Didn't you get the memo Bobcat?  That was Sami's fault.  Sami is the bad guy.  She wasn't willing to put up with EJ lying to her about Kristen drugging and raping Eric, she dared to have her own opinion so she's to blame for everything.  The only good thing about that SL was Sami/Kate teaming up, people in Salem being stupid enough to pick a fight with Sami and get their ass handed to them, and AS/Sami's, "Thanks for throwing me into the kiddie pool, EJ," comment.

Oh God, the shaving porn.  My eyes, my eyes.

That was nasty..Erica and Dimitri did it much better on All My children....Nicole deserves better than Nasty Dan..I am Happy that Shawn and Ari have found love off the set, however, I have no interest in seeing it on my telelvision...

The last time Kritter and Brady had sex was before the wedding, which was long before Theresa got pregnant. How does Kritter plan to pass the baby off as theirs? Even Brady wouldn't be stupid enough to believe her.

STFU Abifail. All that talk about her and JJ being close was such bullshit. She's just once again trying to make the conversation about her.

Raccoon Jen continues to be a terrible mother. JJ wants whatever is going on between him and Lima Bean to be a secret yet she goes and tells Abifail about it the first chance she gets. And she actually expects Abifail to keep her mouth shut.

If Sparkle's worthless mother can't even stand up to Will of all people then I can't be bothered to feel bad for her. Go back to San Francisco and take Mr. Crest White Strips with you.

So Sparkle tells Sonny it's best they don't see each other but then tells his worthless mother that he's extending his stay in Salem. He's so full of shit.

I'm almost certain that shaving scene with Nicole and Dan violated multiple FCC rules.

You Rock! Leftphalange..Sparkle is such a phony with his noble act.  My heart was a flutter to see Wilson together..I loved that hug between them...I know that the show is going for Paulson because Ken Corday does not like happy couples..I will take my crumbs until the inevitable blowup over Will's stupid, laughable  attempt at being a badass..He needs to leave that to Sonny..It is obvious that they will make up until Will's machinations come to light and that will push Sonny to go back to Paulson...I have a feeling that Will is going to write an expose on Paul that will backfire on him just like the last time....This show is so predictable... When the show gets tired of Paulson, they will write a lame story where Arianna gets sick or kidnap to facilitate a reunion between Wilson without resolving the issues that led to the breakdown of their marriage...

I don't believe it's possible for the writers to come up with a development too trite, too outlandish or too ridiculous for Brady to be dumb enough to fall for. No matter the circumstances, the question "Surely even Brady wouldn't believe that?" always demands the answer "Oh, yes, he will!", just the way "Knock, knock" requires "Who's there?" Brady is also a predictable joke.

Why do they keep saying that Roxanne doesn't seem to be JJ's type?? Is something wrong with Roxanne that we didn't see on our screen? Does she have a third eye between her tits? She's pretty, spunky, says what's on her mind and he liked Theresa who has those qualities as well, even though Theresa is mean. So Jar Jar, Dark Roast, and Judgy Jacosta are all dumbasses. They act like the girl is hideous as all hell and the most wretched human being on the planet.

Jar Jar please, you and JJ don't share everything. Didn't tell him you were spreading your legs to EJ, do you tell him about your species sex with the mannequin, or making goo goo eyes at Chad. GTFO Jar Jar, eat your trough of shit that Jacosta fixed for you and STFU.

IDK what writers are going for with Shit Stain Sneasel, but it's not working, even I'm feeling a little bad for Carbon Narita who just came to visit Sparkes and is now being blackmailed out of the blue by some Shitty person who waddles his ass on her doorstep. I think Carbon Narita have nothing to worry about because I think Shit Stain is off the mark with who Sparkles daddy is. (It better not be a damn DiMera).

I can see why Sonny is jumping to those conclusions, and he's not off the mark, cause Shit Stain is coming off like an obsessive nutjob with wanting Sparkles out of town and photos/magazines blasted all over the desk. I wonder if Shit Stain will be all up and front with Sonny like he was with Lucas with wanting to do a followup story on Sparkles.

