On numerous occasions, Hope has apologized to Steffy for inappropriate behavior and has repeatedly expressed her wishes for the two to try to get along and mend the ridiculous Forrester- Logan rift. Steffy has never made the first move to try to find common ground and a peaceful co-existence with Hope, nor has Steffy ever apologized to Hope for anything. I would argue that Steffy's list of transgressions is pretty long in comparison to Hope's.

I was going to say that, to be fair, Steffy was seemingly all in on putting the whole feud behind them and raising their kids together as one big happy family thing back when they were both pregnant. But, then I realized that Steffy likely only did that because it kept her access to Liam as wide open as possible. And condoned by his wife, even.

Hope should have not left out the slut from the valley part. That was the most despicable.

Taylor has what right to have such opinions on anything going on? Therapist is ok with bullying, slurs and public shaming?

Hopefully Ridge's concern about PR is right and it blows up in his and his daughter who brought all her personal hatred into work faces.

Ridge didn’t even question how did Hope know that Finn was going to be there at FC?

A thousand times YES!!!  That's exactly why Steffy's loony rage firing makes absolutely makes NO SENSE!  So is Ridge a dickless wonder & totally whipped & dominated by Steffy?  Hell, yeah!

Let's see how Brooke plays this.  Not expecting much cuz KKL's acting ability has always been really limited & she doesn't do anger so great.  Carter might be the one to watch . . .

Ridge should have started questioning whether he'd fucked up in blindly supporting his bitchass daughter when, as soon as he mentioned talking to Katie, their head of PR, she was all "another Logan."  That made it pretty damn clear that she absolutely is allowing her Logan obsession to take the lead in the office.

God, I hope Brooke dumps his ass.

If this were an actually good soap again, Hope would be suing Forrester. This is a clear-cut case of retaliation and workplace bullying.

And do Steffy and Taylor ever not get tired of being loud and wrong? I hate that this show makes these two actual hoes the voice of morality. Neither of them is frigid asexual Stephanie. They've got too many bodies each for that, so the slut shaming and pearl clutching is so far-fetched.

Hope loves to play victim. She had plenty of time to explain that she was waiting for Carter and not the CEOs husband.

Nothing is worse to me than victim Hope and put upon Brooke. 🙄

Hope IS a victim in how she is being treated at work.

It is none of Steffy's business why Hope was wearing lingerie at work (especially considering the barely covering her crotch and titties on display attire Miss Thang sports most days ending in Y). Or whom she was wearing it for.

It. Does. Not. Matter.

Even if it was Finn she was looking to entice and boy, if he didn't seek her out in her office, where she is known to be Mon-Fri 8a-5p. It still does not matter.

But again, for the cheap seats, Hope's attire and the person whom she was wearing for are none of Steffy's business.

Hope also doesn't report to Carter so there's no issue there.

Hope's sex life or love life or dating activities are none of her CEO's business unless there is a anti-fraternization policy at work, which clearly there isn't since the head designer/ertwswhile co-CEO is married to Brooke who is kinda sorta a co-CEO, too, now, and pretty much everyone who has worked there in the history of ever, except perhaps Charlie and Pam, have fucked or canoodled in the office premises.

Steffy has zero grounds to stand on and her termination of Hope is unlawful. Hope doesn't have to "play" at being the victim. She IS one. Two-fold. Hostile work environment and unlawful termination - and Steffy is entirely to blame with a side of Ridge hand-waving as always.

That's what I was wondering about, too. Why did he go in there? Why didn't he go directly to Steffy's office? Was he planning on stopping in to talk to his friend, Hope?  Did Steffy forget to put a chip in Finn Her Husband to make sure he doesn't go within a country mile of Hope?

Hell, I wouldn't even need a full courtroom drama over it, just Hope reading her the riot act and saying what we've all been thinking before walking out of FC to start her own business would be enough for me.

At this point, I don't even want Hope back in that awful place. I just want her free and clear and let Steffy spin in place on her broomstick when she has no one else to kick around. I suppose RJ and Zende will be her new targets, or maybe Electra since she does have 2 X chromosomes and Lord knows women can't be friends.

