There is a glass fronted kitchen cabinet in the kitchen that is stuffed to the gils with what I think is red patterned china. I remember thinking they should have gotten that out of there. And that purple main bedroom has crap all over the walls.

It was originally on Zillow, but they deleted it after people here & on Reddit were noticing how stuffed this 3rd garage was (this is an odd garage, opening onto grass; perhaps intended for lawn furniture & sporting gear; it has a door, but some idiot left it open before the photographer arrived. 

They do apparently own two white cargo trailers, one that is about an inch shorter than Kootie's white sports car (as we saw in the episode where Kody tried to park in it), and the other half that length. Both were usually parked on Christine's property before they sold it and at Janelle's until that rennel house sold. Then out to Coyote Pass &/or Robbem's house.

Wild speculation:

Kody and Robyn move to NC and that is where the show will go on - home base NC. The show will focus on Janelle creating a Kody-less Brown compound for her and her kids to live. K&R will be filmed for continued tension/drama and Mykelti and Tony will be the connection.

Wild speculation #2:

K&R will buy a house in UT across from Christine and David. Robyn will hang a sheer purple curtain in her bedroom and C&D will be subjected to nightly silhouettes of Robyn in her teddies.

I saw that and recognized the bakeware from QVC Temptations line. I have to fess up. I have a few soup bowls from this line. Looks like Robyn didn't stop with a few pieces.

Yep. They still sell huge sets of "Temp-tations" dinnerware and baking dishes really cheap on QVC. And you get what you pay for, too!  The bakeware is famous for cracking apart and splitting when you use it in the oven.  I had a 9x13 roasting pan split in half as I went to put it on top of my stove, sending my roasted chicken (and all the scalding hot drippings) EVERYWHERE!   Lucky it didn't bust my glass stove top or burn the heck out of me.  After a two round cake pans both developed cracks down the middle, I did a little research and gave up using any of it in the oven and started using them to store stuff in my pantry.  

I've giggled at Robyn's red dishes for years, and actually Christine had a big set too, in black I think.  Makes sense for a giant family, I suppose.  I never had a problem with any plates or bowls.  But the bakeware is a disaster waiting to happen!

When Janelle showed off her "food" on her site, she would serve whatever she made on Temptations plates. The dishes and plates always had noticeable chips.  When I moved nothing from Temptations made the move.  I will never buy anything from Tara again.  I think all the wives had one or two (or more) sets of these dishes.  They chip and crack very easily.

I actually like the purple rug <head held high 🤣!>.  BUT NOT not the rest of the room.  It doesn't go with the cheap looking furniture that prob is to make her feel like the royalty she thinks she ought to be.  No ma'am.  That was Christine.  In the plyg world anyway.  BEC, I also HATE the way the furniture is placed in ALL the rooms.  Jesus, these people have no taste in anything.  Clearly, we SAW Kody's crepe.

My wild guess:  Kody and Robyn are staying in Flagstaff because the little chicken tenders would be too traumatized to move, but they need to buy a bigger house because they need more wall space for more art purchases!

Very sad, but likely. We’ve all seen the relationships with his sons deteriorate as they got older. Maybe not so much with Logan in terms of fights, but he seems to have distanced himself to some extent from his dad.

One of the poly men on Seeking Sister Wife called one of their bedrooms "the boom boom room" and pissed off one 'wife.'  These men are just horndogs, and hardly any of them are Mormons, either.  

With Grimace, it makes total sense for Robyn's "love nest."  All that purple is something I've never seen in any magazine's bedroom.  😜

I watched the SW shows last night. Kody was so different then he even smiled sweetly at the littles. Of course it was because they were still young and worshipped him. But that evil squinty snake eyes look wasn't there yet and it was refreshing. Of course Robyn was constantly turning on the water works, I think trying to make herself seem shy and modestly happy, yeah right!  I actually once did see some wetness on her cheek very early on, but I guess as time went on she dried up completely and couldn't even squeeze one out.

When we sold our parent's house it was full of collectables and other stuff.  Every closet was packed, every bed had stuff stored under it, every cupboard was full.  Over 60 years of stuff. Everyone in the family took the things they wanted, which didn't even put a dent in the amount of stuff, and then we were able to sell the house as is--including all the stuff.  You buy the house to get all the stuff.  It was a very good feeling just to walk away and let it be the buyer's problem.  Luckily the buyer really wanted the house.

The price that they are asking $1,650.000 blows my mind. K&R purchased this house 5 years ago for $980,000. It doesn't look like they have done any improvements or updates. It may be a large house on expensive property but the house itself is mediocre in design and finishes.  One of the bathrooms has a purple formica countertop and another has a blue formica countertop.  There is no well and they have to get water trucked in to fill the cistern twice a month. I cannot fathom why anyone in their right mind  would spend $1,650,000 on this ugly house.

Not only is it not worth double what they paid, they apparently didn't do any maintenance like fixing leaks or taking care of the floors.  Fixing a deck and stairs is expensive.  Patching walls, repainting and updates will cost a lot.  Utilities on that house are expensive, too. Are they planning to sell "as is"?  I doubt it is worth what they paid.   I'm guessing it will sit on the market for a long time.  I wonder how much they are going to spend on their new house.  Decorating it to their "taste" will cost quite a bit, too.

They also borrowed at least $150K more on it after they bought it - so add that on to the mortgage debt (although it may have been a HELOC, idk). I could see them getting offers in the 1.2-1.3 M range. What a nuisance to have to have water trucked in!

Things like poor upkeep is a warning sign for a lot of buyers. If you can see a couple of things they start to wonder what you can't see. I hope whoever makes an offer plans on having a thorough inspection done.

Maybe its me, but if I was buying a million dollar home I'd wouldn't want to be ordering household water, although I suppose its handy during major storms.

But…..but it’s KODY BROWN’S HOUSE you’re buying!  The one and only, absolutely amazing, handsome and intelligent renowned tv celebrity! 

I’m quite positive Kody has taken that into consideration when setting the asking price.
