The lawsuit has been settled.  Farrah will undoubtedly claim "victory" and allude to a huge settlement, although the truth will be something entirely different.

They paid her - so it is a victory. It might not be $5,000,000 but whatever it was she was willing to settle quickly.

Ha! That was quick. They probably tossed her a couple of $100K and sent her on her way.

She bragging about her LV tennis shoes and her well deserved settlement. They way I read it it was mostly emotional damages awarded. No way 5 mil!

I would expect nothing less from that superficial, materialistic piece of trash.  Simon has said multiple times that she is broke, and I believe him.  Who sells their home and moves in with a parent if they have millions at their disposal?  She can store her LV shoes in one of the plastic bags in Michael's garage.

Right Michael..... you want us to believe that she "settled" for what she sued for or for $2,500,000 MORE than what she sued for?

What a nut.

Well - we know where she gets her delusions from. Between Michael and Debz EMBA, I guess Farrah never had a chance. I feel bad for her.

A good friend of mine and Mr. DC’s just won almost $600K in a lawsuit. A local, fairly inexperienced and arrogant developer (my professional opinion) basically ruined her business by making the entrance to her salon almost inaccessible. They ignored her constant complaints for almost two years. Turns out hairdressers in DC can make a lot of money (I was certainly paying her a pretty penny).

After legal fees and taxes - she’s only walking away with something over $200K in cash. According to my FIL’s professional, if feeble-minded opinion, I doubt Farrah’s walking away with much if any more than that. Viacom is probably classifying it as severance pay.

Keep talking Michael (which of course he shouldn’t since I’m sure she’s subject to a strict confidentiality agreement)...why is she then selling her used designer handbags/shoes online? Why did she do a live webcam porn show for only $10K?

So allegedly $5 million dollars, and they also allow her to run her mouth?

Absolutelyfuckingnot.

I’m not a Tweeter so curious if Michael deleted that gem. They can easily go after her if she’s not smart about it.

I sign confi’s on a daily basis. I buy overpriced office buildings for institutional investors (now multi-family) for a living (ugh). I’m not even supposed to divulge to others what I’m looking at. We get around that by a clause that excludes “advisors, potential lenders” and such (and brokers gossip like high school girls so word gets around who’s bidding on what). But if I Tweeted something like “looking at 1401 K today” I’d be fired immediately and my company likely sued.

In the instance we’re actually the successful bidder - my mouth is literally sewn shut regarding price, terms and projected returns. Even though that eventually gets out as well (less my returns - see combo public records and brokers gossip like high school girls).

This is not political! Really! Just trying to be informative by example! But I fish in the same pond as the Trump Organization (sometimes - they’ve really just been licensing the name for years now) and Kushner Companies (I should make way more money than I do - see female in Acquisitions - and I double down by no make-up, manicure or St. John suits). So I get why they’re so loathe to put their financials out there. Commercial RE owners are really sensitive about what they consider “proprietary” information.

To add ugh - when I realized I was writing a post about RE and it’s my profession. Is it too late to learn how to work with dolphins?

What a world........

He had to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement like everyone else, so what can he possibly divulge in the book?  His grammar is just as bad as Farrah's, so I hope he hires someone to proofread it.  Exhibit A is above:  "Since your a parody account and a person."  Hopefully he wasn't drunk posting at 10:00 AM.

All bad fashion choices. Especially DEB! I'm not all about dress your age but SHIT! That just looks bad from head to toe.

Oh, schnizzle.  That's Debrah Danielson, EMBA?  I thought is was a different one of Farrah's lackeys with so much plastic surgery that they look 40 years older than they are.

Good lord jesus...no one wants to see that cooter, and we're all one wobbly step from getting an eye-full.

Oh, thank jeebers.  I didn't notice the tagging in that first image because I am old and not hip to the social media.  Glad to know that it is not Deborah Daniels, EMBA.

(I'm usually a reader and not a poster - at least on this forum - but if I keep posting, I'm definitely going to have to program a shortcut for Deborah Danielson, EMBA.)
