I love that they caught the salesgirl in the baby boutique spraying the Febreeze!  It reminded me of a store I worked in as a teenager.  We kept a can of Lysol behind the counter for certain customers that thought bathing was optional, and a certain gentleman we called "The Goat Man" because it was deemed that he smelled like a goat.  Generally we waited until no one was in line to whip out the Lysol, but The Goat Man was an exception that no on in line behind him was ever offended by or unappreciative of. ;)

Bravo is getting desperate when they have to rent Troy and Owen for their grandmother to film with. I did LOL when Vicki said how wonderful it was that Steve treats her grandsons like they are his own. As I recall, Donn treated Brianna and Michael like his own, and Vicki treated him like crap. Even going so far as excluding him from "family" vacations. I wonder if Vicki is going to teach Troy and Owen that if someone doesn't like them, they should punish that person? Honestly, Brianna should only allow supervised visits between Vicki and her kids.

I will give him credit though for calling Peggy on her BS at not understanding basic English sayings. Since they have been married for years, he obviously knows it is an act. Did Meaghan really say that the purpose of a sip-and-see was for the mother to be able to drink? I am sure she said that. I did think that when she specifically pointed out the gift bag from Vicki, it was going to be a gift certificate towards life insurance for Aspyn.

The preview for next week was interesting when Vicki told Michael that dating is only for mating. I thought it was filling up your love tank? Cuz Vicki, you are years past the mating stage.

Given what we have to work with this season, Tamra and Shannon make a good comedy team.  At least I want to watch their scenes when they're together.

Tamra's eye roll as Vicki was saying goodbye did get a good laugh out of me.  

It's hard to imagine the producers don't hate Vicki when they show a TH of her saying she wants to punish Tamra and Shannon for not being her friend.  I didn't think that woman could get any worse, lol.

Though I will say I ff'd past half of the show since it was flashbacks, I did love that Tamra and Shannon ignored Vicki. And that it drove her nuts. Toddler indeed - perfect comparison!!

Owie and Juju are some surly little lads.  I don't know which is which, but one sure has defcon level 41 bitchface.  I though he would grow out of it, but no.  Kid looks like he would snap your neck like a chicken.  Probably tired and don't like filming.  I still love them because they likely make Vicki miserable.   They're punishing her!

Yes, but in that culture, the men are educated and women are expected to be wives and mothers. Therefore, Peggy probably did not receive an education and was expected to be a typical Armenian wife, where the men were expected to acculturate to obtain financial security. It's very common and not surprising at all that Peggy has kept her accent. She probably spends most of her time around her family and very little time with others, unlike her husband/ men in her family who have different pressures to be successful but yet maintain a traditional wife.

I believe Peggy was born in Kuwait to Armenian parents and moved to the U.S. when she was a year old.  She grew up in the U.S. and attended school there.  Her confusion with common expressions is disingenuous  at best.  And I say this as the Queen of Malapropisms in my family. ;)
