Wow. Such hatred...!

Couldn't we try to be more productive and direct some of that towards RSW?

I hate RSW's social media selfies where he always oiled up and looking like his fantasy of himself. Very off-putting and screams of look at meeeee. Burton just looks like he's never met a moisturizer he can trust

Just a heads up: Celebrity Dirty Laundry has ZERO validity.

It's the soap equivalent of those old tabloids from the '80s/'90s like Weekly World News, al a Elvis marries Bigfoot on Mars.

It is a whacked out spoiler, but one never knows. Maybe there will be a brief mention of Jan a few months from now. Doubt the show will spend time or money on Will other than writing him out.

Maybe. I'm just saying the stuff on there has never been proven right before. Or even in the ballpark. Maybe they're trying to compete with Ron, to see who came come up with the most BS plot points!

It is not out of the realm of possibility that Will could meet Evan’s sister, who tells him Evan went missing. The Salem PD could find his body. Jan is still missing and most likely presumed dead. Of course, Belle and Shawn would need some crisis. Too much work.

OK, thank goodness KRISTEN will be out for a while, but what does that mean for the recently demonized Susan? They have been setting up too many people threatening to kill Kristen, so I am guessing she will be dead for a while, but that doesn't mean anything for Susan.

Good point. Although now that I think about it, I didn't like "reporter Will" because all his stories were pretty self-serving, aka exposing his mother to public scorn via the EJabi affair revenge plot, or outing/banging Paul...

Has Will ever written a story that wasn't essentially about his private life? Even his so-called movie script in the Holiday special was just an alt future for his family and friends...!

He was working with Abby on the story of Jennifer's fall which led to the time jump that was brief though. I just like that they give characters other things to flesh them out more.

All those roles are Eileen's.

ALL of them.

Maybe. But at this point, IMO, Kristen and Susan are just an albatross around Eileen's neck. Maybe a new character can offer something fresh.

Zzzzzzzzz. Same story,  different day. Jack is just useless. The only time they make him revelant is to prop this worthless character.

I got a big laugh reading Xander is the love of Gwen's life. 😁

I don't even watch scenes with Jack anymore.  What a shame!

The character of Gwen, and, based on her comments in this article at least, the actress who portrays her, continue to be completely delusional and self-absorbed.

Who TF is Gwen, of ALL people, to be "disappointed" in ANYONE, least of all Jack?  Gwen has ruthlessly, maliciously, and without much regret, tried to KILL, hurt, and manipulate multiple members of Jack's immediate family.  Repeatedly.  And yet stupid, gullible, fool Jack invites her into his home and family.  Yet SHE is disappointed?!  Disappointed in what exactly?  That, for once, and it likely won't last because Jack won't be allowed to not look like a weak fool in further propping Gwen, he's fed up with her promises to quit f-ing around with his family and her lies that she's going to try and be a better person only to turn around and do something that's the exact opposite of what she promised she would no longer do?

Gwen, and the actress too, seems to think that "unconditional" means she can just do whatever the hell she wants and Jack just has to take it.  Granted, Jack's actions regarding the loathsome retcon haven't shown anything different, which is the ENTIRE problem, but the lack of self-awareness with this character is just ridiculous.  Ungrateful wench.  Be glad anyone deals with you at all.  Especially Jack.

But yeah, his attitude and newfound attitude of being fed up with her making him look like a stupid idiot for continuing to support her no matter what won't last.  He'll have to come crawling back when he's needed again to give her a reason to exist.  And the cycle will just start all over again.  She'll promise to be better for daddy and then do something else and cry foul if he dares to not like it.

So Gwen can try to kill Abby more than once and Sarah but this is his straw? Oh please, Gwen never should be in that house and the fact Chad has his kids and himself there is the worst writing.

Me either but it’s because Matt Ashford is just so bad and it embarrasses me lol.

This is so sad. It’s true, but it’s sad, since I would put Matt’s performance as Jack circa 1988 up there with the all time great Days performances.

No, he tried to kill her.

Louise Sorel is back as Vivian.

CE-LE-BRATE GOOD TIMES! COME ON!!!

Seriously, Louise should have been given whatever she wanted to stay from day one. Ron's writing works so well for Vivian (and not so well for most everyone else).

Where did you hear this?

Sorry to be a buzzkill, but some poster on another site said the SOD cover was misleading. Viv does call Stefan, and we will hear Viv's voice via Louise Sorel, but she is not physically back, per the inside of the magazine (per this poster's info in their post!).

Louise Sorel is 82, so maybe she wants to slow down, and this was a compromise?

She definitely seemed a little more delicate in her last appearances.

I support her, whatever her level of involvement is. I just wish she was around causing mischief, chaos and laughter instead of Leo and Gwen, honestly. *They especially suck at the last one*

Totally get it and agree. But at least it's something. Always loved Louise Sorel as Augusta Lockridge on Santa Barbara, too. She and Nancy Lee Grahn's Julia really acted like sisters (which they were on the show!).

On another note, I knew Louise Sorel was previously married to Herb Edelman, most famously known as Stanley Zbornak, ex-husband to Bea Arthur's Dorothy on The Golden Girls, but I never knew she was also once married to Ken Howard. (Known for The White Shadow.)

She goes way back to OG Star Trek as Rayna in Requiem for Methuselah.

She was Babe of the Week for both Captain Kirk on Star Trek and Little Joe Cartwright on Bonanza back then. She’s been all over pop culture for a long time!

I didn't know about Ken either. He also appeared on The Golden Girls too but as a love interest of Blanche's.

She outlived both of them.

So Judi Evans was listed in the cast credits today as playing BOTH Bonnie AND Adrienne this week. Will Kate run into Adrienne in the afterlife as well as Jordan?? She helped Adrienne throughout her breast cancer scare...

...really?

I'm fully expecting them to come back, Kristen to be let off the hook because they aren't dead, and for all this nonsense to be repeated in...oh....three months? Four tops?
