RHoBH in the Media

I still think the Fox Force is overdue for another culling. Teddi got the axe when Denise was driven off, now the same can happen with Garcelle peacing out. One demotion isn’t good enough if they’re all still on the show and on the group trips where the nastiest gang-ups always take place.

I’d rather it be Doorit though. She adds nothing, and maybe with her gone Boz would develop some organic friendships instead of just sticking with the ally she was instructed to befriend by producers (allegedly).

I would it is prefer Kyle, Dorit and Erika were all gone or demoted. I know I won’t get my wish, but I’m hoping Erika is fired and Dorit is demoted.

I am not sure I can stomach watching if all three of them and Boz are all on.

This show reminds me of a toxic woman’s club I was in. We culled some toxicity had a few nice years then the toxicity got even worse.

One year the club had 24 members, it was down to 7 in two years - all the toxic people who didn’t do the work stayed.  Two left before me and the rest after.

I would be lying if I said drama doesn't draw in some viewers, but I hope the powers that be see posts like ours and realize the negativity has gotten too far. I've never thought I might quit the show. It's always been fun to me even when I've found some cast members toxic. It's why I joined the board in the first place, and why I selected my username.

Most of us want to watch at least SOME women we genuinely like. Los Angeles is full of fabulous women, but for some reason we're left with the cockroach housewife, the inherently cold bad guy, and the unconscious Karen.

i think a lot of it is just these shows coming to their natural end also .. esp when the ladies being cast and production seemingly being more involved in making a scene to get ratings then actual doing it organically ... the housewives know and try to play specific parts and production knows to whisper in their ear to get a reaction ...

and the fans can tell

I 100% agree with all of this

If media reports are true, maybe RHObh is learning from the mistake of New Jersey because their lesson was derailed when Bravo made the decision to bring back both Melissa and Teresa. I don't think RHOBH can continue with the stranglehold that Kyle, Dorit and Erika have on the show. Kyle will never leave and Dorit is giving the drama so Erika seems like the one most likely to be given her walking papers.

Hear me out on this idea. Give Kyle, Erika, Boz and Dorit their own new show. Lol title it Divorced Wives of BH. Then take Sutton, Jennifer and add some new faces to the old show. I’d watch the latter but how long would a show with Kyle headlining it last. Probably not too long. Especially if the secondary show added actual interesting new ladies who brought wit, house and travel porn. It’s one way to get Kyle out the door in a way that she couldn’t blame Andy and tattletale on whatever secrets she’s holding over his head. This may not be well thought out, but I’m sure y’all get my drift.

None of this will ever happen.  It doesn't make any sense BRAVO would spend money and develop a new show for 4 cast members.  Kyle will never leave RHOBH.  Anyone thinking otherwise is just fooling themselves.   And keeping it real, I don't see Sutton carrying the show.  She's gotten a lot of back lash from viewers in what went down with Garcelle.  Jennifer Tilley has already said she's not interested in being part of the main cast.  She has been asked before.

BTW, Kyle, Dorit, Erika are not divorced (yet).  Boz is a widow.

I love this idea, TBH.

Definitely. That last episode of the Vice show was about ANTM.

Janice Dickinson was one of the interviewees. We alI know she had a hardcore rep while on ANTM. On the Vice series, Janice was in a genuine state of contrition. She took accountability for the fact that her comments fucked with the contestants' self esteem. I was glad to see her apologize on camera, even though I know the show's been off for years. There was a ANTM producer who spoke at length about the production stuff. Tyra, however, wasn't on it.

I thought she was the worst when it came to delivering soul crushing critiques.

I especially remember being shocked by how Tyra would speak to the young African American contestants who looked up to her as an American success story. She was super hard on them. Unrelenting.

"You must immediately pack your bags and go home."

What is the Vice show?

I'm not sure those shows are coming to their natural end (although they should). People don't realize that streaming rating numbers are included, and they look only at the regular cable network numbers. In fact, the Beverly Hills HWs, the Orange County HWs, and the Potomac HWs are doing very well. The OC last season was the most successful one in 5 years ratings wise.

I don't know if anybody posted about it, but Avi, Sutton Stracke's assistant allegedly left. There is no official confirmation.

Tom Girardi and PK both found comfort in women who were older than Erika and Dorit. That speaks volumes.

??? Speaks volumes about what?   I don't know about Giradi, but if PK had Mauricio money would he be dating much younger women?  That PK is dating age appropriate women doesn't really tell me much.  I mean, Dorito isn't that much younger (8 years?) than PK.

PK might just be over a woman whose age would include their biological clock ticking. He’s going to be having enough trouble supporting the children that he has. Even if his first set of children are older, I’d imagine that he’d like to be able to still give them a few things to help make their dreams come true or soften a rough edge of life. (Assuming that he isn’t a jerk and still cares about them both financially and emotionally)

Yes, however they are in the U.K. And not here in America so coverage may vary. Also his ex might be a class act and choose not disclose their personal information/business as not to expose their children to their parents nonsense. She may not be attention hungry like Dorit.

I like this idea but I would like it more if I could remember PK ever once mentioning his kids with Dorit (or the older ones for that matter) at all.

The only thing that will affect Bravo's decision on casting is the number of viewers the show has.  If the number meets or exceeds a certain threshold, then no matter how we feel about the ladies, they will stay.

I'd like to hear them banter about why she tried to get Ally to go back to James after their DV incident!

I still can't believe that. I can understand Lisa having a soft spot for James because she has a long history with him, but you don't tell a woman to return to an abusive relationship. Years ago on RHoBH, Lisa also said that she was in an abusive relationship herself once when she was very young. You would think she'd have more compassion.

I still need to listen to Ally's interview. She seems like a really sweet girl imo. I love Lisa as a TV personality, but it is bad when even Ally talks about your manipulations. Ally's no Lisa Rinna or Kyle, and that wasn't a storyline you play with.
