So I popped into the Real Housewives of NJ forum and this article was posted in the Media thread - https://people.com/tv/joe-giudice-starts-legal-process-return-to-united-states/.  I think it's the same attorney that Ari is using.  Jessica Cadavid??  Google image looked like the same girl.  Seems she must specialize in people who really should never be allowed back into the US due to their legal issues....