Nicole, Dark Roast needs more than a shave, he needs some soap, water, bleach, scissors, etc. Dark Roast out of all the people that's going to be there, you won't be able to take one person glaring at you and not think that you're perfect. Only Days would try to make someone shaving look sexy when clearly it was vomit inducing. Let me tell you this, I've seen plenty of barbers shave, having taken my cousins to barbershops before and never have I seen a barber get on their knees to shave or sit on someone's lap. Shaving off your hair is not sexy, something you have to do, I bet next we'll see Dark Roast shaving Nicole's pubic & armpit hair while playing some Johnny Gill music. Glad I didn't have that razor in my hand and I'm in front of Dark Roast, blood splattered everywhere, would have Freddy Krueger his ass.

JJ & Lima Bean scenes were absolutely boring. Nothing exciting there, but what else is new when you have to mopey ass characters.

Maybe Kritter needs Theresa's blood sample to establish some sort of human baseline? To make sure that gestating so near to her coruscating nucleus of crazy hasn't mutated the poor child into ... whatever species of "wire-haired man-goblin" ( Perry Cox, MD) Kristen belongs to? Just a guess.

How do I love thee, post, let me count the ways..

Thanks, this is GREAT!  Coruscating nucleus of crazy is a line I WILL be stealing!

It's even possible that Kristen plans to give him an explanation that is actually not that far off from the truth - she might say she took Brady's sperm somehow (maybe he made a sperm bank donation once?) and impregnated herself with it. It's outlandish, but less outlandish than the actual truth and doesn't require convincing him that they had sex. By virtue of the baby even existing, any explanation is going to be outlandish to one degree or another, but she can prove the baby is his.

The smiles and looks Paulson exchanged today- too cute! Paulson is the rootable couple by far and I'm glad the show is pushing in that direction- Wilson should never have happened in the first place. And Sonny looked so sad and reluctant to go home to Will- he seemed to seriously be considering trying to talk to Paul again, not to mention that Sonny FINALLY smiled in what seems like forever at Paul. The chemistry is palpable. I feel absolutely nothing in Wilson scenes without Ari now. And yes, Will is insanely obsessed with Paul, Sonny- to the point of blackmail and another disgusting expose! I wouldn't be surprised if Will writes the story anyway- he's just that greedy, self-absorbed, smarmy, and stupid. I hope someone comes from Cali and just takes Will away and he can go be happy in Hollywood and Paulson can be great! Knowing Will though, Ari will be his bargaining chip and he'll use her for all its worth. Whatever, Will. #freesonny

The jackets that Nicole and Serena need to be burned and then the ashes dropped into a vat of acid. On the other hand, Jennifer looked the best today that she has looked in years, and Abigail also looks so much better with her hair up. I also love Sonny's red leather jacket.

I have to echo the sentiments above that the shaving scene was gross. What was even grosser was Will's treatment of Mama Narita. I think an actor with some talent could bring some nuance and find some reason for the audience to root for or at least see Will's point of view the way Alison did with Sami. But Guy is just horrible and having him opposite a weak actress like the woman playing Mama Narita only magnifies how bad he is.

That must mean that at some point Roxanne refused to let Jenn and Abigail watch while she and JJ had sex.  How dare she?  Now Paige, on the other hand......JJ is so fucked with having those two for a sister and mother.

There were a couple lines where Jennifer seemed to be hinting that she thought Roxanne was gay. I didn't pick up that sentiment when Abigail was talking about her today, so maybe I was seeing something that wasn't there or the story changed directions?

Maybe Jenn did think that - who knows what goes on that haunted belfrey she calls a brain?  I don't know if the story changed direction, but Roxanne was definitely coming on to JJ in her hotel room before Eve showed up.

I thought FS played those scenes really, really well.  He does a lot of acting with his eyes and mouth and it actually works.

I have been Team Sparkle from the start but today was the first time I didn't think Sonny was looking at him like a starving man eyeing a big juicy steak.  I did, however, get the impression that he wanted to ask Paul to stay.

Also, Paul's big cheesing grin when he was telling Mama he would stay away from Sonny didn't come off as quite so genuine.

I just want Will to be happy with or without Sonny..If Sonny wants to go back to Paul. I hope he lets him go, since they are trashing him. I am sure he will become a psycho and try to kill Paul..Then Paul and Sonny will ride off into the sunset with Ari..Thank God Sonny never adopted her..I want Sami to swoop in and take her granddaughter away from Paulson to raise her alongside Johnny, Sydney and Allie..Sonny is not a blood relative, so he has no rights....Rafe should be involved in Wilson's marital discord, I am sure that he would be very worried about Ari's family life being in shambles...He may be an idiot but he does love that little girl..It seems that everybody in Salem love them Some Ari..She makes everything so nice...She is beautiful..Even Sparkle was impressed with her....

