Interesting, cos they were saying that Bo cheated more than once while Hope has always been loyal and only slept with others when separated from Bo. Personally, I find it acceptable to sleep with other people on soaps while separated, especially if one party moves on the way Bo did. Plus they drag out the divorce for plot anyway. I always thought Carrie had cheated on Austin, but I do remember him going off with Sami somewhere and facilitating that. I guess it's that classic "we were on a break" mentality from Ross and Rachel on Friends. I'm game for Sonny cheating, but if they do anything like they did with EJ, I'm not gonna be happy. Missing out on Johnny's soccer match to do Abby was just tacky. I can't imagine Sonny ever putting AG that low on his priority list.

"On the side"? Wouldn't that and "extra money" imply that he's, you know, actually doing his primary job? There was a plot point where Bo and Billie were trapped somewhere and slept together because they thought that they were going to die.  I don't know what his situation with Hope was at the time though.  Other than that I can't think of situation where Hope or Bo cheated.  As far as Carrie and Austin, I think people tend to forget that Carrie didn't start dating Mike and sleep with him until after Austin ran off with Sami and broke off all communication with Carrie.  Only then did she decide to start openly dating Mike.  Yeah she was conflicted when Austin returned but I never understood how she got labeled a cheater in that situation.  She of course cheated subsequently on Lucas but that was a different story.

Sandman, Ben's plastic head is going to pop off when Abby leaves him for Chad. I've said before that he and his plastic gf are lazy as all get out. Abby is such a bitch for saying Sneasel shouldn't have left. At least Sneasel has ambition and wants to make something of himself, instead of hanging out at TBD the whole day.

What would Abby have done if Chad had not given her her job back. Plus Sneasel was all bent out of shape when he found out Sonny got him his job back, cos he wanted to earn his place. No such behavior from Jar-Jar, coz she is so entitled. she doesn't even get that Chad getting her the job back comes with strings, she just thinks the world owes her.

That's why, as bad as he is, Sneasel is worth ten of Grabbigail (thanks Sandman!).

Praise Be! Sonny did not cheat at the first hurdle! At least this bed scene was a flashback. I can already see now that I won't feel sympathetic to Paul even though I tend to feel sorry for closet-cases. Acting like a Mac in the promo, but forcing Sonny to hide. LOL. Sonny would be a fool to give up Will and Ari for what this guy will be offering. Sure, Paul's looking like he wants to throw up when Theresa is kissing him, but he started the whole thing by kissing her first, so it's hard to feel sorry for him.

Sneasel is not making it easy though. I do think that he's under the gun about something. I wonder if someone at work tried to kiss him or something and that's why he's pushing Sonny away. Either way, I think It will end up that Will will have had good reason to behave like a douche and that will make Sonny feel even worse if/when he cheats.

I watch Orange is the New Black and cellphones are not allowed. At the time, they said they could email Gabi, but I'm not sure about prisoners having email access either.

Wow, Abby is happy to have her 'real' girlfriend Melanie back. What was Gabi, chopped liver? Abby should not be allowed to continue as AG's godmother. Or was Abby talking about her fake girlfriend Sami, whose husband/fiancé she cheated with? I hope Melanie steals Chad AND Ben just for fun.

What is going on with Lucas and Adrienne? I hope Adrienne is just there to provide perspective for Sonny and that nothing happens with Lucas. Glad that Adrienne knows Paul. I hope she advocates for Will. It will be a nice change for Adrienne to back Will over closet-case Paul, and I would like them to finally bury the hatchet because of it.

AbiFail is a big ball of stupidity, whenever someone mentions Chad she gets a dumb look on her face and tries to look all coy and shy like some manipulative dumb bitch. Mel is just as much a loser with thinking BOllie is "smart" and "hot" how far off base she is.

