They can be kept indoors, especially if they have a specific duty. These type of horses can be "house-broken" just like dogs. Also, they make diapers for them for situations where they wouldn't have access to outdoors, such as airplanes.

I just can't wrap my head around this concept of having a mini horse in one's home. At least when it came to Chelsea's pig, she planned to buy a larger home with a large fenced in yard for the pig to roam around. Farrah has a bad history of owning animals. This will not end well.

I feel like this is the elephant in the room except it is a mini-horse. It may be normal under the right circumstances and if one had a large yard and a HUGE home where the horse can have room to walk around. That is not the case with Farrah's home. Just because something can be done, doesn't mean it should be done.

She's surely going to sell it now with horse shit stains on the upgraded carpet.

But Simon has to take his shoes off on the carpet so there might horse shit but not dirt from shoes!

I'm looking forward to her inevitably self-aggrandizing explanation: "I bought it because I'm married to my career, and I want to empower other women to be like me. My advice to this single moms out there like me, struggling to make ends meet, is don't worry so much. Get that ring and finance it, it's a great investment."

Good, but not enough word salad. It makes too much sense. ;P

Hmmm...

Since I married and purchased my career, I want to empower other women to become like me, maybe they can embellish themselves to aspire to the ascension that I have achieved thusly. My advice to this single mom, like me, struggling to meet the end, do not worry too much. Get the ring and raise money, that is a wonderful investment

That's more like it.

Sophia wanted a horse and so she got one. A miniature sized one. Nothing more, nothing less. Farrah has the money or she got one of her gentlemen friends to buy it for her daughter. There is no way the horse is a service or emotional support animal of any kind IMO.

In general, there are plenty of animals that can be used for emotional support, but to get a miniature horse seems outrageous if one has no clue on how to handle it and care for it, and it is unfair to the animal unless one has a proper facility for it outdoors. That would be like someone needing a vehicle to get to work and they go out and buy an $80k RV instead of a compact car.

I totally agree, but it isn't that Farrah or Sophia needs such an animal, or that it actually is a service animal.  Claiming it is a service animal is just a way for Farrah to own a miniature horse in a community that ordinarily doesn't allow them.

So Farrah has no problem with a horse walking around in her house, but flips the fuck out when Simon wears his shoes in the house?  Mmmkay.  That horse will be gone as soon as Sophia is bored with it, and/or the novelty wears off for Farrah.  Should we get a 'how long till the horse is ditched' pool going?  Lol

Wait, wait, I'm still trying to visualize a miniature service horse on an airplane.  Getting it through security even. Getting it out of the car. Can horses sit? would it stand in the back seat?

Also, that ring looks fake as all f--k to me.  The gold is a weird color. The diamond looks odd.  I might be a jealous hater, but it really looks fake.

I don't think Farrah would be above wearing a piece of paste jewelry and trying to pass it off as the real thing. Many jewelers do it for clients who own the real thing.

Good lord, does this woman post anything with out bragging about how awesome and rich she is?  I know she want to copy Kards, but they have a lot of money and actually have nice things.  They date celebrities, take exotic trips, and own several mansions.

I can not believe I am defending the horrible Kards, but they are like cheap caviar to Farrah's spam.

Farrah leads a nice middle class life financed by C level reality shows and porn.  She is very fortunate, but not near the level that she pretends to be.  I hope that she is actually saving her money for the rainy day when no one cares about her anymore.

Number two on Psychology Today's list of four signs that someone is probably insecure:

The insecure person needs to showcase his or her accomplishments.
You don’t necessarily have to feel insecure around someone to conclude that inferiority is at the heart of their behavior. People who are constantly bragging about their great lifestyle, their elite education, or their fantastic children may very well be doing so to convince themselves that they really do have worth.

@Court same... I'm so conflicted... it's so terrible but I'm so intrigued. I'm not sure if humanity is being punished by her making this or gifted with the glory of this existing and when your having a bad day... we'll, at some point she thought this was a good idea... so your life can't be that bad.

Farrah's L.A. Home is back on the market, with an asking price equal to what she paid in 2016, after reportedly putting $100,000 in improvements into it.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-4193980/Farrah-Abraham-loses-100k-home-listed-845k.html

Her TX home is also for sale, with yet another asking price reduction in January.

THis sort of thing DOES smell like financial trouble, though, doesn't it? I mean I know she makes money more than the other girls through other avenues, but taking a $100K loss on a house and shaving a cool $200K off the price of the second? The first one I might buy as a tax shelter, taking a loss intentionally, but not the second one.

That is assuming we take Farrah's word that she put in $100k into her L.A. home. The same girl who claimed to have been paid a whopping six figure for her porn tape when in reality it was only five figures. The same girl who claimed she was not drunk driving when she was arrested and charged with DUI.

I need to put on a crop top & some short shorts and  go on instagram and bust that rhyme right freaking now, while making sure to tag my boy-child so that everyone associated with him can see it (that's probably not how you do instagram, but wouldn't it be glorious???)

Debra is insane and outside of being catfished, I think she has done well managing Farrah's money. Debra and/or Simon have some sort of scheme for Farrah's real estate. There's a reason why the two pieces are still on the market and do not sell in regions with a healthy real estate market.  I don't know much about real estate and taxes to speculate but I'm sure there's a benefit.

Cute pic of Simon and the horse. I fully commit to the speculation that it is a Service Animal and not an Emotional Support or pet for Sophia.

We talked about fraud and stuff over on Amber's thread and now we are talking about Farrah's weird real estate crap so now I have a question of my own...A couple (from the next county over but living in Dubai for the past few years while the husband "worked") came into our town and paid cash for a nice house and a restaurant business. They dropped $300,000 on restaurant stuff in a town where the average house price is $75,000 and more than half the people are unemployed. They spent 5 months getting the business ready to open and then, two months after opening it, abruptly closed the restaurant with no warning to the staff and basically skipped town. Restaurant is back on the market. House resold about a month after they left. We all keep thinking that there was something fishy going on. Why sink so much money into renovations and high-tech gadgets for a restaurant like that and then just leave? (Seriously. Their state of the art cash register cost $25,000 and this is a town where our best restaurant is located inside a gas station.) We all kind of figure they were doing something illegal but we can't figure out what it is.

I feel the same way about Farrah's real estate ventures and Amber's "boutique."

In case anyone else is as nosey as I am, I cast this to my big tv to get a better look at the advertising on the board:

  • FroCo
  • Mophie
  • Level 12 Salon
  • Jugo Juicery+Body

There was at least one other name that I couldn't make out.  There were a few different crown images but I think they were just taking up space.  One might be a logo but I'm not sure.

Doubt she's pregnant.  She's too busy promoting herself online via fake accounts:

“Gisele while you’re in TX you should stop by Furnished by Farrah, owned by the #1 TV celeb Farrah Abraham,” the user wrote of Abraham’s furniture store. “Top notch pieces that would look beautiful in your castle.”