By the way, does John know that his son Brady is in the hospital now..I guess Brady will get the shaft like Will in favor of Sparkle...

Oh absolutely, Freddie is the best with the subtle nuances. One of the things I love about his scenes with Christopher Sean is that Chris's face is so expressive- he wears his emotions all over his face and its a testament to his acting ability. In the same vein, Freddie is insanely good at the subtleties. His emotions are more tightly wound up and he expresses it with his eyes and small facial tics- a testament to his acting ability. It's a great contrast and enjoyable to watch on screen.

And yeah, I don't think Sonny was looking at Paul like "I need to bone him now" and I don't think Paul was looking at him desperately either and I think that's why this is my second favorite Paulson scene- it feels like the looks they exchanged were more than that to me in the sense there was mutual "we're ok" and Sonny's final look was a look of longing- for what, I'm not exactly sure, but he really did seem like he wanted to say more to Paul and he has definitely forgiven him, so I'm going to take that as encouragement for my Paulson dreams that down the line, something might happen there.

And yeah, I have no idea what the heck was going on with that ending scene with Tori. I think Paul was trying to reassure Tori with his smile but Christopher has one of those smiles that always appears slightly impish so he should be careful of that if that's not the effect he's trying to give off- same way his eyes seem to be set by nature to "sexy time." His smile is seriously a weapon though- absolutely beautiful.

Sneasel threw his own mother and grandmother under the bus.  Why would he have a problem targeting someone else's mother?  Show needs to get its act together.  When Will was stabbing Sami and Kate in the back, it was okay.  Now they are trying to make Will out to be the bad guy?  It was no big deal when Sami was cheated on, and she was wrong for being angry, but now Will is a bad guy for cheating, and he is supposedly like Sami.  {face palm}

That is infuriating to me as a Will fan....There are people on canvas who have done worst and are still being treated with some respect....I already know it will only get worst for Will..I am ready for it..Like I said I am a Sharon fan from the young and the resltess...She has been trashed for so many years by different regimes for so long and I still love her..Because the more the writers trash her to prop other characters, the more I love her..

Trashing a character in order to prop another character is dumb, and it doesn't work.  It usually backfires, and I either end up rooting for the character the writers are trying to turn me against, or I end up hating both characters.

LMFAO!

Whoa. Why the hell is going on with Asscole's monkey fur/peacock feather coat and and CrazyEyes leopard jacket in their confrontation?

Lima Bean seriously looked and sounded like she wants to kill JJ in the park meeting. Why does she need to interrogate him and/or Roxanne on why they didn't work out? Can't she accept his realistic lie that he just wasn't that into her? Beansy is very obsessive and has perverse expectations.

IDK what writers are going for with Shit Stain Sneasel, but it's not working, even I'm feeling a little bad for Carbon Narita who just came to visit Sparkes and is now being blackmailed out of the blue by some Shitty person who waddles his ass on her doorstep.

I concur. Will is such a repugnant asshole. I'm really starting to hate his swarmy smug, irresponsible tool. I'm no fan of Sparkle or Mama Sparks but it Will's fault HE strayed and Paul being in town and isn't going to end or save the relationship.

Failures outfit and accessories looked stupid on her Jar Jar self today. Like a real estate agent from 1986 or she was going to a Designing Women theme party which we all know neither have aliens involved. She also was wearing a Run DMC looking dookie chain. If she's going to wear costumes she should start with a mask and a muzzle.

Aw Sparky's so good with kids and laughing and giggling. Isnt that sweet? If this doesn't work lets give him a rambunctious puppy.

The actress who plays Tori/Sparks mom-did she lose a bet? She doesn't seem to have any acting ability or talent or know why she's there.

Jenn's hair was greasy today. Did Dan run his fingers through it or something?

Nicole gushing over how wonderful a doctor, a great man, how cool and far out he is. Seriously it must be a 4x a week quota for a character to give a complimentary speech about him. And he didn't even act all humble about it he took it as fact.

