Liz gets ready for her engagement party. She first got married at 19. Great idea; just like this one. She did hire a makeup artist or friend to do her makeup. Ed is excited about the party and I guess he knows a lot of people.

Usman and Kimbaaaaaly are heading to visit mom to get her blessing. Yeah, another 50 year old American woman. Maybe mom will say no.

Andreii talks to his immigration lawyer who advises him that unusually, he has an interview for his Green Card. She asks about his background and if anyone would turn him in. Like most of Libby’s family?

Jenny calls her daughter and mentions Sumit’s wanting to do the Kama Sutra yoga class, she questions why and he claims it is for the future so they can spice up their uh, whatever. Guess he is a dog who wants to learn new tricks and maybe poor Jenny isn’t enough. Le sigh.

Guess the student becomes the teacher as now Somemeat wants to get into the kama sutra but Jenny is ok with just plain old vanilla sex. (Fun fact: the kama sutra isn't a sex manual of positions but a guide for courtships and partnerships. Only 1 chapter deals with sexual positions. Maybe Summit and Jenny should look into the Joy of Sex instead). 

Scenes that are production driven for storyline: Andrei at the immigration and Angela destroying Micheal's car. I don't buy either for various reasons.

Shaeada should just leave Bilalzebub.

Yes I do. Angela would have been arrested at least for disturbance if not vandalism.  No idiot (even one as stupid as Grangela) would do that in another country and get away with it.  In regards to Andrei, I don't believe any squealed on him or that immigration was looking more closely in his paperwork.  They are all wanting a Family Libby spin off and now that Family Chantel is done, wouldn't be surprised if they get it.

I don't think the show has been officially canceled, but since Pedro and Chantel are getting divorced there doesn't seem to be any way there could be another season.

You can't really compare Nigerian police and what they may or may not do to police in America & what they may do in the same circumstances, that's even if American police would do anything if they showed up, which they don't a lot of the time. Judge Judy & all of the other judge shows are littered with vandalism cases by scorned lovers claiming that their vehicle was vandalized by their other half. And that is all assuming that someone (Michael) even called the police, which probably never happened.

She deserves to be arrested & thrown in jail but so do lots of other people who never end up there.

True, nobody would have to actually watch the show but we would be bombarded by countless commercials about it while we're watching TLC. Plus, Libby and her family have very high opinions of themselves and their entertainment value, just like The Family Chantel, and it galls me to think how much money they would make for being unsufferable famewhores whether or not I tune in.

I don't see at all what she sees in him, it seems like every scene he's criticizing or fighting with her. At least with most of the other couples you do see some fun times or at least them getting along, I don't see that with them.

Oh lord, I just realized we are only 7 episodes in on this season.  I don't think I can take another 16 epidsodes of those two idiots trying/avoiding having a baby.

Welp I was right about the whole Ed/Liz and friend thing being fake.  The person who is the partner of the woman they're accusing of being attracted to Liz revealed at the other place that it was totally misconstrued and they wanted no part of the fake story line and refused to be filmed or be a part of the shenanigans. There was no attraction, just friends and Liz went bonkers and kicked them out and then Ed accused Liz of being a lesbian. So just Ed and Liz faking drama for filming.

Agreed. Bilal is a condescending ass but Shae definitely has a very romanticized idea of motherhood. And how comically naive to think she can put the baby “ on a program” so that she can continue to get 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night. Haaaaaaaaa. Good luck with that! Unless they hire a full time nanny to do all the heavy lifting, she is in for quite a rude awakening. 
 

I’m trying to picture the two of them with baby spit up on themselves, their furniture or their car leather. And just imagine when the baby gets older and first tries to eat by himself, inevitably getting food everywhere….on the highchair, on the baby’s clothes, on their clothes, on the floor, on the walls, on the ceiling, etc.. And god forbid a little baby poop squeezes out of the side of a diaper at some point. Bilal freaked out when Shae got water on the floor. And when she put her shoes on his car seat. And when he put her hairpins in his couch. A baby is a whole different level of messy. Often gross messy. I’m chuckling just thinking about this pair adjusting to baby mess…pure comedy. I swore I was not going to watch this shit show any further, I mean it seems that the couples get on this show and then this show becomes their jobs!

