B&B: What's Up Today at Forrester Creations? - Daily Chat

Recommended Posts

Finn, have your egg donor escorted out of your office by hospital security. Your ineffectual mouth noises aren’t cutting it. Maybe Li could help Sheila find an exit.

Carter, however, easily takes home the gold for absolute uselessness. All his big talk about never letting Hope down sure fell by the wayside as Daphne slouched there talking mad shit about her, shit that clearly was mucked out of Steffy’s stables. As Kerley pointed out, Daphne is pretty blatantly carrying her Ladyship’s water. Carter is getting his ego stroked by LePew’s over the top tributes to his goodness and morality, so he doesn’t bother to question all the obvious red flags.

Steffy is actually right that Luna does not belong under house arrest in a luxurious mansion, not that I give two fucks about her feelings or safety. Blind squirrel, nut, etc. Bill’s security is clearly not up to par, and his weird ass conversations with Luna don’t cut it as the psychiatric help she needs. Tom Starr supposedly didn’t have a family, but surely a young guy like Hollis did. Wonder how they’d feel about this slap in the face and perversion of the justice system.

Show, you cannot have it both ways. You introduced Luna with a back story that did not include a terrible childhood or bad relationship with her mother. The audience doesn’t suffer from amnesia. Also, the cutesy thing where Luna’s “childhood trauma” is referenced almost like an excuse for murder, followed by a throwaway “this isn’t an excuse for murder”? Stop doing that.

Alas, if only the bolded is true. Show has zero shame/compunction pretzeling in whatever way they want to suit their current whims.

You tell her Steffy, you big baddie you.

UGH, I hate when I find myself rooting for a double murderer, but I just hate Steffy that much. As she stood there wailing about how she begged for her life and that Luna belongs "behind bars", all I could see was Alley's face. Maybe that was not intentional, but happened afterward sure was. To this day Thorne has no idea what really happened to his daughter. And when you consider what drove Alley over the edge and how that all went down, it is really hard to drum up any sympathy for Steffy or Taylor without even the mention of Ivy or Bill.

I guess it was ok that Bill chose to let that little matter about a bullet in his back drop and didn't press charges. Because to Steffy, killing Darla and shooting Bill in the back and leaving him to die doesn't warrant a life "behind bars", well, unless your last name is Logan, Sharpe, Carter or Nozawa.

Now, Taylor is the absolute worst. Telling Steffy to run from her marriage again? Saying how Finn was wrong to "put this on her?" Huh? So, then, it would have been better to conceal the truth? Wrong to tell and wrong to lie; Finn never had a chance. And I know Sheila has always been a loose cannon, and she can spin on a dime, but she has kept herself on the downlow. Seems like she is enjoying things right now. In any event, she certainly hasn't been bothering the Crown Princess. Yet, there is Tayor telling Steffy "she comin for you girl, you need to run!" No different than the way Taylor has lived her own life right?

I feel this is going to come between Sheila and Deacon and Brooke is still free from that asshat's grasp. Let it remain so, may he and his beige dishrag find true and lasting happiness under his daddy's roof.

So why is Finn telling Li this emotional stuff at work?  Dumb.  Steam was common’ outta her ears.  I’m waitin’ for the Homer choking Bart scene.

Ridge looked like he was gonna snap Dishrag in half.  Ew.

Luna-tic calling Finn “Dad”?  Very manipulative, eh?  Mentioning that Luna-tic murdered people still doesn’t seem to mean much to $Bill.  OK then.

Uh, is Finn ever gonna change outta that dorky sweater?  Ever?

This truly pisses me off. Today, $Bill reiterates Luna's "horrible, tragic childhood and all of the unspeakable horrors she survived" and how they "bonded over this deep connection" to Stuffy, Bill, and Taylor as the excuse for him needing to pull her out of jail.

The other weird thing is that how long is Luna's actual sentence - life? Life x2 for killing two dudes and attempted murder of Stuffy in addition to kidnapping? $Bill ain't a spring chicken, so is he going to will the remainder of Lunatic's sentence to another guardian or something when he croaks? So weird.