 

AbiFail should also never pull her hair back, it makes her even more horrendous looking. What business is it of hers what Anne and Theresa are talking about? Why was AbiFail talking to Anne and Theresa in a sultry voice? WTF was that, she's not Catwoman, more like Killer Croc. She's replacing Anne as the hospital harasser. 

 

Now we see what Sneasel is doing, he's purposely declining calls. Yep definitely living up to the name we call him here. He's such an asshole, like he's just too busy to talk to people. He's just sitting behind a computer and reluctantly writing Gabi an email. He's also a prick. Then calls Sonny and acts like an even bigger douchebag with the whole, you counting down on Facebook since the last time I called you, making me look like a heel in the process. Now he knows how he made Sami look in that raggedy article, like a heel. Sonny needs to wash his hands of Sneasel and get away from him.

 

Paul isn't enjoying that kiss from Theresa and poor Theresa trying to be all seductive, but is going to get her absolutely nowhere and Anne is going to have a big, "I told you so."

 

How I enjoyed Chad in not so many words saying BOllie has a small dick, LMAO. I love how Chad just toys with him, keep doing it.

 

Today also showcased how awful at acting Grimace & BOllie are. Even seeing Kate in a towel all she does is grimace, BOllie trying to call out to Grimace as she clopped off was bad acting.

I tend to think that's why too. Austin and Carrie were probably supposed to be "meant-to-be" so that when she did stray with Mike it was kind of surprising in that regard. Maybe if she had just been Austin's girlfriend rather than wife the "we were on a break" Ross excuse would have flown better. I think the "we were on a break" issue becomes harder to argue unless you have legal separation papers in hand, which kind of baffles me as to why Carrie didn't bother to get those in order before sleeping with Mike (I figure you might as well get that stuff done if you want to avoid any confusion over the issue. Hope seemed smart enough to do that when she wanted to date Aiden).  Carrie also seemed to be crying a lot as if she knew or felt she had done something bad when Austin broke into the flying bed (room). Had she defended herself and told Austin, "Well, dude, you left with Sami and I thought you had left me permanently and were only my husband in name only" we might have sided more easily with her. But when he broke into the room, she seemed to freak out badly as if she had loved Austin all along and Mike was a side piece who gave her sex (kind of like Abigail and EJ?). And I think that solidified the impression of her as a cheater (in that instance). Maybe the fact that the bed actually flew while they were having sex didn't really help matters in thinking better of Carrie.

 

At the time, I didn't think that Austin was attracted to Sami, but in retrospect I suppose he really was.

 

In the case of Sami, it was never really clear who was supposed to be endgame for (and I think it helps that AS has never committed to an answer in print) so that when she flit around from man to man it was somewhat easier for me to take. In the case of Carrie, the show seemed to go to great pains to make it seem as if Carrie and Austin were madly in love with each other (sort of like how EJ was supposed to be in love with Sami) so that when Carrie cheated, it was kind of weird? (even though a lot of people also liked Mike and Carrie, their relationship wasn't shallow, and I believe it happened in a more organic way than, say, EJ and Abigail).

Now, I didn't mind BOllie's voice today when he HURRIEDLY told Abigail and Melanie that he had to leave. It was only the second time I didn't mind his voice. The other was a few weeks ago when Jordan was daydreaming that BOllie found out (in the daydream) that Jordan had "killed" his mother. He got really angry and hollered at her in a faster paced voice than normal.

This is my problem too. JR is an excellent actor, and I think he's doing a fine job. Clyde could even (maybe) work for me as a villain. But I really can't get jazzed up about a character I'm 99% sure is a child abuser and most likely a child rapist. I don't want to see that character in love scenes. It's gross. I'm going to need show to stop it.

Sandman, I suppose Will does have that Sami gene (ha, Sami Gene) of self-centered ness. I only hope that when he finds out about Sonny and Paul he channels Lucas and makes a joke about Paul pitching/catching off the field. LOL.

I just think this is going to be a classic fake-out. Sonny will mess everything up cos Will is behaving badly and then he will look worse.