I wonder if Saint Missy would let the character of Peter come back--I am wondering if both John and Stefano being Paul's papa are both red herrings. They never mention an old character for no reason, and Roman distinctly (as much as he can speak distinctively) said Peter was around during the time Sneasel was interrogating him about at Dimera Summer Camp.

Y'all are really getting me amped for this shaving scene.

I think he forgives him and also I would find it hard to resist smiling at Paul with kids even if he didn't- Chris was adorable with them. I think they settled into at the very least friendship today- the kind of friends you sort of have to stay away from because of temptation but friendly nonetheless.

Maybe if Will seemed more panicked or emotional about what he's done - some of this awful behavior would at least be understandable; but, man, he marches in like blackmail has been on his resume for years and is cold and calculating to the max.

Maybe in real life, though I have a few male friends who easily forgive other males over things a woman would blow his head off for. In fact, its a pretty common sitcom set-up- there are so many shows where guys who share some sort of relationship chase after the same girl, butt heads over it, then the audience is supposed to just forget when they're buddy buddy again. Not to mention that this is DOOL- the show where women marry rapists and people forgive their attempted murderers. Compared to that and adding in the fact that Paul didn't even know, I can go with this new friendship. Plus Sonny's two days of thinking (I swear only two days have passed, Salem time) must have done him some good because until he returned to Will's den of iniquity and evil and saw Will's preparations for his Paul-Narita-target-practice-shrine, Sonny seemed clear on at least 3 things: 1. Paul doesn't want Will and vice-versa, so there's no reason to feel insecure or threatened on that front, 2. The one-night stand was just that- a one off, and 3. Will is fully responsible for what transpired between him and Paul and he and Sonny are the only ones responsible for what happened wrong within their marriage. All that added up- there's no rational reason for Sonny to be holding a grudge (especially if he forgives Will), and Sonny is the most rational character on the show most of the time, so I'm not surprised. I was so glad that Sonny said Paul wasn't responsible for their marriage issues because 1. it's true and 2. it reinforces to me at least that when Sonny finds out the extent of Will's obsession with getting rid of Paul, he's gonna blow, hopefully Kiriakis style. I still feel cheated out of the post-reveal Paul/Will beatdown, but hopefully this new article will bring it

I agree with this--Sonny is really the only person I care about in this story line and I want things to turn our good for him.  And while I don't approve of Will's actions regarding blackmailing of Paul's mom, you have to wonder how lame a character has to be to be pushed around by Sneasel.

Sorry, but Sparkle doesn't get a pass for "not cheating." He gets off the hook partially because he didn't know Won't was a married man the first time. That he was willing to have another go once Won't said it wasn't right means he didn't care whether Won't was married or not. If you sleep with someone whom you know to be married, that makes you a cheater, too. Wedding vows are not a private arrangement between the spouses; they are public for a reason. (I don't believe that "the other woman" or "the other man" deserves all the blame for infidelity, but I don't believe the unmarried partner in adultery is blameless, either.)

The fact that Sparkle still thinks he has a chance with Sonny means he doesn't care about whether Sonny was cheated on or not. That makes him far less than noble. The fact that he still appears to insist that Sonny belongs with him makes him almost delusional, I think.

IIRC, Paul was eventually told that Will "had someone special in his life", but I don't think he knew about Will being married until after Sonny found out.

Yesterday was damn good. Lucas reading Sneasel the riot act was deeply satisfying, as was Adrienne's confrontation with Justin. I rarely give a damn about her, but Judi Evans gave a solid performance and made me feel her pain.

WOW! Brady wasn't mad at Daniel for thinking he might have used! That was some serious maturity on his part -- I didn't know he had that setting! Theresa looked so beautiful, as always. (And her mascara is awesome, thank you so much to the poster who sourced that for us!) Her eyes are so huge and expressive -- I can't imagine being in a room with her and not looking into her eyes.

I can't even talk about Will's bullying of Mama Norita, because it makes me want to punch someone in the face, but I cannot wait until this backfires.

Wow, John really lights up around Paul! He gets so smiley and downright likeable! I haven't liked him so much since he was a robot. (Bring back RoboJohn!) I hereby revoke my objection to him being Sparkle's father. And wow, did Sparkle light up with those kids! I liked Sparkle and Sonny's conversation -- I felt that both scored high on both maturity and reasonability.

