Skyfall July 12, 2018 Share July 12, 2018 A Tyler, Sam, and JC alliance would be a solid group. Maybe try to bring in Scottie and/or Bay just to have bodies but we know these 2 big alliances won’t last and Sam and Tyler have a decent amount of power atm. 3 Link to comment
Joimiaroxeu July 12, 2018 Share July 12, 2018 Quote Yeller reminded me of Matt Foley Yeah, I agree that he had the Matt Foley look. However, that bitter, relentless, and unrepentant screaming was Sam Kinison's trademark. Witness his stand-up act (NSFW): and him parodying himself in the Wild Thing music video (probably NSFW either): Mileage varies, of course. Quote Tyler is like a Mensa surfer dude. He is not getting enough credit for his game play. To top it all off, he plays the game without acting like a jerk. That's pretty much why I like him. Plus I feel like he's studied the game and understands how to move through it without putting a big spotlight on himself. I hope he and Sam make it to the F2. 6 Link to comment

I'm pretty sure the Tyler lovers will all do Tyler's bidding but will that be enough? I get so confused about who's on what side. Anybody have an idea how the house guests will vote? amazingracefan July 12, 2018 Share July 12, 2018 (edited) The yell guy was like the worst American humour, very simple and unfunny. And if it was meant to be a proper punishment it would be more relevant comments than the generic stuff he came out with. Obviously there will be more to Kaitlyn not wanting to keep Swaggy than just following orders like the edit says. For example there was the whole race issue that people brought up when some complained about her singing a rap song's lyrics. Fessy says Kaityln is his number one yet he's been around Hayleigh plenty. For some reason he seems to get away with it for most of the audience. And his reaction in this episode seemed over the top to me. Edited July 12, 2018 by amazingracefan Link to comment

Then she straight up tells Haleigh her plan! I mean, nothing came of it....she was still able to go through with it. But I think she robbed us all of a bigger "wtf" moment. Plus, it just shows she can't keep her mouth shut. But the worst part of it was, she basically through Tyler under the bus along with herself. She's divulging her big secret to Haleigh, prattling on and on, and then it just slips out - "yea, and Tyler thinks....". Wait, why would Tyler think anything? Isn't he on the other half of the house? She's just a moron. Hilariously, her dumbass inability to keep her mouth shut and/or articulate her reasoning may come back to haunt Tyler. Everyone was blaming him. While he is probably the better target, she managed to basically divert their attention. That being said, Tyler is doing such a good job smoothing over rough edges when they arise, he can probably have them all thinking he was the one manipulated by the time everything is said and done. 52 minutes ago, IndyMischa said: This was my favorite episode in I don't even know how long. It's a guaranteed insta-issue for anybody looking for a quick TMZ headline. Every time she tries to deliver some BS to Fessy ("I picked you for Veto, but don't try to win"), he just becomes more and more suspicious of her. (me) She was telling him for her own agenda obviously but she was actually right if only accidentally in that Fessy won the last veto and he would start to get a rep as someone that needed to be evicted sooner than later if he becomes perceived as a competition "beast." So I think this clip was shown for a secondary reason as well. To show how dumb Fessy is that he doesn't "get it" that it can be a good thing NOT to try and win every competition. He really does seem clueless about how to play the game. (me) I don't think Swaggy's side knew Tyler is in an alliance named Level6. They have tended to think he is a floater siding with them up until now. They think of it as the Winston group that also includes Brett, Angela and Rachel. Though I don't know if they think Rachel is all that solid with the Bros either. They always seem to talk about Winston, Brett and Angela and rarely mention Rachel who seems to be able to play them to get intel for her side. Part of the problem why the Swaggy group is getting hard hit this week is because they don't socialize much outside their group and get the lay of the land. Two shomances off under the covers half the time and a sourpuss judgemental ditz who refuses to talk to "the enemy" most of the time and calling herself Rockstar don't make a great game playing alliance. They seem to get their "intel" most from Scottie who is usually clueless and the last to know anything in the house, haha. No wonder the other side managed to manipulate Kait into flipping. Swaggy's group aren't exactly playing the game well by ignoring everyone else in large part including their own alliance member, Kait. They just thought they were coasting to an easy win because everyone but Winston-Brett-Angela were basically floaters who would follow them. Yes they were pretty much that clueless due to the fact they were lazy and weren't playing. Granted after this they may get them a clue that Tyler isn't with them after all. And also Kait, hah. She's just a moron. And she can save all her tears while putting Swaggy up. Either you want to or not. Don't act like a martyr. If you wanna play, PLAY. It got a little tedious to watch, but I actually think it would have been really fun to play that Veto. I like solving those types of puzzles. Boogie going to the senior discount movie theatre was HILARIOUS. And I think it was smart of Tyler to pull Scottie off instead of Winston. Winston knows Tyler's with him and he ain't going home. That move might have curried some favor on the other side of the house. And, if anything, Scottie isn't locked into that Foute alliance. He's just a hanger on. So maybe Tyler could finesse him and swing his vote over to their side.....not that they really need it. (me) I think Scottie is Swaggy's rat at this point and tells him everything. He will walk over the cliff for this piper. And it is all because he wants to be loyal to departed Steve -- who he only knew for a few days -- and see revenge happen. This guy is no gamer. Whether he can stay long enough to play the game I don't know. Right now his selling point should be that he is a number when the bigger alliance breaks apart which they will do sooner than later. But he doesn't seem to realize this. He is totally clueless. But unlike Scottie, JC is playing a great game as a "floater" but has a strong channel of communication with Tyler so for now he is kind of working on that side of the house for this vote. So I think he is only a "pretend" floater this week who will go with the winning side for now and using floater deniability so if he flips sometime in the future he won't get a "traitor to the alliance" backlash. Smart. JC knows which way the wind is blowing because, unlike Swaggy's group, he talks to everyone all the time. I don't think there is any way he would vote to force a tie and get the winning side (Kait breaks a tie) angry at him for no reason at all. He is a gamer and this would be bad for his game. It doesn't matter if Swaggy goes to him or Winston. Just so it isn't him as he seems to be taking the Sandra from Survivor approach. Edited July 12, 2018 by green 1 Link to comment