Another thing is that can you imagine how Poppy is going to react once she finds out? $Bill basically dumps her for no real reason except that her kid offed a couple of people, using that as a springboard to YET AGAIN go after Cryin' Katie. I'm sure she's not thrilled at being dumped and then finds out that he's taken in her murderous kid, whom she really doesn't have a relationship with anymore because she murdered some folks (not to mention kidnapped and almost murdered a 3rd person). I'd be ripping pissed.

Everyone on this show is so dumb it hurts my head.

1. Taylor insinuating that she’s repulsed at the Poppy/Finn hookup, when she’s banged both of her husband’s brothers & his dad. She’s currently banging her ex-husband in said-father-in-law’s house.

2. Poppy knows that Finn knows about Luna & has already told Steffy. She gets a text from Li & gets so excited that big sister wants to hang out! How could it not occur to her that Li texting outta the blue might not be to braid each other’s hair???

3. Steffy, the obvious winner in the dumb sweepstakes this week. Luna kidnapped her & left her for dead, & it started in the same house they’re currently standing in, but she heads over there, both barrels loaded, no backup, & calls out Lunatic. So dumb. But, then, she threatens to call the police to let them know that Luna is under house-arrest at the Spencer estate. Does she think that $Bill just walked into prison with muffins & coffee & asked to take Luna home? Obviously it was approved, how does she think Luna in trouble?

I love $Bill, but he’s so weird here, like trapping Sheila weird. BotBill is back..

Ah yes, the unspeakable horrors which were what exactly? And how are they unspeakable since this nonsense is all Bill and Luna have been blathering about for weeks?!? Not to mention, an alleged tragic childhood is not a license to murder and kidnap. This show.

The MO of the monkeys with a keyboard is to let these hypocritical ingrates to rant and rave while they bring the rain. There generally is no umbrella to keep the righteous protected from the rain.  If I was Bill, I wouldn’t just stand there with a thumb up my ass and tell Stuffy to fuck off. Nobody died and left her boss.

Do the Foresters have Chief Hot Dog on retainer?  The police have absolutely nothing to do with how Luna is incarcerated. The police arrest, the judicial convicts, and then the incarcerated become under the discretion of the California Department of Corrections. They and they alone have jurisdiction over Luna.

Taylor stop your Psychologist babble. Your track record as a mother is far from stellar. Stuffy is a serial bitch and Thomas is a psychopath. Both were raided in a home that compassion is not taught and either that they are always right.

Bill are you still a stallion?  You don’t have to justify getting Luna out of jail. You did what Ned to be done and just kick those self righteous piece of crap pseudo Foresters out of your house. Better yet, offer them a ride in your helicopter and dump them in the ocean.

While Beige is being all sanctimonious, I need Bill to remind her who she is. She shot him and left him for dead without a second's remorse because her daughter couldn't keep it in her pants around her father-in-law.

Does the asshole trifecta think Bill snuck Luna out of prison in a laundry cart?  If she's there, out of prison and wearing an ankle monitor, that's official. She's not an escapee that Hot Dog can come arrest and throw back in a cell. He has exactly zero decision making power over this arrangement. If she commits another crime, then he can arrest her, but she was led out of the prison by prison guards and handed over to Bill for house arrest.  She didn't commit any crime to get there and, so far, she has not committed any crimes to violate her house arrest status.

I hope that, instead of the predictable Steffy leaves Finn story, it's actually Finn who decides to end things with her.

And, again, Deacon, I love you, but you married Sheila. I'm pretty sure her body count is at least as high as Luna's, and her victims have loved ones who miss them just like you miss Tom and Hollis.  Having said that, though, I will be eternally grateful if Sheila finding out she's Luna's grandmother ends up freeing Deacon from this marriage.

I get that Luna did awful, horrible things. And I get that someone who has been kidnapped, locked in a cage, and almost died has every reason in the world to be forever angry at the person who did that to them.  And I get that Bill and Luna's bizarre childhood trauma bonding is complete bullshit. But, put Bill/Luna facing off against those three sanctimonious fuckheads?  Go Bill and Luna!

I was all for Luna getting out of jail, only because I wanted her psychoness (it is too a word! LOL) to continue to wreak havoc on one or two Forresters (*cough* Steffy Ridge *cough*), but all she's done since being out is whinge to Bill about Poppy and her 'terrible upbringing!'

