Yes, the perfect obedient wife.  Thais has said a couple of times that he is different than when she knew him in SA ie more controlling

These two need to break up. Or more realistically, she needs to go back to Brasil and grow and find a nice guy local to her. She's not going to be happy living in the States with her family so far away and unable to see her. And she's not going to enjoy the ever increasing control that Roid Dude has over her. Plus, now that she sees what a fucking prize his family is - the mother, the sister, the older bro - the only decent sibling seems to be the younger brother and he's nowhere near where they live. So yeah, damaged family. She needs to go home.

Yeah, I think Patrick, as together as he likes to portray himself, is very badly damaged from his upbringing. And I think he thinks Thais is his new family. Except if his blood fam is as fucked up as we've seen, you don't bring your fiance around that rotting shit pile of judgemental idiots. They're all saying how they're worried about Patrick, they're concerned Thais is going to leave him heartbroken again, blah blah blah fishcakes. I think they're just worried their emergency gravy train will turn his attentions to his new bride/family and won't be available for emergency bail outs. Not that we've seen that on the show, but they all give off the whif of hangers on to me.

Same here. I know the family situation well of the one sibling who basically maintains a stready job and is the crisis manager and loan department for the others. Except I don't think Patrick's job is that steady if it is all "safety system commissions" (wink wink). Maybe one thing he has right is to stay at least 1,000 miles away from most of his fam, although she better get resigned to living with John as well--and if that's a dealbreaker, as is the clannishness of the family and neighborhood, say adeus and leave!!

I agree 1000%. I really hope Thais is being diligent about birth control. I wouldn’t put it past Patrick to sabotage it in an effort to get her pregnant and pressure/bully/intimidate her to stay in the US with him. If she does that, she’s in for a life of misery and control. She needs to go home to Brazil, now.

Supposedly his job is selling alarm systems, but I think he really sells steroids out of his trunk at the gym. The Miami weekend thing was him hanging out with his supplier.

Since Daddy Patrick is a Brazilian, Patrick has dual citizenship, and I bet his Brazilian documents vary his name from the U.S. documents.   So, after he tested dirty and banned from U.S. competition, he went to Brazil to try to make their team.   Unfortunately, he tested dirty again, and was banned by them.   He's tested dirty for steroids twice, and testosterone once, so I have a better chance of making a team than he does.

Not that I've seen, but I did see a photo of Paula with Prospective Husband #5 who appears to be in a wheelchair and has his face blurred out. At first, I thought her mask was a beard. Why, Why, Why ???   I'm amazed at the various "friendships" that develop and appear to last on these reality shows.  I assume each "cast member" sucks up to as many others* as they can, desperately trying to assure any/all invitations will include them.  They hope to be a part of some permanent cast (just like the "Bravolebrities")--leading to a top-tier career in showbiz.  

*Other cast members, crew, producers, media/social media, fans, etc.

I'll bet that was it! Back in MY day we only had a baby shower (maybe two) for your first child in a friend's house, nowadays it's an elaborate Gender Reveal, and multiple co-ed catered baby showers in an event space for Baby#1, then a "Sprinkle" for subsequent children. Also, I'm sure Thais is the type who will also expect a significant jewelry "Push Present" from Patrick when the baby is born. I got a dozen roses.

Much to my surprise, I couldn't find a baby registry for Patrick and Thais or Kara and Guillermo
