashion porn more often.

I had shoulder surgery and have been stuck in the house.  To pass this agony I’ve enjoyed binge watching a few of the recent seasons.  It’s laughable seeing the way Luann boasted about her relationship with Tom and her wonderful life.  It warms my heart seeing her being knocked down a notch, or 10, after the events of the last few years.  I know that’s harsh but she was/is just so arrogant and elitist.  Thank you, I had to get that off my chest.

That o.k. Shoulder surgery is a horror and I feel for you.  I’m going through sciatic pain for the last four days.  It’s worse than labor pains.  Can’t wait for the Dr. to give me shots in a couple of days.  These days, it’s one thing or another.  If it wasn’t for my I pad, I would be bonkers.  Feel better.

I was over at TMZ and saw a recent article on Luann. Her PO is PO'ed because she is not going to meetings as she was ordered to twice weekly.

Didn't she say she was going daily in the Hamptons? She can't use the excuse that she works at night because daytime meetings do exist. She knows by now that they don't stamp and sign her paperwork until the end of the meeting so scooting in and out is not an option. Even if they don't put her on formal violation she sure is playing fast and loose with sobriety. 

Both of her jobs are in a risky environment as it is. In any event, not a cool look Countess.

Sure sounds like Luann has a dual diagnosis type of issue. Booze alone doesn’t really make one manic. Her blaming her kids as the straw that broke the camels back and sent her back to drinking is inexcusable and disgusting. 

Lu needs to clean up her side of the street and stop laying blame on anyone but herself. That photo in the food kitchen looks like a photo op. Lu probably left immediately after it was taken.

I don't think Alex pushed too much on the issue while Noel was still a minor since Noel's 30th birthday is when the trust is supposed to vest. Plus the kids weren't really settled, but Noel is about to graduate from college soon.

With her foolishness with Tom, her arrest, and putting the house on the market without ever attempting to adhere to the agreement, I think Alex realized she wasn't going keep her word. I think Alex assumed like many of us did that she had been saving and investing the remainder (the $4 million for the trust and $1.5 that was left for her). I just assumed that she had done that because so often you get different saving and investment advice and opportunities based on the amount and needs of the investor. I assumed she kept it all together so she could really max out the earnings quickly, but that proved to not be true because she should have been to liquidate it fairly quickly when asked about it. It's bullshit and I'm really disappointed with her. I don't really like Luann, but I expected this kind of shit from Kim Biermann not Luann

Someone posted a while ago a social media post from the son talking about what a wonderful person his father is.

I have no doubt that the Count has been very good with the kids throughout. 

What is sketchy for me is what Lu got in the divorce and the fact that the Count scampered off to be with a younger woman leaving Luanne hanging.

Seems she wouldn't have such money problems if she fared better in the divorce. The dad could be a great dad but less so of a husband.  The kids might only see the dad part - not the husband/wife part.

I'm really curious about what she Luann got and why she struggles financially.   

I'd also like to know more about their marriage and what made the Count leave.  Maybe Lu wasn't a stellar wife, maybe she was.  Maybe he just lost interest over the years.

In fairness, by any reasonable standard, Luann actually did very well in that divorce. She got half a house that was worth 8 million, if nothing else. There's been numerous reports that the children's expenses were covered by Alex, and I'll throw the guy another bone, we never heard any complaints about child support not coming.

Did she get Alex's ancestral wealth? No. Was she forced to take a job as a cashier at Walmart to put food on the table? No. I never got the impression that Luann was left high and dry and desperate for cash. I do think money got a bit tighter for her and working on the show became more important to her as far as maintaining her lifestyle, but I have known women who got screwed in a divorce, and Luann isn't one of them.

Last year when the show first started a blogger I follow went to one of her shows and spilt some T.  From what I heard it's pretty good.  The "friends" part of Countess and friends is the real talent.  Lu because she has so many costume changes isn't on the stage a lot and it's her guests that really bring the entertainment.   Sooo IDK , go to see Lu and stay for the real cabaret entertainment. *shrug*