I swear Christopher Sean makes everyone he's in a scene with more bearable. His scenes with Tori are sort of cute but when she's with Will, it's the awkwardest thing in the world to watch. His scenes with Aiden and John- absolutely love them. John with most other people- is it me or is he shouting at everyone (Lucas has this habit too)?

I would give points to Daniel for looking hella perplexed when Abigail was talking if he didn't have the same perplexed expression when Nicole was shaving him down as the stupid music played. Did that not seem out of place? I wasn't sure if a scene from another episode had been inserted by accident in the replay episode on Youtube.

They really were boring.  And Paige has moved firmly into camp creepy.  Her demanding to speak with whats-her-face about the breakup was just bizarre.  Plus, TOB isn't very good.  Most of the time all I focus on is her tiny, tiny nose but today I did note her strange teeth baring and eyebrow furrowing, and it was much worse than any of Jordan's pained facial expressions.  Just send Paige to Stanford already.

Days, like so many other soaps, has forgotten that the reason people watch is to be entertained.  Everyone is so boring or annoying.  Sami and Kate need to break Gabi out of prison, and toss someone else in the river.  Those scenes were hilarious.

JJ being harangued by half a dozen women who can't manage there own lives is not entertaining.

Theresa being blamed for what Brady does is not entertaining.

Stefano winning again is beyond boring, stupid, and repetitive.

Damn!!!   Sooooooooo close....so VERY close.  Nicole had the razor RIGHT there, while she was manscaping that moron.  She could have - with one "accident", have made all our lives, and Show, so much better.  I know, so sad, so bad. but what a funeral!  Wouldn't even have to dig a grave for Dark Roast Dan, since he brings his own dirt.  Oh well, it was a dream, and I can dream, can't I??

So...Nicole runs into Serena....and they talk about what, again?  Honestly, I was so struck by the ugliness of those coats I couldn't pay attention to what they were saying.  We have Nicole, once again, dressed in this....

I was really hoping we were never going to see that again.  But we did.  Serena's was just as bad.  Once again Show can't seem to remember the characters they create.  Serena met Eric in Africa, and they've got her parading around in a leopard-skin coat??  Really, Show?   Maybe she picked it up on one of her and Eric's dreamy romantic dates in the middle of the Killing Fields??  Oh, Show....

Meanwhile, back at the Horton Home for the Criminally Obtuse, Mother Deveraux and Daughter Deveraux were together for some bonding time.  In their care, I have no doubt they also have Family Bondage Time, but thankfully, we were spared that particular moment.  I wonder if they hang the Horton Christmas balls when they.......ok, back to the scene.  Jenn waltzes in and says - this is what I hear the first time - "I've made some chamomile tea and some crack".  I pause, rewind, and then turn on closed captioning and see she actually said "healthful snack", not "some crack".   But due to the extreme inhealthiness of the relationships in this house, it wouldn't have been much of a stretch for me to see those two doing some crack.

Then, as I'm sure NO other sister does, Abigail lamented her lack of knowledge about who her brother is boning. Both of them just can't imagine what the hell JJ was thinking, getting with Roxanne.  I mean, what's with him being with a girl who is both pretty AND not a depressive harpie?  Makes no sense to them.    And Mama Jenn, furrows that brow and just can't help herself from telling Abigail that JJ MIGHT get back together with Paige!  HOW excitiing for THEM ALL, right?  But, she warns, it might not happen, so she mum's the word!  They'll break out the crack and celebrate ONLY WHEN they've both actually SEEN JJ and Paige having sex.  But don't tell Daniel.  He's just so nosy.  Besides, Jenn wants to keep it a secret so she can put a picture of JJ and Paige doing it on the family Christmas card this year.

Or that's what I saw and heard, anyway.  Musta been the crack.

So Eric meets a woman at the bar - Navidad - who is dressed - in Salem - in what appear to be Mata Hari's castoffs - and that's just "hey okay" with him.  Nothing special here folks, just move along.  Maybe, in his defense, he's been exposed to such fashion horrors as Serena and Nicole's jackets for so long that nothing fazes him anymore.  But  I tend to think he's just really, really dumb.   She's gliding around the club like Dracula's trophy wife and he's just Elmer Fudd.