Its not Hopes office. Its the design office. Where Finn was told his wife would be. He wasn't looking for Hope. The assistant told him that Steffy was in there.

Hope makes herself the victim all the time. Try not to wear lingerie on company time.

Go Katie, she needs to quit now too.  Along with Carter.

Why is Taylor camping herself in the office, she doesn't work there she has no business involved with Katie having concerns.

Brooke needs to ask Ridge to leave that house. Send him back to Taylor and Steffy.

Hope needs to never go back, sue and treat them like trash they treated her like. Why would anyone want to do anything with those people again?

Try not to wear lingerie on company time.

If everyone at Forrester was fired for wearing inappropriate clothes to work or doing inappropriate things at work, no one would be employed at the company.

When one is being bullied at work and then fired for no good reason, it makes one the victim.

Steffy bullied Hope over Thomas and acted like a jealous ex rather than a sister. Then she moved onto bullying Hope over a kiss with Finn. Now yes it ultimately was a bad move on Hope's part but FFS ... it was a kiss. Hope didn't sleep with the guy and then have his baby (like hypocrite Steffy did with Hope's husband Liam).

Now Steffy has fired Hope over ... checks notes ... nothing to do with work or with Finn or with Steffy.

Hope please sue Forrester pronto and then get Carter, Katie and anyone else to start a new fashion house with you.

If Katie is really in charge of HR, she should be reading Stuffy the riot act how she was in violation of many CA employment laws.  Also, not even mentioning that you shouldn’t ever berate and humiliate an employee in front of other employees.  If Hope so chooses to sue for wrongful termination, retaliation, it leaves an opening for addition testimony on Hope’s behalf.

Again and again I have to say, how in the world did Hope know Finn was going to be in the design office. Finn knew Hope was in the building so why couldn’t he just leave the tablet at the reception desk.

Will acting more than sucks. It’s downright pitiful.

Steffy is such a hypocrite ranting to Katie, of all people, about Hope "seducing" Finn Steffy's Husband. Hey, Steffy? Remember when you were doing all that, and more, to Katie's husband?  Taylor, remember walking in on Steffy and Bill about to bang when he was still married to Katie?  Anyone?

Throw him out, Brooke. Throw his greasy, weaselly, waffling ass out. And change the lock.

There was nothing sexy about the lingerie Hope was wearing. For me, the outfit changed out of was more conducive to seduce Carter.

What Stuffy wears on a normal day is far more revealing. Pushed up boobs and short skirts are not appropriate for office wear.

What Hope is wearing is not even close to what I would consider lingerie. There is nothing  screaming “take me” on the desk.  It looks like something that could be worn around the office.

Hey Ridge, you weren’t there.  Hope didn’t jump on Finn, Hope fell on Finn.

I guess, if it’s mentioned that Stuffy never respected Hope’s marriage, your tongue will burst in 🔥🔥🔥 and your head will 🤯.  Ridge, fuck off. Hope was playing with Thomas’ emotions?  It was the other way around. Thomas knew Hope wasn’t ready for marriage but he kept proposing.  How many times did he weaponize Douglas to play in Hope’s emotions?

Ridge doesn’t give 💩💩 about backing Brooke. Is he looses her, Taylor is Plan B.

Finn is too afraid to talk back to Stuffy.  Did you notice that Finn’s voice got a little bit higher.

As usual, Finn and Stuffy 🥱😴

All you have to do is whisper in Hope’s ear you’re my one and only and she’s all yours.  What Hope was wearing, under her dress, was far more sexy than the lingerie she wore in the design office.

By the way I stand corrected. Katie is PR not HR but I thought she was both.

Brooke needs security to walk Ridge out of that house. His audacity to say this isn't about the Logan's versus Forrester's when he stood there for the slut from valley comment. When also did he care about spending time with Douglas? Never. Suddenly it's Hope's fault Thomas and Douglas see away from him?

Hope needs to point out Steffy is a Marone. Or are we supposed to forget that like we're supposed to forget Steffy kissing Liam and respecting Hope's marriage by cheating with Liam.

Shut up Carter, don't force her back. Let Hope walk away with self respect unless she sues. Form your own company.

Hope loves Carter already? This writing is a terrible.