I dislike Steffy as much as the next person, but I found myself "Yeah!"ing with her when she was screaming at Bill that she'd make sure Luna was put back in jail, because she's done sweet fuck all since being released into Bill's care!

You know what Steffy confronting Bill and Luna didn’t need? Her boring, self-righteous parents sticking their two cents in. Bill doesn’t even carry pennies around to make them change. Tbh, we didn’t need the scenes of Dr. Dishrag and her hobo once again obsessing over their strong, amazing daughter before that either.

Ridge, ever the pompous, uncouth ogre barrels into someone else’s home and starts barking orders and insults while his dipshit girlfriend stands there doing whatever a splotch of beige does. Bill doesn’t necessarily have to justify squat or diddly to Ridge and Taylor. I do think someone needs to justify letting Luna serve time in a mansion after two murders, framing her mother and attempting another murder. That is absolute bullshit. Considering that Taylor’s and Ridge’s little psychopath is running free in Europe, those two can absolutely shut it.

Someone needs to tell Deacon what Ridge said to Hope and point him in the hobo’s direction. He’s wasted throwing shade at Poppy and listening to Sheila’s purple prose about motherhood.

I am so mad Deacon hasn't heard any of this yet. He should be peripherally involved in that whole storyline as the one person Hope can talk to who one hundred percent has her back.  Steffy's parents are pounding sunshine up her ass eight days a week, but the only parent we see Hope interacting with has a severe hobo dick induced conflict of interest and has spent years laboring under the delusion that, if they're just nice and subservient enough to the assholes, they'll be treated with any kind of kindness and fair play.

STFU Taylor. You should be the one in jail for attempted murder.  Stuffy should also be in jail for making Ivy crispy.  Also why was Stuffy so intent on getting the video from Ivy if killing Aly was really self defense.

As soon as Finn sees Stuffy, his balls shrink into peas.

Another STFU goes to Deacon. You’re not a beacon of virtue plus you are married to a killer. Shiela has killed more people than Luna.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous.  Chief Hot Dog HAS ABSOLUTELY NO POWER TO BRING LUNA BACK TO JAIL!  Luna is incarcerated and not a fugitive. How many times I have to say it. LUNA IS UNDER JURISDICTION OF THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.

There is one other thing that Bill could have done as he did before. Threaten Taylor that he would turn Taylor in for attempted murder. There is no statute of limitations in CA for that crime.

Where to start with the stupidity?  Li screaming her head off in her office?  Is this in a hospital or a doctors’ office?  Wouldn’t her hysterical behavior attract attention — maybe from that nosy nurse?

Great move, Li — trying to murder your sister.  Very professional & in your office too.  Very impressed, hun.

And since we’re seeing Sheila oddly acting like an ordinary person who’s never committed any crimes, hey, why not pardon Lunatic?  She murdered 2 men, kidnapped another, who she certainly would have murdered if not caught, but eh, big woo, right?  According to Show, these are no biggee & Lunatic deserves a pardon, right?  This sh*t is nuts!

Could Lunatic be any more purposely manipulative by calling Finn “Dad” 50 billion times?  Gah!  The dumbness of this show is making my head hurt!

I may have to take a break. Luna getting pardoned after being caught in the act of holding Steffy in a cage and admitting to killing two men is too idiotic even for my admittedly low soap standards. At least put her in a psychiatric facility for a while. Add to that the almost insane, constant blaming of dipshit Poppy for everything evil under the sun culminating in a sibling strangulation. It’s distasteful at best. And holy shit, Taylor and Ridge were obnoxious and contributed absolutely nothing. Gross episode.

Yeah, Bill clearly knew that pardon was in the works.

Did the hobo think he was supervising the cop, or something? Why was he all up on her back while she was cuffing Luna? Just stay huddled over there with your beige dishrag, pretending the two of you just can't comprehend of someone being let off easy for their crimes.

I wish Finn would just tell Steffy that he realizes they have a fundamental incompatibility and would be better off splitting.  We all know he wants to get to know his murderous little sprog and still wants to have some kind of relationship with his psycho birth mother.  And Finn knows that he will never be allowed to have his own feelings or opinions or make his own decisions as long as he is Steffy's Husband.  Just call time of death on that marriage already. A nice start, though would be him questioning why she and her parents were there in the first place. If he's not even allowed to mention Luna's name going forward, because it's just so painful for Steffy, then why did she hightail it over there to confront her in person?