Sonny is back and looking very good!  Little does he know that his lil' Sneasel is busy at that very moment bullying a woman with even less personality and appeal than he has.  That's our Sneasel!  I do love how he always accessorizes his scarves before he sets out to beat up on someone.  Fashion sense for Sneasels - he could be a trendsetter.  Meanwhile, Sonny stares at Sparkle just a bit too long.  But Sparkle, he's in heaven, he's got a bunch of kids who think he's great, and Jawn obviously took his Gax-X before the photo shoot because the Square hasn't emptied out and nobody looks too pained.

I can't with Sparkle.  He's such a phony.  The guy has been living a lie for years, he's a professional entertainer, a charmer, and gets off on public admiration.  I don't buy any of his good intentions as being real.  The guy has gone from living a high as a baseball player and currently he's living a high because of his "courageous" coming out story.  Not a fan, and I don't buy a second of any of it.

Any of you remember an episode of Seinfeld where Elaine hooks up with a guy in a tv ad with the miracle smile?  He was The Wiz.

When I see Sparkle, this is what I see.

I did like how Show ended today.  It looks like Sonny has a few questions for Sneasel, and it's not going to be pretty.

Abigail really is the worst.  I give Dan props for not telling her how Brady was doing. Maybe he was upholding HIPPA but I don't think he knows the meaning of that.  It was a really strange to see her and Jen gossiping about JJ's sex life over tea. Jen tried to keep her from prodding only because she knew what was going on. They would be planning on stalking JJ and taking turns hiding under his bed if Jen was still in the dark.

They were way harsh towards Roxanne. They may disapprove because they know she did drugs with him or thought they were just platonic friends. She is aesthetically his type. I thought that she was coming onto him the entirety of her time in Salem. Two things: 1) Roxanne knows him better than Abigail/Jen do because she was there for him after Jack died and had his back in boarding school.  He actually trusts Roxanne more than his living family members. 2) We saw that Roxanne had integrity because she didn't want to be mean or hurt Paige. I would want her to come back to Salem but I know that she would get the Theresa treatment.

I care way too much about the JJ/Paige story. I even feel for Cole.  He has treated Paige better than JJ has for months. Paige doesn't deserve him. Also, more Corey the unlikely voice of reason!

I thought it was interesting that they had Will tantrum over Paul doing the charity fundraiser. It brought back memories of Sami and her threatening to withhold the donation to Salem hospital. I felt that it was a little over the top that the writers made it seem like both were so selfish that they would hurt children. At least Sami was donating to another hospital. I don't really see Will's end game in this.  If Paul stays and Will exposes Paul's paternity or writes another story on Paul, he loses Sonny.

Also, Melanie needs to take five seats and leave Theresa alone.  Same goes for Theresa. I know that Melanie wasn't in Salem at the same time as Kristen but knocking someone out is a very Dimera thing to do.  Daniel was kidnapped not long ago by Kristen.  They have really short term memories in Salem.

Will is just off the rails but I have zero sympathy for him. He ran out of the apartment to confront Mama Norita without even giving Ari a glance, let alone a "bye-bye, sweetheart, Daddy'll be right back." Ugh. The less said about him the better.

The shaving scene was icky, but luckily I'd been forewarned by y'all and ff'd through most of it. However, it made me remember a truly romantic and sexy shaving scene in that movie with John Travolta and Kyra Sedgwick, "Phenomenon." Anyone else?

Abigail is nuts thinking that she and JJ share everything. When I was that age, I was so wrapped up in my early career and social life that I barely checked in with anyone in my family except for my mom. Although I want the shirt she was wearing during that scene -- badly.

I'm probably the last of you holding on to the JJ/Paige romance, but I thought their scenes yesterday were endearing. I could see Paige softening as each minute ticked by -- and to her credit, she quickly realized what a dopey idea it was to interrogate Roxanne. And I know it's a BAD IDEA for them to get back together as it will lead to even more heartbreak for the two of them, but I guess I'm a sucker for an against-the-odds young love story.

I can't claim to be holding on to the JJ/Paige pairing anymore, but I'm so glad you reminded me of Paige rejecting contacting Roxanne.  For that second, anyway, THAT is the Paige I was so fond of when she first came on the scene.  She wasn't an airhead, she was sensible but not stuffy, and yet she was nobody's fool.  Why did Show have to go and ruin all that??

Thanks for reminding me.