Those big romantic Sinn scenes?  Again all about Steffy.  It's Finn Steffy's Husband gushing about how much he loves her and how devoted he is to her.  Her response?  "I can see in your eyes how much you love me."  And then "It goes without saying..."  OK, well, here's where she's going to reciprocate his professions of love and devotion, right?  "...that you're all mine."  Jesus. Does the show not realize what kind of relationship they're writing?  Steffy's Husband's entire value to Steffy is how much he worships her. He agrees with her that she is the center of the universe.

I was chanting "dump him! dump him!" at my TV during the Brooke/Ridge scenes. It looked like the lightbulb was finally clicking on for Brooke about Ridge. And, Ridge? Do you know who's responsible for Douglas being overseas?  Your bitchass daughter who all but packed his bags and flew them there herself as part of her Logans vs. Forresters obsession. All Hope did was not agree to a marriage she wasn't ready for yet.  Would you rather your son be married to someone who wasn't all in and wasn't as committed as he was? And he had the nerve to act like Brooke was the one bringing Logans vs. Forresters into this? Did he not just sit there in his office and listen to Steffy bring up "the slut from the valley" see her bristle when he brought up Katie?

Hope and Carter are "in love" already?  It's been five minutes, show. Your pacing is shit. And Carter is getting so many intense close up shots whenever he talks about FC that I think we're supposed to see him in some nefarious light.

Seriously, Brooke, dump his ass. Let's go Brill!

Hope and Carter are already exchanging the "L" word? Yikes! How long has it been? About four days? Carter gets way too intense, way too quickly with his latest sloppy seconds. Slow the f down already. LSV and AN have little chemistry. But nobody brought the red-hot passion like Quarter!

Whenever I see Steffy and Finn on the sofa, I just think how gross it is that little kids sit and nap on those very same cushions. I guess the snot-yellow blankie of despair was in the wash. 🤢

I have to disagree with Hope on one point. She is not "alone" at FC. She Brooke, Aunt Katie, RJ, and Zende all in her corner. I felt very sad for Hope when she explained to Carter that her whole life and identity were wrapped up in HFTF. Girl needs to go out the and get a LIFE! I hope this is the impetus for her to get out in the world and explore her career options. Hopefully, at Carter's new global brand.

I was also chanting, "Kick him out! Kick him out!" when Ridge stood before Brooke like the pompous ass he is and maligned Hope to Brooke's face. Let him slither back to his bitch-ass daughter and the drowned beige meerkat!

So what was it -- soft porn day?  Camera settling on Carter's nakey chest?  Are we supposed to faint, or shudder like Hope did?  Nah, not so much.

Told ya, KKL is not good at anger.  She just broke down & melted into tears at Ridge being an a-hole.  Not good.  Enough with the tears, KKL, you're too old for this shtick.  Get some anger goin', hun!  What do they have to do -- get an intern to poke a stick at her?  Sheesh, KKL, you've been at this for nearly 40 years, take some acting lessons & learn how to do an anger scene FFS!

This SL is so . . . off.

First of all, while Carter's plan is ambitious and seems to be well-conceived, he is taking it far too personally that the Forresters aren't jumping on this.  It's not his money on the line.  It's not his company whose entire identity will be altered.  It's not his company that could fail.  This endeavor would cost at least a billion dollars.  That's money the Forresters don't have so they'd have to take on investors which they don't want to do.  Eric is, in all ways that are important, a dressmaker.  That's what he does and that's what he loves.  He was never much of a CEO and certainly couldn't head up the international conglomerate Carter envisions like LVMH which owns Dior, Tiffany, Bulgari, etc.  Carter is being a baby.

Second, no, Carter, FC is not Hope's "birthright".  As it seems any issues of ownership and stock apportionments have disapperared, we're left with FC being owned by Forresters only.  As such, Brooke has no stock and Hope has no stock.  So, it's not the "birthright" of anyone other than Eric's children (yes, including Ridge Marone, Eric and Stephanie's firstborn and favorite child).  Even though Brooke contributed significantly to FC's bottom line, and HFTF may have as well, the bottom line is no one named Logan has any ownership in FC.

Finally, Hope and Carter?  "I love you" after only three or four kisses over the last couple weeks?  Really?!