I already hate Paul because he has Sonny on a string and he knows it. Look at him making demands, saying you will come to my room later. Sonny seemed like he grew out of low self-esteem at some point (that's why he felt for Will), and he must have had low self-esteem to put up with Paul. Sonny has already turned into a fangurl over Paul, kissing him twice without pause and smiling over the shoulder. It seems like he got a wake up when he was silenced, but how long with that last? If Sonny goes for Paul like a fool, I hope Sneasel ditches him for someone hotter. Leave him saddled with that closet-case for eternity. And Sonny will likely go straight to Paul's room like a little bitch completely missing the fact that Paul is flirting with all the women in the hospital.

I hope Adrienne puts her shrewish talents to good use and goes postal on Paul's ass. If she teams up with Lucas and T and Victor, so much the better.

I love Anne and Theresa, you can see Abby has learned nothing from the EJabby affair about humility. Abby is meant to be a psycho who loses out in love permanently. See: Austin, Chad, EJ. I don't think she'll be on top for long.

And it's only been three Salem Days. I'm thinking of when I was on campus and had reports due. I wouldn't see any of my friends.

I know Will is married so it's different now, but Will didn't complain when he was left alone with his baby at home while Sonny worked on the Club with Brent. All I'm saying is that a journalism career means that sometimes you don't get to speak to loved one's often. So if Will texted Sonny that he would be busy, what's so bad about that? At least Sonny knows where he is. It's not like he's off having flashbacks of his ex. Oh wait. That's you Sonny.

I just hate infidelity stories and Sonny had to know that he would have to allow Will to explore and perhaps have some of the experiences that Sonny already had before he came to Salem. Will was hesitant to get married and scared of tying Sonny down and now look.

And Sonny has basically forgotten the first rule of marriage. Don't tell the in-laws about all the problems cos they will jump on ur hubby and then he will be pissed with you. Just because people ask, doesn't mean you tell them the truth. My mom always told me to be careful of that because if you make a big thing out of a small thing, you are just riling up the in-laws for no reason.

I have hated Will over the last few months, but nothing is making me TeamSneasel faster than Paul and this weak version of Sonny.

It's more a case of me pointing out that Will put aside his issues about marriage to marry Sonny and Sonny was really keen to get married and then seven months later, Sonny looks to be the one about to do something stupid. Heck, he already kissed the guy twice. It's just my opinion that Will was initially scared of holding Sonny back and concerned about not being good husband material and yet still the other shoe drops anyway.

Whether or not Sonny and Paul actually sleep together, this Paul guy going to play havoc with Will's insecurities even more than Brian and Brent did. Paul is a good-looking athlete with money and presumably worldly and well travelled. Added to that, he had Sonny so in thrall that he was willing to be an undercover lover for a time. Will has never really been confronted by someone Sonny has had sex with before. That would mess with my mind if I was Will who has only ever slept with Sonny.

This is what I find perplexing about Abigail -- what kind of character she is supposed to be? After Melanie saw Ben drop his towel, I figured that was foreshadowing about Ben falling for Melanie. Abigail is probably going to wind up being a loser AGAIN, but she doesn't have that insecurity that Sami and Nicole have. Even when those two are fronting, you can still tell there's insecurity seething underneath. But Abigail seems to think she's da bomb. 

 

Why does Melanie like Abigail so much? Like, why? Although given Melanie's past, I guess I can see why she wouldn't want to be a hypocrite about Abigail's deeds. But then she's judging Chad, which I don't get.

Man, but the actress who plays Melanie is almost as crappy as KM--you can especially see it when Jen Lilley enters a scene and just sparkles effortlessly.  I kind of hope Theresa and Paul develop an actual friendship because she needs someone else other then Anne to hang with.

