Other than the EW interview, which was their first of the day, it seemed like he either mentioned or was asked about her in every other interview of the day. What does it say about those two that Laurel — a villain who got a half-assed redemption arc — is actually probably more loyal to Felicity (and therefore by extension to Oliver, if she feels like it probably, and Mia) than they are? But sure, that’s a team, if “team” is defined as “a group of people who all wear masks and may be working together or trying to kill each other/sending one another to prison for life/swinging an axe at one of the others/etc. depending on the scene.” 8 Link to comment

And it might have been a genuine question anyway; the actors aren't required to watch the other shows. I'm pretty sure that was Hartley Sawyer who said (not "yelled") that. He's the newest Flash cast member and has never even been in the same scene as Felicity/Rickards; so I can see how he wouldn't know her. EBR and Hartley Sawyer shared a scene when Felicity crossed over for Iris's bachelorette episode. The scene got deleted, but they definitely worked with each other.