Looking forward to a few months down the road when Electra is discovered as having murdered 2 people and is holding Katie in a cage as Katie is suddenly the only one who has figured it out and is standing between Electra and her Spencer fortune achieved by either Will or Bill.

Bring in a dewy eyed ingenue, pair her with a boring nepo baby, wash, rinse, repeat. At least Lisa Yamada isn't a terrible actress and I think thoroughly enjoyed suddenly playing the bad girl. This girl I'm not so sure.

I like Carter but he's acting very out of character.  And Steffy is right to finally shut him down.  He's getting real comfortable as "a member of the family", talking to Steffy any kind of way.  Even actual family members can't do that at work where Steffy is their boss.

And withholding the fact that Cope is a thing just makes this SL even dumber.  "Ridge, you don't understand!"  "Steffy, that's not what happened!"  It's like  Gaslighting for Dummies.  Steffy saw Hope on top of her husband in lingerie.  But she's not supposed to think the woman who kissed her husband is hitting on him again?  Offer her receipts.  Just tell her the truth.  Jeez.

Yes Carter, he’s here for Hope until he’s not. I give it 6 months and they will flip the script. It’s already predetermined by the monkeys with a keyboard.

How many times do we have to tell Stuffy, she’s not a Forester by blood. Eric is not Ridges father and his mother is only a Forester by marriage.

Will got his redemption today.  If it wasn’t for Z, Will would have been the worst actor today.  They both are pitiful.

Are you fucking kidding me Stuffy?  Mothers are supposed to teach their daughters boundaries?  What boundaries have your mother taught you?

How to get pregnant without needing a paternity test?  How not to practice safe sex?  How to buy a baby?  How to covet?  How to commit adultery?  Don’t be happy with what you have but be jealous of what other people have.

Steffy needs someone to tell her shes a Marone. Steffy rants about disrespect, she slept with Liam while he was married to Hope all because of a mannequin.

What does Steffy know about boundaries.

Ridge is an idiot, Eric is right the firing was personal.

Carter must have a plan.

Zende, Brooke, Katie, Hope and Carter needs to band together.

What the hell is Steffy wearing??

Eric "The firing was personal."

Steffy "Some people might see it that way." Then she proceeds to lay out exactly how personal it was "I warned her to stay away from my husband. She has to have consequences." I was mad that Eric didn't respond "that's the definition of personal!"

Then we had Ridge bitching about how Eric is close to Brooke and cares about Hope. Well, at least someone fits that description, because God knows the so called love of her life, her "destiny," doesn't. As always, Hope is only Ridge's family when it's convenient for him.

I kind of like Electra, just for her obviously snarky comment to the hostile models about how nice and helpful everyone has been. Everyone throwing themselves at Will is too much, though. Rein it in, show.

It sweet that you think the writers have long term story arcs. These are the same writers that change story direction and character motivation from week to week. Sometimes day to day. Continuity is their enemy. They use flashbacks from the SAME DAY.

Anyhoodle

I'm glad someone finally told Zende that the line he has been working so hard on has been unceremoniously shit canned. He was already pissed about getting overlooked.... jumping ship along with the line would be his best chance for infamy. Otherwise he will be stacking boxes with Will.

Speaking of SmileBright...when he joked to the models that he had been made CIO and they believed him... spoke volumes on how that company is run.

All of this EMPHASIS on Hope being in the frumpiest lingerie on the rack. Does that mean if Hope had been in her regular work clothes, she could've grabbed SteffysHusband's junk and it wouldn't have been a big deal?

Everyone: It's bad for business to fire people for personal reasons.

Steffy: Here is my deeply personal reason that has nothing to do with work ..."So you see", it was just business!

I hope Carter's ominous words means he has a lawyer on retainer to sue Forrester Creations in to the ground.

I was promised Luna this week. I'd better get a whole lot of Luna tomorrow! And she'd better be UNHINGED.

Where is Katie to tell Stuffy that Hope’s firing would be a PR nightmare.  If Hope sued for wrongful termination, Stuffy animosity would come to light which would also be a PR nightmare.