There's was a certain vulnerability that BF's Chad showed with Melanie.  He seemed less in control,  like he was reacting to her rather than constantly setting the tone of interaction as he does with Grimace and Abifail.  BF played the scenes as if he had accepted the end of his relationship with Melanie and her current disdain for him, but that he would have jumped on any sign that she was still interested.  That gives me hope that when Chad and Abifail inevitably get together, he could easily throw her over for Melanie.  Speaking honestly, I'm not too keen on Melanie, but I'll take anything that will knock Abifail down a few pegs.

It's puzzled me why Chrishell Stause has generally been so flat in her scenes (since I watched and liked her on AMC), but her reaction shot today when Kate opened the door so perfectly mirrored my face earlier as I watched the Kate/Clyde crap. I really hate that DAYS decided to give Kate Curtis Reed 2.0. I like her being on top of the world and being fabulous, and instead she'll have to deal with the fact she got involved with a man exactly like her abusive ex who did the same thing to his kids that her abusive ex did to hers. Blech. Anyway, Jordan's face spoke for me. For once.

I just can't take Sneasel-in-a-Snit too seriously, though.   When he purses those lips together he looks like the rear end of a baby baboon.

I've really been hoping that Melame would end up being more tolerable than Grabbigail, but so far she's only better because she's been on less.  And if this "best friend" crap continues then I'm going to hope Gabi busts out of prison and puts Melame back down in the sewers.  Maybe, though, just maybe, Mel will dial down the annoying Betty Boopiness she falls into....maybe....

Good LORD can Abigail get any more self-centered??  When Mel mentioned she was sympathetic to Gabi because she knew how it felt to have Nick run her life, Abigail just HAD to make herself the center of Nick's story line by casting her Jar Jar Binks eyes downward and telling Mel that Nick had gone after HER too, threatening to tell everyone she was boinking EJ.  Oh, the HORROR of it all for poor Abigail, right??  Never mind that Nick tried to RAPE Gabi, tried to keep Ari from Will, pulled a whole lot of worse crap on EVERYONE, but Abigail has to make it sound like she was the primary victim.  It seems like nothing makes Abby happier than casting herself as the victim, unless it's treating other people like dog crap on her shoe.  And THIS is the Horton ideal of a good person.  GAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I HATE this character!!!!  Anything that is done to her that would wipe that smirk off would be fine with me.  

I can enjoy villains and often do.  But I find "good" people like Abigail, judgemental and unkind, with a superb self-image but a tiny brain utterly unrootable.  Unless that means rooting for them to fall in front of a speeding bus.

 

Poor Lucas.  It looks like his long dry spell is over, but the oasis in sight for him is Adrienne.  She has a new hair do and that spells S-E-X for her and D-O-O-M for him.  And there's Justin, living it up in Port Charles under an assumed name.

LOL!!  I guess he really DID go too far with the plucking, didn't he?  Ollie may have all the requisite muscles but there's something about his body.....all the separate parts might be good, but put together he looks like something constructed from Legos.  And I'm with you - Chad can keep torturing him all he wants - Ben makes it so EASY.  His Mensa membership must have gotten lost in the mail.

 

I've really been hoping that Melame would end up being more tolerable than Grabbigail, but so far she's only better because she's been on less.  And if this "best friend" crap continues then I'm going to hope Gabi busts out of prison and puts Melame back down in the sewers.  Maybe, though, just maybe, Mel will dial down the annoying Betty Boopiness she falls into....maybe....

 

Good LORD can Abigail get any more self-centered??  When Mel mentioned she was sympathetic to Gabi because she knew how it felt to have Nick run her life, Abigail just HAD to make herself the center of Nick's story line by casting her Jar Jar Binks eyes downward and telling Mel that Nick had gone after HER too, threatening to tell everyone she was boinking EJ.  Oh, the HORROR of it all for poor Abigail, right??  Never mind that Nick tried to RAPE Gabi, tried to keep Ari from Will, pulled a whole lot of worse crap on EVERYONE, but Abigail has to make it sound like she was the primary victim.  It seems like nothing makes Abby happier than casting herself as the victim, unless it's treating other people like dog crap on her shoe.  And THIS is the Horton ideal of a good person.  GAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I HATE this character!!!!  Anything that is done to her that would wipe that smirk off would be fine with me.  