Poppy is all kinds of delusional, isn't she?  It doesn't occur to her, knowing that Finn knows he's Luna's father, that Li's summons to come see her right away may not be a sisterly gab session?  And when Li is acting very obviously reserved, it's still not occurring to Poppy, off in Poppy land, that something is up. And the choking scene was hilarious.

They are definitely getting ready to run that bus repeatedly over Poppy, though, aren't they?  Now we have Deacon talking about how there's something off about her?  I won't be surprised if the basis of Luna's absurd pardon is that Bill told the Governor's office all about how awful Poppy was to Luna and that she practically left her with no choice but to murder two people.

And seeing Maya on the gates, in the starring role of Veronica Lodge, I am constantly saying to my tv, just wait 'til they find out she used to be Myron! My point? Us viewers never get over this kind of nonsense of completely changing the facts they have presented to us.

I laughed out loud at the pardon.  Bill was not surprised at all.

I didn’t realize that there was still a few minutes left when I turned off the episode.  I missed Li chocking Poppy and Luna’s pardon.

Hey Li, why is it all Poppy’s fault?  Did Poppy tie Finn to the bed and have sex without Finn’s consent.  I’m sure Finn didn’t have a limp dick when he got Poppy pregnant.

As for Luna, I don’t condone that she killed Tom and Hollis but I can get behind putting Stuffy in a cage.

All of this going on in Bill’s and neither of his sons were there?! Scott Clifton and Crew Morrow who? This whole storyline just makes Bill look dumb. Yes, he was always a jackass but he was smart jackass. He had potential love interest with both Li and Poppy but now he has his not daughter & murderer Luna as his soulmate. Then we will have Sheila and Luna teaming up to break up dopey Finn and Steffy. Ugh!

Also, I have one random question. Doesn’t anyone think it’s odd that Eric and Sheila have never run in each other since she’s been back? It’s like there is a mandate from Brad Bell for the characters to have no interaction.

It's like a psychedelic trip man............

One convict makes you tremble

But two convicts make you bawl

And when one is your stepdaughter

It really sticks in your crawl

Go ask Steffy

Cause she’s itchin to brawl

And if you go chasing convicts

And you know your’re going to fall

Tell ‘em a hot bodied billionaire

Well, he made the call

To the Po Po

To set Luna up in his four walls

Then the Marone Mafia barge in

And going to tell you where to go

And they get Lt. Hot Dog to the mansion

As their fears begin to grow

Go ask Steffy

I think she’ll know

Well logic and reason

Have fallen sloppy dead

Cause Poppy’s to blame, it seems they got it backwards

As the Lt. takes a call and looks at them with dread

And says as he shakes his head

Set Luna free

Set Luna free

Steffy acting like she is in the right when she killed Ally - some might call it self-defense or justifiable homicide (I don't) but she still killed her own cousin.

did-steffy-kill-aly-in-self-defense-or-c

She almost killed another cousin, Ivy, by electrocution and all so Ivy wouldn't out her very significant part in Ally's death and the cover up that followed.

BB-Steffy-ivy-electrocute.jpg

She also shot an unarmed Sheila back in 2017 when Sheila was comforting Eric, who had learned of the Quidge affair. Eric, Liam, and Sheila, of all people, covered for her that time.

170717_sm.jpg

So she killed one person and attempted to kill two others. Yet we're supposed to believe she is afraid of Luna?

Taylor killed Darla, Ally's mother, because she couldn't have cared less about the risk she posed to human life when she chose to get behind the wheel of a car and drive drunk. And I can never forget that this was not the first time Taylor drove drunk, putting who knows how many lives in danger. This was just the first time she ended the life of a beloved wife and mother who was helping her niece, Taylor's own daughter.

taylor-kills-darla-drinking-bold.jpg

She also nearly killed Bill by shooting him in the back in cold blood with her golden gun.

Bold-taylor-shoots-bill-HW.jpg?w=300&res

And threatened to shoot him AGAIN.

BB-Taylor-Bill-gun.jpg?quality=86&strip=

All because she thought he raped or somehow compromised her precious slattern of a daughter when instead, Steffy rode that Stallion like it was her last night on earth.

