Lol, why is she riding an emotional roller coaster? Either get the surgery or don't. It's not like she's a novice when it comes to cosmetic procedures. If she was really that worried about something going wrong, she wouldn't have it done.

I didn't see the last episode so maybe I missed the reason why Kim is going to Miami to have her mommy makeover. Can someone fill me in on her reasoning? Is it because of a specific surgeon? I'm curious.

 

Probably because it was deeply discounted since the surgeon in Miami is Lenny, the husband of Lisa Holchstein (sp?) of RHOM.  

 

Maybe even free if Bravo comped it.

Holy cow that little boy of theirs is going to grow up and assault someone. Probably next year. Not to mention being tossed out of preschool because of his mouth. Way to raise kids Kim and Kroy.

Damn they are cute though. Till they throw laptops or curse at someone. Oh well.

Her kids are gorgeous. Kim's natural hair is so thick and great I really don't get her obsession with wigs. I curse a lot. A lot a lot so I have no idea why I think she's such a potty mouth maybe because she's on tv and can't say one sentence without swearing?

This has bothered me for a long time. Why do her kids call her Kim? I get some families do that (my husband from when he was a baby called his parents their first names) but I think it's so strange and dare I say...disrespectful.

I want to know how Kroy can continue to want to have sex with Kim, after hearing her discuss her bowel movements in explicit detail? Ugh. Such a turn off. 

 

Kash and KJ were SO bad for their sisters! They better get a handle on those boys now. Even if KJ is much better when Kroy is home, he should be teaching his son to be respectful of ANY person who takes care of him. Where was Lana? You'd think now, more than ever, she would need to be on duty. 

 

I just really can't stand how much these people talk about in front of their kids. No boundaries. And you wonder why KJ starts talking about your vagina?! And THEN have the nerve to tell him, "You don't need to know what we're talking about"!? Okay, so save the discussion for another time.

Those two little boys are downright nasty. Do they treat the nannies that way?

 

Kim said she needed surgery for her hernia but then parlayed it into a tummy tuck and boob job. I'm still confused about what the boob job entailed. She said she got her implants taken out, so did she get new ones put back in or just a lift?

I thought she was just getting a lift, but I get confused with these women and their neverending cycles of plastic surgery. I don't know much about hernias, but unless it was life threatening I might wait awhile before having such invasive surgery as a tummy tuck. She has 4 kids ages, what? Two and under? Yikes. Those nannies are going to earn every penny.

Those kids are cute but they better start the discipline now. I think Milania (Teresa 's daughter from RHoNJ) has some competition in KJ.

What is it with "reality stars" thinking they're exempt from wearing seatbelts? Just like Teresa from RHoNJ, the Biermans (esp Kim) are all about their family but put their lives in danger by not wearing seatbelts. (In Teresa's case, her daughters weren't wearing them too)

Either Kim & Kroy's arrival home was re-enacted or Kim wasn't follong post-surgical instructions. She was wearing a low cut shirt showing boobs. When my friend had her boobs done, she had to wear the post-surgical/compression bra for a while to make sure things healed correctly & to not undo what the surgeon did. This was about 6 years ago & things could have changed. But since she came home a few days after surgery, I think she should have had it on. You could see gauze pads sticking down her shirt/? regular bra. You could also see cleavage which you wouldn't have been able to if she had on the surgery bra.

I, too, was wondering where Lana was. I did think it was funny when one of the girls put KJ in the high chair/booster seat she said something like "your're trapped or gotcha." Then he scooted himself towards counter with an "Oh yeah" look on his face.

It's evil I know, but I sort of loved how exhausting the girls found their brothers.  I was tickled by it actually.   Someone else had to have been home.  They were gone what 2 days?  4 infants in the care of only a 12 and 16 year old?  These two don't wanna be caught helping out when the house is full, I doubt  they handled those kids alone.  

 

I thought she'd gotten em lifted too but I hope what I saw in next week's previews just amounts to post op swelling because those things were Y'UUUUUGE (™ D. Trump).  I mean it actually looks like they're painful to carry around.   Kroy describing what they'll look like on the car ride there was mildly disturbing, I thought.  Didn't he say something like they won't be grapefruit small or porn star big, just a nice size.   Muffucah I don't know what grapefruits look like in Montana, but around here, they're not even close to small.   I get the *young hot husband* thing but there's a line.    I gotta admit to having more than a passing interest in what she looks like now because I'm considering a surgical mommy makeover myself (no insertions, just deletions lol).

Screw the wigs and all that nonsense Kim and Kroy need to make a concerted effort to reign in KJ.  He is always going to b big for his age and needs to stop the swearing and the throwing and talk of violence.  They are cute kids but please work on the behavior now.

Yep.  If he wants to enjoy the good times, he better be prepared to suffer through the bad times.

 

Aside from wishing Kim would wear a seatbelt, I still like that crazy kid.  & her kids, though those boys need some serious discipline before they win gold in the Misbehavin' Toddler Olympics.

I assumed the teens were watching the boys while the nanny was taking care of the twins.

 

I've loved Kim throughout this whole show (never saw her on RHOA) but I have to say this episode made me sour on her a bit. I just don't ever see her or Kroy discipline the kids or tell them ANYthing is wrong and KJ's behavior ("I'm going to punch you in the face") while the older girls laughed on was very disturbing.

Last night's episode was more than I wanted to know about Kim Zolciak Biermann. I was also wondering who got tasked with removing her jewelry before she emerged from surgery. I've had surgery before. One of the first things I was told (besides "don't eat after 9 PM the night before") was "no jewelry". Maybe it's different when you're wearing half a million bucks on the third finger of your left hand.