Angela is mentally ill and possibly drunk, destroying property that does not belong to her and causing a disturbance in a country where human rights are mostly overlooked...could TLC come up with a show about an American woman thrown in jail in Nigeria?  Remember that other friend of Angela's, Sissy was it? I think this new travel buddy of Angela should talk to Sissy about how easily Angela runs thru friends. 

Bilal has told Shaeeda that he does not want to have children about a zillion times, why will she not listen? She put "stress reliever "in the "pro's" column, has she ever talked to parents of a small child?  That man has had his kids, she should talk to his ex-wife about how hands on was Bilal when their kids were babies. The oopsies they have had were probably fooling around before he was ready to finish and puts on the condom, little does he know that in those tiny little droplets of baby batter could do the trick, you only need one little swimmer to do the job.   As far as Bilal constantly telling Shaeeda that she might leave him if they don't have a baby seems to me like a self fufilling prophecy and an easy way to blame a woman for whatever problems were in the marriage because two other women married him and divorced him so he is the good guy in those scenarios, it's them, not him type of thinking.  Bilal does not like women (not as in he likes men sort of thing), he does not respect them and he does not like children, he did his part and he is done.  If Shaeeda actually does get pregnant she is in it alone, Bilal will never have a sympathetic ear or helping hand and will probably have an enormous amount of ridiculous rules for her to follow in her handling of the baby.  I could see Bilal throwing out the line that Andrei made famous, "Don't terrorize me with your pregnancy." 

Liz and Ed, oy vey.  I noticed rainbow flags hanging in the bar where they had their enragement party, two seconds later they show the two of them having the discussion about the women that was escorted out of the party, Ed of course thinks Liz had a relationship with her because they were fighting, so dumb. Has Liz had relationships with women prior to meeting Ed?  Ed wants to know what happened to the $13,000 ring he bought her, if I were Liz I'd want to know how Ed could be ripped off that badly because a cz should not cost that much, lol. That horrible gold dress she wears in the segment intro looks like coffin lining and lycra is not her friend.

I got a free 9 month trial of Discovery + and 90 UK did  not have ads.  In fact, no show had ads.  I'm in the US.

If the vehicle ownership is in Micheal's name, EVEN IN AMERICA, it means that it's Michael's car. Regardless of who paid for the car. So even if Micheal knew Elon Musk and Musk paid or gave him a Tesla, if the ownership is in Micheal's name, it's not Elon's car.

He may be wigged out at Jenny and Sumit, but they paid to take the course. I would hope he would be as wigged out having a man in his 50s or 60s with a wife or girlfriend in her 20s. Probably not. Would he be turned off at couples in their 50s or older?

There are two packages. The one that cost a couple of dollars more has no ads. If you get the cheaper one, you get the ads. I was willing to spend the extra two bucks!

As someone else said, I wonder what his ex would say about his parenting skills when his kids were little. Did he ever change a diaper or give the baby a bath? He doesn't seem like he would be a very hands on father.

What I would like to see on the show is a date stamp. The viewers know that Bilal and Shaeeda married Dec. 2021. Ed and Liz were to marry August 2022. The rest?

We are probably in March or April 2022 with Bilal & Co. Wormy Bilal is wriggling to get out of having a child with Shaeeda. I also find it hard to warm to her. I want to root for her, but I can’t. No, Bilal should not be giving driving lessons and she is best off learning from a driving school and also taking a couple of winter driving lessons. The mansplaining and lecturing would drive me nuts. The fertility doctor is also not a therapist or fortune teller with advice about babies.

Kimbaaaaly, good luck with Usman’s family. He did not suggest that you bring a goat or two or flowers or perfume as a gift? Mom should be wondering why he keeps finding older American women as prospective wives. More desperate? Able to fund him? Any concerns about his sexuality? That is his business but it may interfere with his stardom. He should take his mom’s advice and offer of help to find him a cute wife or two. And then Kimbaaaaly.

Angela? Not keen on saying much except it is not cool to vandalize a vehicle and pound on the door to that extent. I get drunk but not that unhinged. Marriage has changed Sumit and he wants more. Jenny is not likely to change. Too bad that the relationship did not just run its course. Jenny the prize is not so shiny any more and I guess he is starting to tire of the reality of her and marriage. Ya made ya yoga mat.