I am not, in anyway, justifying what Luna did to Tom and Hollis. But (and stating the obvious), it's a show. Reel life, not real life. Second, given how absolutely vile Steffy and Taylor are, especially the stench of hypocrisy and entitlement that just emanates from them, I'm Team Luna.

Lastly, and most importantly, when Steffy and Taylor pay for their crimes, then I'll entertain Luna paying for hers.

Both of them can touch grass as neither of them have a leg to stand on when it comes to the body count department.

I'm actually looking forward to Sheila swooping in to protect her granddaughter, the Sinn marriage imploding, and the slightest possibility of a Brooke/Deacon reunion (and yes, Deacon needs to worry about how his daughter is being treated vs the Poppy/Luna nonsense).

*BEEP BEEP* yep, that's the sound of that bus backing up and getting ready to roll over Poppy again. From "she's not just my mom, she's my rock and my best friend and the ONLY PERSON I can count on!" to "she's a drug-addicted slag who subjected me to a revolving door of men and RUINED MY LIFE!!!" - and Poppy is so guilt-ridden over raising a double murderer that she'll admit to being the world's worst mother.

I appreciate her more after Li's ridiculousness and Luna's ... well, lunatic-ness.

Awww, my favorite lil double murdering cutie patootie is a free woman now (does she keep living at Bill's)  I giggled like a kid when Detective Hot dog said "uncuff her" and saw Steffy's face.  Oh well, looks like Steffy WILL have to take off for undisclosed European Destination, since she isn't safe!  This whole insane storyline makes Demon Possession and an island where killed off characters went instead of the Great Beyond, even and Orangutan Nurse seem like well thought out plots.  Will we get an unexplained  puppet character soon too? Maybe as Luna's "other" personality?

Was getting Luna pardoned Bill's plan all along?  It must've been because when during the Fake Forrester's rantings did he have a chance to make a phone call?

Dear God, Liam is going to have a VERY VOCAL meltdown over this, isn't he? I almost don't care because its too much fun watching Steffy spiral.

Did Bill unlock some kind of true crime confession kink when he was acting pretty much the same way with Sheila in his home?  Will he be pardoning and housing any other killers so he can hear them confess over and over and OVER?

I'm gonna need Deacon to have a seat in the corner on this one.

And Poppy needs to maybe lay VERY low after this, if not just leave town.  Because the absolute PARADE of sanctimonious citizens who will be happy to berate her loudly will be smothering.  Maybe she should take a quick vacation to the next music festival of partying, drugs and bad parenting decisions.

On one point I will agree, although Finn was 18 and a technical adult...he was really still a kid and his older Auntie really crossed a line by having a physical relationship with him.

And Hope, just drop that giant lump of a man.  I want her to realize he's got her saying the same thing Steffy did and it makes her re-evaluate her life choices.

Where the heck has Donna been?

So according to Show, billionaires can get pardons for murderers & kidnappers?  OK then.

Kinda would like Finn to finally say — Listen up, bitch, stop f*cking ordering me around, will ya?  But no, he’s too much of a wimp for that.

So will Lunatic show up at Finn’s & Smuggy’s and say — Hiya Daddy, I’m here to stay?  And Smuggy’s head will explode?

Yep, because $Bill's "you'd better have your murderin' ass outta my house by the time I get back" is really setting Lunatic up for success. He gives her no transportation, she's got no money, and who the hell is going to take her in? Way to go, $Bill. He goes from Lunatic's savior - only because they 'bonded' over their shitty childhoods, and claims to both are newly ludicrous - to kicking her out of his house with ZERO resources for what reason? He got a dressing down by Stuffy & Co and NOW he feels like it might've been a bad idea? This writing gets worse and worse by the episode.

It’s typical self-absorbed behavior for a billionaire.  He got her outta jail cuz he felt sorry for her, but now that her situation has been outed & is known, he wants no part of her.  And the consequences of letting a murderer, kidnapper & total lunatic go free?  Clearly, he couldn’t care less.  It’s kinda consistent with the character.

So what is the future for Lunatic?  I’m wondering if she’ll also try hit up granny Sheila for a place to stay.  Guess Deacon would be less than thrilled, eh?  Or what about Auntie Li, who’s also now her granny?  Will she choke her too, just like she did her mommy?

