I reschedule and tell them my time is just as important and to give me credit on my next visit for a missed appt. by the Dr. This is the reason I keep my cell private (emergencies only for the family or office) from the public so that they don't think they can call and say they are 10 mins. away and then show up 30 mins. later. I usually will not reschedule an appointment either as they have shown ( as a first impression) no respect for my time.