I wonder if Andreii’s immigration interview is just a story. The whole family hating him storyline is getting tired. It would be petty for the coven or Charlie to go running to Immigration about the brother in law who sets boundaries, doesn’t like the family dysfunction and schtick, and is not playing their games, and is changing the sister into someone not putting up with the family drama. Good luck with that.

Ed, you are right that Liz should not be marrying you. And you should not be marrying her. Both of you are two toxic, codependent messes. You are desperate for any sort of companionship you can get, she is insecure, has low self esteem.  Her friend touched her so Liz must be gay and hid it from you! Geez. You are always #1, Ed. Angela and Michael: She's so internally ugly it's pathetic. She still "loves" Michael, even though she thinks he's a "bitch." TLC kept us guessing for what, three week's in promo's for this car scene? Then they give us a few minutes with nothing new and Angela goes on her way, weeping like the victim she feels she is. I was hoping Michael would lose his cool and give her something really tear-worthy. She deserves no less.

That reminded me a lot of the Mike/Ximena running/crying scene.  I guess they thought that was good television and wanted to recreate it.  This is the first I'm seeing of Ed, and he's a trainwreck who seems pretty insecure about his appearance, but I don't get a good read on Liz.  She could do so much better.

As someone else said, I wonder what his ex would say about his parenting skills when his kids were little. Did he ever change a diaper or give the baby a bath? He doesn't seem like he would be a very hands on father.

Bilal is so prissy and dainty he won't change a diaper. He recoils in horror at the very thought of some baby poop getting on him. I'm sick to death of all these oh-so-fastidious men who whinge about baby poop! Changing a diaper takes something like 30 seconds. Maybe a minute for a very complicated diaper situation. We live in the 21st century, with access to soap and running water. AND the midnight feeds and diaper changing and spitting up of infancy are TEMPORARY. They don't last forever! Jesus, you'd think it was a prison sentence the way he talks. He does not have one positive thing to say about having a baby? Having a baby is great! Its wonderful to have a baby! Sure there's work involved and messy moments and adjustments to schedule. And you learn, and you grow, and you get to have a baby! Who smiles and laughs and curls up in your arms and is adorable and you love them. I wonder if his kids know that he resents them. He is awful. Shaeeda wants a baby because she wants one. Most of us who have had babies had them because we wanted them. Its not weird or stupid to want a baby. Bilal's an asshole, the end.

Years ago someone posted that this has to do with US labor laws and that since the foreigner doesn't have a work visa or any kind of permit from US immigration, they can't earn $$ from a US company (TLC). 

OK.....when they said they use condoms, I rolled my eyes and thought, OF COURSE they do! Bilal is too much of a control freak and too smart to let the birth control be in her hands. He has made it so clear that he doesn't want a baby. So either this whole storyline is a complete fabrication and she is in on it (doesn't really want a kid either), or she is the most delusional woman ever. Ed and Liz.......I for once agree with Ed that Liz was shitfaced drunk and didn't really know where she was going or what she was saying. I have a feeling this wasn't the first time that happened, but his smug attitude really pissed me off. Cause you know he has also been shitfaced and verbally abusive to her in the past. There are the recordings. He knew she was lit up, saw the little tiff with the other woman and then decided to poke the bear for drama since the cameras were there. Also because he is a gaslighting asshole who wanted her to flip in front of her family and friends so they can say, wow she is a mess, look how calm he stayed and he is such a stable, good influence. Cause really, waht was the drama? He mumbled something about her having hinted she wanted to be with a woman when they were broken up....yeah, he was poking the bear.

Angela is psychotic and so is her new "friend." Can you imagine flying thousands of miles with someone you barely know to go fuck up a stranger's car?? This scene gave me flashbacks to "The Big Lebowski" when Walter goes apeshit on the car parked outside "Little Larry's" house......Angela is a dead ringer for John Goodman as Walter.

For once Michael looked like was actually going to go OFF on her and I don't blame him.

Pretty sure that only applies to those on a K1 visa living in the USA until they marry & get their paperwork, there is no reason why they wouldn't be able to pay people who were working in their own country like Usman & Mikul.
