She was featured with Armani recently.

Not nearly to the level the organization featured her in the past.  Why would they want to feature her as a scarecrow?  I don't blame them but I do blame them if no one is speaking to her about her decline in appearance.

Her Mom in her TikToks as Charlotte would say:  "Poor thing.  She's living in the past."

OMG.  Look at the comments.  Sad.

Unfortunately when you put yourself on social media people are going to comment good or bad. These ladies all love the attention they get otherwise they wouldn't put themselves out there. Speaking of Victoria's TikTok, I really hope someone is keeping an eye on this situation.  For the sake of her own health.  She is skin and bones and looks way older than her years.  This does not look healthy.  🥺

Victoria TikTok Abs.jpg

It doesn’t help the amount of people that comment how good she looks, how beautiful, etc.  From someone with personal body image/ED experience- that only serves to validate everything that she is doing / how she looks-as unhealthy as it is.

She's a success story for her trainer who more than likely, has seen the drastic change but probably won't open her mouth to voice any concerns.

The photo I saw of the trainer looked like the trainer needs help, too.  So yes, I would expect the trainer is not concerned at all.

What society has done to expectations for the female body is terrifying.

I may follow, but I've never once commented on any DCC's posts.

I always have this rule that if you're gonna say something critical about DCC it's better to say it here or on Reddit than on the girls' social media accounts, where they can see it plain as day. At least here it's a little more obscure. At least....I think it is.

Also I don't comment either. I am a lurker lol :)

I think we’re doing more harm than good with all the weight talk. If I’m being honest I had the same knee jerk thought when seeing pictures of Victoria this year, but there definitely have been girls who were just as skinny if not skinnier. the reality is if any of them weren’t eating they wouldn’t possibly be able to make it though practice let alone a game. It’s a drastic change for sure, but I do genuinely believe she wouldn’t be capable of being on the team if she made the change in an unhealthy way.

Other girls have done it in unhealthy ways and stayed on the team. Maybe Vic has done it healthily and that would be wonderful but I am honest to goodness concerned about her. She's looking incredibly thin. I think she could gain ten and look better. Yes, other girls have been skinny but I worry about all of them when they start getting so small. Jinelle scared me from the beginning but for her it really did seem to be her body type. For a bit Daphne and Gina had me worried. Obviously, Vic is working out and yes she must be eating but I still worry. I thought she looked great her first season. Then again I don't think the girls are as "fat" as they are sometimes talked about being on the show when it was on. I think most of them could be ten lbs heavier, be healthy and gorgeous. I think it's the uniform that needs to change a bit instead of the girls.

Completely disagree.  Looking the other way or telling her how great she looks is only encouraging her to continue down this unhealthy path.  She is doing damage to her health.  Someone needs to speak up.  As a woman who feels we should empower other women I refuse to keep silent if even one person from the organization sees how upsetting her appearance is affecting people.

I can't believe her own Mother condones this.  That is truly scary.

FYI, where I first saw this image elsewhere the person sharing said she literally gasped at what's happened to Victoria.  I think that sums it up very succinctly.

This is the Target I go to. Victoria’s TikTok

I am so confused. What was the point of doing this at a Target? Did I miss something?

Also, so weird to see a decent Target. I am envious. My local ones are bare shelved, with incessant out in the open theft, and filled with dispondent employees wondering why they are still working there.

Also weird to see plastic bags. I forget most of this country can't give those up.

Are resuable bags not a thing in other states?

I have had this idea since I heard that Victoria made it back into Training Camp after having her year off. I think after everything that happened last year and now this year involving Victoria, things will become VERY clear when her choice for My Boots My Cause is revealed. I am very curious to see what level of focus/PR My Boots My Cause will get as a whole and with Victoria's specifically.

These are some of the questions I will be looking for answers for in the next few weeks as a whole.

Will they make Youtube videos again of each girl explaining their organization?

If so will it be posted to the official Dallas Cowboys Youtube channel?

And when would it be posted? I've seen some past years it was posted months after the time the girls are wearing their charity boots.

Will it be posted on instagram? Will each girl be fairly featured or will it be a selective highlight based on who is Gameday Girl/Sideline Sweetheart/Gameday Takeover?

Or will the only group PR is a video montage of all the girls receiving their charity boots?

Also will TPTB maybe highlight girls who have charity's that have awareness days/weeks/months like October for breast cancer during that awareness time period?

If any/how much of this PR will be used across their different platforms? Visuals at the stadium during the games? Printed promo like the Dallas Cowboys magazine? Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/TikTok and for what accounts?

As for Victoria specifically, EVERYTHING and ANYTHING is seen as calculated decision. You have to understand how many people have their hands on these projects and not just the Cowboys team. If you do not include the 37 DCC, there has to be at least 100 people working on this project. And I can guarantee you that these same types of questions are being asked and answered inside the walls of TPTP. They can not afford to not ask themselves these questions for EVERY DCC, but especially Victoria based on how/why she left and how/why she returned.

Why did she choose this charity?

Will it be different than her previous year's choice?

How will she describe her connection and relationship to her choice of charity?

When and how long has she had this attachment towards her choice of charity? Starting end of her last season? Lifelong? Starting before her time with DCC or when during? etc.

What is her action plan of supporting this charity? Does she have one?

How knowledgable does she sound when discussing her choice of charity?

How emotional and sincere does she sound/feel when discussing her choice of charity?