I get a real kick out of these self righteous people and the new self righteous Deacon who has amnesia about everything they have done in the past.

Chief Hot Dog you had no authority over Luna as you had no authority to do anything on the demands of the pseudo Foresters.

Stuffy is the quintessential bully. She’s only brave when she has an audience and a scared little child when she wants sympathy. Are Finn’s balls going to grow back and keep Luna in his life or are they going to remain pea size.

If I was Luna, I would try to get a restraining order against Stuffy. Stuffy was very good about killing Ally and claiming self defense.

Hey Bill, where is Luna going to go. It’s like being humped and dumped.

Steffy really does not let that man speak, does she?  Is she afraid he might accidentally offer a differing opinion if she doesn't speak for him?  Seriously, I want him to be the one to start the divorce instead of her having a tantrum because he accidentally stops at the grocery store at the same time as Luna. And I laughed my ass off at her trying to order Luna not to call him "dad."

All her tears are about is that she didn't get her way. She stormed over there so certain she'd snap her fingers and Hot Dog would just throw Luna back in a cell and let her personally lock the door and destroy the key. And now that that didn't happen, she's going to cry while she guilts and bullies Finn into obeying her. She did not let him, for one single second, chime in on what he wants to see happen. The one time at Bill's that Finn started to speak, Steffy jumped in and spoke over him. And back home, the only thing she allowed him to say was basically "yes, dear," as she forbid him from "making the same mistake you made with Sheila."  Bitch, you're the one who made the same mistake with Luna that you made with Sheila.

Hobo and Beige are so tedious.

The show basically used Bill to kickstart their premise of getting Luna completely free and clear of her crimes, and now that she's been pardoned, they've just pulled the rip chord on his involvement, with one line "I have a meeting, be gone by the time I get back."  I'm guessing Sheila and Deacon* will be the new characters used to support Luna while Finn tries to figure out where Steffy hid his balls. Her living over the restaurant, maybe even working there, will make for a perfect one stop location for all Steffy's "stay away from Finn! You're not his family!" shrieking at people who are just going about their day.

*I know Deacon is not currently pro-Luna, but they already have him about halfway to rationalizing that it was all Poppy's fault. Once he knows she's Sheila's soon to be beloved granddaughter, he'll be fully on the "it's all Poppy's fault" bandwagon.

Seriously though, who pardoned her?  I know this is a stupid soap opera, but this was one of the stupidest things I've ever heard.

I have no idea who pardoned Luna. I also agree it's a stupid storyline to redeem her. And the writers have really destroyed Bill, who is a shell of his former self.

That was abrupt; Luna really has no place to go except to Grandmom's place.

Is someone going to let Jack know he has a granddaughter?

The scenario in my head, which of course would never play out, goes like this:

Jack comes back to take charge of Luna and Sheila, while Deacon pours out his broken heart to Brooke, who is going through filthy scum, no good hobo withdrawals. Eventually, leading to a reconnection.

Finn becomes self-aware, realizing he is nothing but Steffy's puppet, and that nothing will ever be good enough for his wife. No matter how hard he tries, he is simply not gonna be able to make the sun shine up her hypocritical, elitist ass. So, he decides that he will be better off with people that see all the grey areas of life, and not just their own needs and desires.

Hobo and Beige continue to wobble along until Deacon and Brooke become a thing. Hobo will start his old shenanigans, and Beige will stand by her Hobo until he kicks her to the curb again and reconciles with his Destiny.

Beige and Steffy will throw in together and double down on their anti-Logan war, now with the addition of the Carter-Nozawa campaign.

But honestly, I will take anything that squashes Steffy and the gang.

Where the hell is Ivy?

So Carter, the big wimp, gives the company back to the gruesome threesome, eh?  And he doesn’t think that bunch is gonna roast Hope?  What a fool and a wimp!

Oh Lunatic was sounding very much again like the horrible murderer she is, when she was talking to Poopy.  No more of the sappy bullsh*t crap she kept spouting to Bill about being sorry for the crimes she committed.  She ain’t one bit sorry & would obviously do it all again.  Wait, is this a hint to another bitch in a box storyline?  Ya think?
