I was not impressed with her choice for the big calendar cover Lexi/Kelli? If I can't tell the difference between the two, then there's the proof. I've seen amateur Instagram pics better than that cover. The pose was so basic and the background lack bold colors.

IMHO, artistically, I like Christina's purple suit shot at sunset, the cowboy's suits with Molly, Heather, Yuko, ANY Heather O & Tasha shots. Lacey's shots, with the exception of that tacky metallic suit, and Gina in peach. Even Rachel in between the tile doorway was captivating.

I think I would have a bigger problem with Gina or some others standing out if this was like a college dance team, who has a primary goal of winning nationals. In that case, exact precision and synchronization is a factor in the score, so I think that’s different. With the DCCs though, yes, they’re a team, but I think their primary purpose is to entertain the fans and not much else. I want to be drawn in and be wowed, so I can have favorites that aren't just based on who I think is pretty or who I’ve guessed is a nice person (even though I know none of them and don’t pretend to). I want to see POP! Therefore, the girls with some swag are the ones who become my favorites.

I think there are benefits to having some blenders on the team who are good dancers, do all the steps right, and don’t make a fuss, while not standing out, but I would be bored to tears if that was the case throughout the entire squad.

I like Gina with the straight hair. And I've liked Christina's hair straight. In fact I was thinking, I'd like to see how all the girls look with straight hair. not a crazy idea.. One of reasons I like this show is the exercise part of it as well as the dance. I still haven't gotten around to finding that "rubber-band-thingie" that was featured at the cowboy fit segment and I am working on the push ups with weights. I bet if I could do "Thunderstruck" I could tone and lose a few in the process. I think someone was doing some side ab-toning work too.

Make the senior DCC camp sessions virtual so we call can join in !

Were they resistance bands? Can't remember but you can find a basic set on Amazon

yes. The first one I "found" kinda looked like it wouldn't be long enough to stand on, feet shoulder width apart and raise it up to a bicep curl.  I never had a chance to keep looking  and  now its a week later. The 2nd one had .lbs on the handles , so I didn't know which one to start with - each rope- pounds was a different color. I think the dancers had black rope (15-20 lbs)- I have to review the scene. I never had a chance to keep looking  and  now its a week later. Will add to my to-do list for this weekend . Will add to my to-do list for this weekend .

I wish they would stop pulling they swimsuit bottoms down.   The suits are tiny enough already, and they're going to pull one down someday.    Christina's smile in the Cowboys suit picture is certainly awkward looking, I guess they pushed the shutter when she was moving her mouth.    

They need to spend more money and hire better photographers who know how to pose women for something besides a centerfold, and actually want women to look good.     I bet whoever does the photoshop works very hard to fix the bad pictures, of a bunch of beautiful women.     The cheerleaders deserve better than these photographers.   

I hope the makeovers tonight are good.   I can't wait to see how the bozo orange hair gets fixed.

Ok I watched.  Don't get the ones with the handles.  If you get the bands, you can change tension just by wrapping them around your wrist or shortening them.  They gave me those in PT and then this past year, I used them to build my strength back up after being sick.  It's hard to explain, but the handles don't feel as secure.  YouTube has lots of great videos if you put in "resistance bands" or just "bands"  

I was wondering if VK was still working out with her trainer once she got into TC??

I love Kelli's blue dress, but I hate the open shoulder part.    

I noticed someone posted a picture of one of the former dancers from the Bring It! show, standing next to one of the DCC posters and saying she thinks she can do that!   No way.   They're not technically trained dancers in that group, and definitely not going to fit the uniform.     Dreams are nice, but delusions are something else.   If she ever even comes to auditions, they'll definitely put her in the 'no way' group.

I would REALLY love this picture to be on the cover of the calendar, especially if Christina wasn't there and they had almost any other blonde cheerleader in there.  There had to be girls who are prettier than she is to choose from.  She's trying WAY too hard to be sexy and classy, but her attempt seems sleazy instead.

It seems like Kelli and Charlotte thought that Dayton would be the so-called "obvious" choice for the nepotism claim because her mom works for the organization and had auditioned before and hoped that Victoria would slide in under the radar without people paying attention to her, even though her mom is well known to people who have watched previous seasons (not just us).  They didn't seem to care what people said before the show started because the fans hadn't seen what they saw in Victoria, but once the outcry started in the first several episodes about how much Victoria was shoved down our throats in an attempt to make us care about, and like, her (which seems to have failed spectacularly, no matter what people on Facebook say), they had to change tactics and hide her.

If Victoria hadn't lied about the nutritionist, she probably would have made the squad, weight gain or now.  Unless she was completely bulging out of the shorts at the very end of Camp (which is likely), they would have found a way to hide it as much as they could and she STILL would have made the squad.  Any lies Victoria told up until then could easily have been explained away, but, once she lied about the nutritionist, then all bets were off and they were FORCED to take a look at the situation (i.e. Victoria didn't want help and she thought she was perfect/amazing just as she was, despite the weight gain).

See above and I totally agree.  I'd also add that Judy probably didn't want to take ANY of the blame Tina was sure to blast their way if Victoria didn't make the squad.  By making sure that Kelli (and Charlotte) make all the decisions regarding Victoria, they HAD to take all of the blame, which is likely to affect the friendship between Tina and Kelli somewhat, depending on how obsessed Tina was with Victoria making the squad (even going so far as to possibly/probably having traded in favors to get her a guaranteed spot).

It is a perfect cover photo, but put your hand over Christina's photo and see the difference ,,, so much more marketable.

That's the only things they WOULDN'T have changed and would have ignored us entirely about her.  That is, until VICTORIA did herself in.  Otherwise, they would have put her on the squad (probably in group 1 with an eye to making her a 2nd GL in that group, then to GL in a few years) with no problem.