 

KJ's four and already exhibiting some pretty significant disciplinary problems? Hitting and throwing things, especially if he's going to turn out to be anywhere near as big as Daddy, will get him a quick exit from preschool or any other school they try to put him into. Perhaps Kim could skip another LV bag and spend the cash on a child psychologist for her oldest son. Hearing kids that small using the F word with authority is also a bit jarring as well.

Yea, when Kim and Kroy arrived home the other nanny was shown holding one of the twins. So I assume the girls only had to look after Kash and KJ. Still, where was Lana? Fine time to give her the day off. I wonder if the boys are that bad for her as well.

I'm sure Lana wasn't far away and the whole thing of the girls taking care of their brothers was for the laughs. It's not like they were totally left alone them for three days. Even Kroy and Kim know their girls aren't responsible enough to care for those rambunctious boys on their own. I laughed out loud when Brielle said that taking care of them was "enough birth control for a lifetime!" That's some reality right there!

I really find myself liking Kim and Kroy and I'm not even sure why, if that makes sense.  Maybe it's the way Kroy seems so ultra supportive and tender to her, even if it comes out really crude sometimes.  Just the little things, like after surgery when he was talking to her and brushed her hair out of her face and told her how she didn't need to worry, he would be taking care of her.  Maybe it's that he reminds me of my husband somewhat (minus the dip).   Anyway, I do like them together.

 

Re:  the surgery, is it me or do her boobs look exactly the same in the previews for next week?  I just don't see a difference, they look just as big and pendulous as before.  Also, this is at least the 3rd time she's had them done, counting her original boob job.  She was on her first redo when she met Kroy on RHOA (don't ask me why I remember that).  Seems kinda excessive to redo them that much, I'd be afraid they would lose all feeling and just feel like rocks attached to my chest.  

 

Someone needs to muzzle KJ fast, that kid is a terror.  He and Milania Guidice could probably demolish a room in 5 seconds flat.  I kinda cringed when Kroy told him he was gonna get a spanking when he got home.  Not for the spanking because I think he totally deserves a hella of a spanking, but because all the crap going on in the NFL right now. Wonder if he got any flack for that.

I think Kim wanted the same size breasts, so the implants wouldn't have changed size, & I think she had a breast lift as well.  From what I've heard, you want to wait no more than 10 years to replace implants.  I guess they expire or something.

I think Kim mostly got a breast lift. In a weird way it makes sense that she would have all the work done at once, while doing the needed surgery to fix the hernia. I can't imagine that her boobs are that great to feel, but it really matters only to Kroy, so if they're happy, whatevah. For Kim, it's all about appearance. 

 

Kroy does seem like a tender and devoted husband and is attractive to me for that reason. Then the dip just kills it. Again, if Kim can tolerate it... but I sure would not! 

 

I also cringed at the "spanking" remark. He may mean a little swat on the butt but it's bad timing for him as an NFL player, and just a bad practice in general. I hope someone close to him will use this opportunity to suggest he and Kim get counseling on how to discipline toddlers without any form of hitting. With four coming up, they need to get some discipline tactics working.

Kim says she's a size 2 or 4 or whatever. What I want to know, who on earth makes clothes that fit those size boobs into that small size clothing? Chico's?

I have always wondered that as well.  I have 36 DD's (natural) and there is no way these puppies fit a size 2 or 4 anything.  Maybe she has all her shirts tailored?  I know I wish I could afford to do that, it would greatly expand my wardrobe,   I notice she seems to only button up the bottom buttons and lets her boobs hang out the top, so that's one way to do it, lol.

Every celebrity regardless of body type claims to be a size 2 nowadays. Kim K, Beyonce and J Lo all claim to be a size 2 despite their ginormous hips and asses. My sixteen year old niece is 5'2" and 90 pounds and she's a genuine size 2, so these women are either lying or deluded.

 

As far as Kim Zolciak, she would probably be a size 6 minus her watermelon-sized implants.

I guess I'm more than half way to mature because I run out of shits to give pretty regularly lol.   I told the dude if I couldn't get rid of the fluff by February, o.r. here I come.  Unlike Kim though, I'm genuinely scared of my anesthesiologist having a bad day.  We'll see.

Yeah, that works if your "job" is being on reality TV. I can't walk into an office that way! Seriously, she has to have her dresses specially made to fit. Maybe she asks them to sew in a "Size 2" label as well!

I haven't seen Kim's real God given hair in so long that I've forgotten she ever had her own hair. I think she showed it on an episode right before she got married. I didn't think it was anything great. What surprised me was that her hair looked healthy even after smothering it with 10 pound wigs every day.

She's an awful role model for her daughters. i'm glad she doesn't have any pets - I'd be afraid for them.

What happened to the two dogs they had? 

 

KJ is a nasty kid. I can see him being a major bully if they don't get his behavior in check. That's what happens when parents laugh and thinks its cute when a toddler cusses and hits people.

I think Kroy is going to tire of Kim sooner than later.

 

For right now, he seems to be very good to her.  I liked the way he took care of her after surgery.

 

I think Kroy will tire of Kim the moment Bravo stops paying to film them.  They already bicker a lot and surprisingly to me, Kroy comes off very demanding and hard to manipulate.  I pegged him all wrong.  I thought Kim was running the show, but he puts her in check quite often.  (I like that!  She's had her way far too often and too long.)

Kim has hit the point of no return in the looks department and at this point she will only get more clownish looking(if that is even possible).  I agree with Swankie that when the Bravo/$$ stops Kroy will have a totally different feeling about this set up.  Of course, he doesn't look so great either.  I think he is either wearing mascara or fake eyelashes and probably makeup at this point.  Poor Ariana, does she even have a fighting chance of being normal?

 

ETA-I fixed the poor 2nd girl's name.