Stuffy, what gives you the right to walk into Brooke’s home especially uninvited and not even knocking. Oh, I forgot, she’s a pseudo Forester and her 💩 doesn’t sting. In fact, Stuffy doesn’t 💩 because that’s beneath her.

Carter, if I were you, I would tender my letter of resignation immediately.  What Ridge was describing, for the LLC, is actually an attempt at a tax dodge which most likely would not work especially in their overseas operations.

Luna sweet Luna still has that evil smirk.

I was thinking this, too.  Bill is all about luxury, so I can see him having a luxe brand under the Spencer umbrella.  And Carter could probably find some legal loophole to bring HFTF and Brooke's Bedroom (and maybe Ivy's line?) with them, making FC totally Logan-free per Steffy's wishes.

So Electra has an old boyfriend/stalker. At least, won’t be kissy-kissy storyline with Will & Electra. Brad usually does these stories later down the line so this time he went right there.

Luna is still a nutcase which is fun but I don’t see her getting out of jail after murdering two people and locking Steffy up but Sheila has done worse so who knows?! LOL!!!! She still in love with Bill and he burn the letter from Luna. Although, I can’t tell if he was intrigued or scared.

I have to give extra points to production for filming of the burning letter and have it perfectly burn with Luna’s signature the only thing left shown. It was either perfectly timed or CGI’d. Either way, it was well done.

Oh how I wish Hope would have immediately told Steffy "you can't just walk into my mother's house uninvited. This is a Logan house."  And if Steffy dared to raise "my father lives here," the response could be "and my mother is an executive at Forrester. I guess we both have to figure out other ways to see our parents."

Ridge was such an asshole to Carter today. And his indignant "apologize? My daughter?!?" He was so indignant that someone would expect Princess SuperBitch to lower herself and apologize for something. And, hey, Carter, now you know exactly how much that whole "we're like brothers" thing really means to Ridge.

I really do hope that we get a storyline with everyone other than Ridge and Steffy leaving FC to go start a new company.

When I read upthread that Luna was set to return, I had to tune back in. It took all week but was worth the wait. I'm glad they didn't revert the character back to being all sunshine and sweetness. Girlfriend is still working it from her prison cell and doing a bang up job.

Now, to all that "other' business. I didn't watch most of the office scenes, but I did watch all of the Hope/Carter/Brooke/Zende stuff, and I was getting BeLief SL vibes. I don't believe for one minute that Bradley has the chops to pull off a SL that involved and nuanced, but when I saw Cater holding that blue contract in next week's previews, all I could see was Ridge getting Brooke to sign the contract that would have robbed her of her rights to BeLief:

Then they juxtapose Steffy and Ridge talking about a new beginning as Carter is telling Hope that Steffy and Ridge gave them what they needed.

I would be on board for some type of takeover but would much prefer to see everyone jump ship: Hope, Carter, Brooke, Katie, Ivy and Zende. Start their own venture and let Forrester twist in the wind. Let Miss Know It All feel the consequences of her hasty, totally personal decision. Let Ridge feel the loss of the love of his life and his best friend. Let them both feel the panic of declining sales as they walk the empty halls of Forrester.

Carter learned an important lesson; Ridge is loyal to himself and his horrid spawn. He will never have your back, and if you dare to call him or his daughter on their shit behavior, you will find out just how much you matter and just how much you are considered "family".

I felt so sorry for Bill as he was sitting there all alone.

It would be great if Eric was a majority stockholder in FC, because he could then remove Steffy and Ridge from their positions in the company and bring in Thorne, his only biological son, to run things; but he holds just 37.5% of FC stock, while Steffi holds 37.5%, Ridge holds 20% and Thomas holds 5%, and I'm pretty sure that the Marones masquerading as Forresters would combine forces to keep that from happening - could the fact that Ridge, and, therefore, Steffy and Thomas, are not biologically Forresters be used in some kind of only on a soap opera legal maneuver to disinvest them of their stock in FC?

Given this soap has done way more outlandish things they expect us to believe is "reality" like Sheila walking free after her many, many crimes or Ridge surviving a fall out of a helicopter without a scratch, or the Finn back-from-the-dead plot with zero physical problems...then divesting the faux Forresters of their stock would be the most realistic thing presented on this show.