Is there evidence (like photos) supporting her choice? Does it predate this season? Does it predate last season? Before DCC? Does it look like these photos were rushed and taken recently?

Sorry I could go on forever about this I love analyzing things like this but let me know if anyone else has thought about this!

Dallas had passed an ordinance a few years ago that there would be a plastic bag surcharge…was going well, I thought, but IIRC it got overturned at the state level.  Other Texas cities like Austin, Laredo and some others have tried to go that route too.

This was a major topic of conversation at a lunch I attended yesterday, lots of people ANGRY they had to pay for a bag. I lived in Seattle for a while and just got in the habit of carrying a foldable one. For a big grocery shop, so easy to bring your own and I love the ones that keep things cold.  I get wanting a free bathroom trash liner or using it for kitty litter tho.

Tik Tok dances in public spaces are so awkward tho, damn.

These are such amazing questions/ideas to enhance the My Cause My Boots campaign!

I feel like I've noticed in the past few years,  MCMB is promoted sporadically. Sometimes the campaign gets dedicated YouTube videos for each cheerleader and sometimes it's just DCC promoting their cause on their personal pages.

I feel like a well-marketed MCMB benefits everyone:

A) The charity/cause benefits from additional attention and understanding the personal connection a DCC has to the cause could entice people to donate more

B) Fans feel more engaged because understanding why a cheerleader picked a particular cause helps us know more about them

C) DCC (as an organization) looks more service oriented which is great for brand optics

D) Lucchesse looks more charitable for donating all these boots, again great for brand optics

And it would be so easy! In order of increasing cost and difficulty, they could:

1) Update cheerleader bios to include all of her MCMB causes throughout her tenure and why she picked that cause

2) As you suggested, look up some of the relevant days/months for each cause (i.e. national scoliosis awareness day) and repost the relevant MCMB on that day

3) Keep a running total of how much the boots make at auction for each charity and post that amount to the website/Instagram to show what a big deal this is. I.e. "we raised $37000 for 37 charities last year. Look at all the good we do"

4) Record videos of each cheerleader talking about her cause. TPTB ask about MCMB as early as finals so this video could be part of media training, cameos or squad photos

5) Have cheerleaders interview local charities to talk about why this cause matters and what initiatives the charities have in place - then post the interview to DCC sites

I thought the Target TikTok was cute and she certainly wasn’t hurting anyone or anything. It was practically empty in there, so it’s not like it was in the middle of rush hour.

To me it’s no different than dance girls getting pictures taken of themselves in very strange not-dance-related locations like train tracks and parking garages or even in the middle of the street. That’s weird.

Reusable bags were banned during Covid in my state. I don’t remember when we were allowed to start bringing them in again but different stores lifted the ban at different times and it was hard to remember which was which. I always forget when I go into TJs and Homegoods 😣 Target also used to have really good bags that were themselves reusable but they’re more like regular grocery bags now.

YES thank you! During Final Panel Interviews 2018 Maddie is asked by Kelli to talk about My Cause My Boots (MCMB) and after Taylor J and Breenan are asked what their choice of charity would be and why. I thought is was a great question that is personal to everyone that answers and shows that they have thought about all areas of the job as a DCC not just what pose you want to do in your cameo. (no shade to Auto Amy)

Hannah comes to mind as one of the DCCs that I would like to talk to and thank her for using her voice to help eliminate the stigma around mental health illness like Anxiety and Depression. ONLY if the time and place was appropriate I'm not out here trying to bother anyone while they are in the bathroom or anything like that! I was at the Shop of Legacy last week and saw Kleine and either Tyra or Darian eating lunch together out on a restaurant patio. I walked right by them and noticed Kleine's hair in a big claw clip and her now signature silver glasses. I took a mental note and kept walking because they are clearly "off the clock" and I wouldn't want to bother them while they are enjoying their time off, especially after I saw they had a stadium rehearsal a couple of hours later.

I'm hopeful that the TPTB will better this year because they have let the DCC promote their own Instagrams when they are in charge of the Gameday Takeover. (Ex. Elli this past Sunday) I hope that we will see more DCC getting opportunities to have appearances in the community that lean more towards being charitable and not as profitable. I know the girls do not get to choose the appearances plus they have jobs/families/life on top of DCC. So this is more towards TPTB, allow the girls to do more charitable community appearances ALL THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.

I do not want to be filmed by someone I do not know and on a device that I don't have access to/do not know where that footage is going. Again I hate that my mind goes here and I imagine that this wasn't even on Victoria's radar and she was filming with trusted friends or family so this is not in anyway a dig at Victoria.

I remember hearing about this but honestly my experience was that is was never 100% enforced. During the time is was making news if someone didn't bring their own bags the store would give them either paper or maybe plastic bags. Similar to the very short couple of weeks/months that the mask policies were actually strict. If someone went inside somewhere without a mask the employees would provide them with one. But that is a whole other thing, with questions like this just look towards how Texas generally as handled anything in the past 2-3 years and there is your answer. 😓

It's pretty difficult to go into any retail or dining establishment or public place and *not get captured in the background of someone recording, taking pictures or talking on video, no matter what it's for. It's a constant nowadays.

Victoria didn't do anything wrong and she didn't do anything that literally millions upon millions of other people don’t do on a daily basis. That's the age we live in.

The funny thing is, Taylor of the controversial haircut was considered immature in her season, but if it were now she'd be just like a majority of the DCC.