I can enjoy villains and often do.  But I find "good" people like Abigail, judgemental and unkind, with a superb self-image but a tiny brain utterly unrootable.  Unless that means rooting for them to fall in front of a speeding bus.

 

That's just a perfect description of BOllie too, a stack of Legos. That's exactly what he is.

It's kind of stupid how nobody has been saying how beautiful Theresa is. She's a stunning woman, yea she makes bad choices but she's very easy on the eyes. Just like JJ who looks good but everyone likes to brand him a loser, criminal, etc.

I enjoyed the scenes with Melanie & Chad - I do think they have a nice chemistry & he seemed more vulnerable when talking to her than he does with almost everyone else - I hope the show is smart & hooks these two up.    

 

I did also enjoy Chad's scenes with Marlena - she also brought out the vulnerable side that he hides from everyone else - I'd like to see him interact more with her.

 

Ah so this is Sonny's infamous ex - was wondering if we'd ever get to meet him & it does look like Adrienne knows him & hates him - I'm interested to get more of this - I love Sonny & think he deserves so much better than Will who can just STFU

She's not unattractive in real life, and isn't *that* much older than BD, but she seems very matronly next to him. If EJ were still around, I think he would have called Teresa beautiful. He was not really the stingy type on compliments towards women. He's usually the one on the show, much more so than the other men,  that winds up making women feel better about their looks (when he's not torturing them). 

 

I think Abigail is a bit unusual in being praised by everyone as beautiful rather than just by the person she's dating (even Sami called her that, I believe, and I don't think Sami is usually willing and ready to dole out compliments to other women. Even her insults seemed to be compliments -- i.e "those  thighs" or whatever. I almost wondered if Sami had a crush on Abigail).

I took the thighs comment as a reference to Alison's battle with her weight (although she's always looked great to me).  She's talked about it and it hit me as a hard dose of reality that she would feel that way.

I thought that too--it is rather realistic for a 37 year old woman who has given birth to mention the thinness of the much younger "other woman" even though I think AS is much prettier then KM.

Holy crap, how could Victor stand it?  The Brady/Melanie convo was kind of cute and I liked how Melanie wanted to kick Kristen's butt--as if she could--but then she had to ruin it by calling Theresa an enabler, like Brady wasn't self-destructing on his own.  And where the hell is Theresa's support system?  Doesn't she have any Bradys to interact with who will be on her side?  The girl seems totally isolated and it's a bit exhausting to watch her get treated like she's as bad as Kristen while Abby gets to walk around absolved of her actions by all and sundry.

 

Sonny seems absolutely stunned to see Paul in Salem--he needs to get his act together fast or Paul will have him in bed faster than Sneasel can have another fit.  I would actually like to see Will thrown off by Paul's obvious interest in Sonny and to realize he might have to work to keep his husband.  I also kind of think as emotional affair is far more damaging then a strictly physical one--either way, I want to see Will realize that Sonny is a prize worth keeping.

The Bradys are kind of jerks when it comes to one of their own not towing the do-gooder family line, and Theresa seems to have it even worse than Sami did. For their many faults, I like that the Hortons generally stick up for one another (Abby and Nick aside), even when the family member they're defending isn't always deserving of it. I chalk it up to Tom/Alice > Shawn/Caroline.

I was disappointed with Victor today, I have to agree with Brady on this one.  Except the back of his haircut looks weird. 

 

Oh good lord Melanie and Meddler in the same scene.  I side with Brady pulling Vic out of that mess.  I'm enjoying Mel more than I used to.  She's toned down the shouting at least, and I can tell she has about 50 IQ points over KM. 

