They're going to have surgery and wake up and be thin and be able to eat whatever they want for the rest of their lives and won't have to exercise or anything?? Is that what they're thinking? Have they watched this show before?

So that balloon swallowing thing is a new treatment? Just recently I have started seeing billboards for that (in SEATTLE, BTW). It seems almost criminal that she was crammed into a plane to travel to Houston for treatment that is available locally. 

I will keep my eyes peeled for her around here. Maybe I will steal her cat. Hold it for ransom until she quits eating.