I accidentally found out that if, after you copy the text, you put the blinking cursor between the sections you want to separate and hit the return key a couple of times the Prev. TV app will cut them into separate boxes. Then you can delete the parts you don't want and comment on each box separately. Edited July 12, 2018 by Skycatcher 2 Link to comment

I always have deleted chunks I'm not commenting on by just using the Delete key but didn't know about the other trick of breaking things up into separate boxes. Cool. Link to comment
iMonrey July 12, 2018 Share July 12, 2018 Quote It seems they are pushing Crazy K for the Power App. The whole "trending" thing seems very fishy to me. From what I understand it's determined by how specific questions are answered by fans, like "which Houseguest is most likely to . . ." etc. It's not simply an upvote or downvote like Dancing with the Stars or something. So the whole thing reeks of manipulation, which should come as no surprise to anyone who has more than a passing familiarity with this show. 3 Link to comment

Well it is a trashy level reality show thrown out because it is cheap to make and they want ratings for it since it runs three times a week. So I would be shocked if there wasn't production manipulation. And frankly I can see them making up something down the road to get Swaggy back in the game too if he is out tonight. But since it is about "trending" as opposed to favorite or liked or disliked even then I can't see why Kait wouldn't get the power app with no manipulation other than being edited to show up on the screen all the time though she is HOH and hard to avoid this week. Unless tonight's show shows Bay turning on the waterworks and begging America to help her get revenge I think Kait is a shoo in. Which would also be producer manipulation of the edit IF that happens regards Bay and if they can get some video like that I think they will run with it since it gets would be voter types all worked up and into voting one way or the other. If they feature her a lot I think it is between those two players then. No one else will be close. And my money is on either Angela or Kaycee for crap app because I haven't seen either on the show all week long. And crap app is meant to get the ones not trending to get more attention so it is all good for whoever wins anyway as long as they don't choose anything with the word "ham" in it, hah. mojoween July 12, 2018 Share July 12, 2018 It amused me how Chris was all “I am going to make everyone miserable for putting me in this position” like do you not understand how this game works? Making people miserable is not exactly the way to get them to want to keep you, dumbass. 6 Link to comment

So far I don't get a smug vibe from him, but I don't watch the live feeds so I'm sure there's a lot more going on than I know about. Also, I think I'm a Scottie fan. I don't know why - possibly because I don't want to throw my remote at my tv when he's on like I do with most of the other houseguests. Plus I can pick him out of the crowd. I still can't tell Winston from Brett unless I see their name on the screen. Me too on both. I like Tyler because he's not only playing the game, he's doing it in a calm manner, taking in information, "playing" other houseguests by listening to them, while concocting his own plans. And Scottie? he reminds me of some teenage boys that were in my son's scout troop. gangly, awkward, not very socially proficient, but just kind of nice, goofy kid. I know he's not a "kid" but that's how I think of him. 39 minutes ago, iMonrey said: The whole "trending" thing seems very fishy to me. Most people are just watching what's on the show. If TPTB want a certain guest to get a punishment, all they have to do is not show that person doing anything that week, and boom! they're not trending. I hate it. But you're right it's part of why Tyler is so dialed in about what's going on in the game and shifting it to his own will. I called TPTB manip the second I saw how this thing would go down/be "voted" on. There is no way to KNOW just WHY people won/lost at all. But damned if the person that could create the most drama doesn't come up for a reward/punishment each week. Shocking. This reminds me of Roger Rabbit where Roger says he couldn't have removed the handcuffs at any time, only when it was FUNNY!! The equivalent here is that they only get nominated if it will cause draaaaaamaaaa (and or save someone they want to keep)!! Skycatcher July 12, 2018 Share July 12, 2018 (edited) I wanna thank y'all for today's posts and updates. I've been laid up with muscle spasms and anti-spasmodic medicine that leaves me too loopy to even toddle to the loo. Just..........too loopy. I don't normally take meds, but wow! He seems like a good guy. And a good player, but he isn't unpleasant about it. Link to comment