 

Clyde continues to pull down Kate.  I hope she wises up and leaves his scheming bumpkin ass.  If he gets the better of her I will hate this show.

 

No Lucas and Adrian.  Just no. 

 

Jen Lilley is doing a great job with a stupid storyline.  No way Jeannie Theresa would have no gaydar.

I'm all for Will fighting for Sonny. One of the main points in his letter on his wedding day was not taking Sonny for granted, and I think Will has unintentionally let that happen. Sonny seems really wrong-footed by Paul being in Salem. The main point I think is that Sonny is scared to get sucked into Paul and all his drama, so the best thing in his mind is to stay away. My opinion is that Sonny should have more confidence in his and Will's relationship and just march to the hospital and put Paul on notice. It's not like Will has expressed that he wants him and Sonny to split. They are very much together as far as Paul would need to know. Unless, this Paul is Sonny's kryptonite and the reason why he came back to Salem in the first place. Perhaps Paul being a closet-case is what drew Sonny to Will and that's why he accepted all of Will's baggage cos here was a closeted guy that Sonny could get a happy ending with. Sonny just needs to think about going back into hiding again and what that would feel like. Sonny holds all the cards anyway cos Paul is so deep in the closet. Yes, Paul has said that he loves Sonny, but obviously not enough to walk with him in the daylight. I would love to see Vic get hold of Paul. Will is totally going to discover this connection by interviewing Paul and the fact that he's a baseball fan. Sonny might not even sleep with Paul, Will might get the wrong idea and do something reckless. And Paul better not be Lucas's son cos I don't think I can deal with a permanent fixture male- Abigail.

Mel word of advice, put that money bag somewhere, always carrying it around and opening it in public just makes her look like a dumbass. Why she puts her phone in the money bag is a mystery to me. We know what's in the bag writers, you don't have to keep reminding us like we're stupid. Something about Mel's hair is just a little weird too. Goodness could she be lying through her teeth with her hysterical speaking. Mel needs to STFU, I don't like Miss Rapey, but I know that Miss Rapey would easily take her down and here's another Theresa is the devil who took advantage of coke head Brady. Also Mel your smile is so damn big I think she's trying to audition for a toothpaste ad.

 

Let's put the real spin on this as much as people want to believe that Theresa used and took advantage of Brady, he did the exact same thing. He used Theresa to score him some coke and get high and used her for sex. I like how Salem likes to get all lopsided and choose sides so easily. Even if Theresa said Brady used her too, they would still think she's the devil just like EJ & Sami during that AbiFail/EJ affair.

 

Damn Brady, telling someone that you would assist them in knocking out a woman, makes you look like a real class act. Just as bad as JJ threatening Sami with bodily harm for going after AbiFail.

 

AbiFail having to go back to "her office" bitch please she meant Judgy Jenn's office. Paul you could have done me a humongous favor by hurling that baseball right at Jar Jar's forehead. I LMAO when the nurse said to Jar Jar, "In your dreams" when she said BOllie was her boyfriend, that was a real highlight for me. It's really tiring to hear people praise how "beautiful" she is. Writers are beating a dead horse, just because characters are saying it to death doesn't mean we're going to believe it.

 

Grimace is just a big whatever, why don't her, Mr. Rapey, & Stack of Legos all pack up their shit and go back to Deliverance where they all belong. Sorry Clyde was entertaining at first but since he wants to be a rapist of underage girls, character is completely ruined. When he grabbed Grimace's head, he could have smashed her head through the door and I wouldn't care.

 

Shouldn't Grimace be fired? Isn't she breaking policy of sleeping with a board member, well she hasn't slept with Chad yet but if she does, she should be shown the door. Nevermind Theresa slept with Brady and she's not fired. Hospital might as well cancel the policy cause a lot of good it does when they don't even follow it.

 

Cher woman, no no, only Anne can pull off the gorgeous curly hair look. Hers just look rather fake.
