Did anybody catch TM helping Stephen Colbert poke fun at, um, current events last night? (Google "Tatiana Maslany skit on Stephen Colbert 2/15/17 if you want to find it on YouTube.)  I didn't know she was set to be a guest, but I cracked up as soon as I saw her in the skit.

She used her Helena voice! Such a funny skit. Her interview was nice, too. Tatiana is so beautiful and humble.

There really is one more season, right? This article, which seems to be highly misleading, says OB has been "cancelled" (it also says Black Sails and Girls have been cancelled, when they chose to end their runs).

The final season starts on June 10. That article should be more discriminating rather than lumping everything into the cancelled category; there is a difference in choosing to end.

In addition to acting, Maslany has to serve as part psychologist, part shadow director, and part continuity supervisor, judging every performance in relation to every other performance to make sure there’s no blurring or overlapping, while making sure to leave physical or temporal space for every other. Just a reaction to the cast reflecting on the last scene and saying that they all were there. I know that when an actor films their last scene of a show, the cast and crew applauds, hugs, etc. So, did they do that for the last scene involving each clone? "And, that's a wrap for Rachel!" (Claps and hugs.) "And, say goodbye to Helena! (Claps and hugs.) Etc., etc., etc.

I think delaying the show until June (past the Emmy deadline) hurt the chances for awards. Tat's no longer the reigning Best Actress winner, and, by the time the 2018 Emmy nominations come out, the show will have been off for pretty much a full year.
