I wouldn’t mind seeing another weather control machine/Cassadine type story.  But these writers can’t handle that, and I doubt they have the budget anyway.  Hell, I would rather they bring back the vampires and have Lucy regain her slayer powers.

We’re seeing Joss in her early 20’s now.  Compare her to GF at 19……

Laura is generally  unchanged more badass at 19 than Joss will ever be (bitchy doesn’t count) no matter how much Frank contrives to build her up.

And they don’t really have a good young male lead that would be anywhere near equivalent to Luke or Scorpio.

I did enjoy watching Elizabeth and NuLucas together, they're so adorable as friends/work besties! This is my favorite friendship for Elizabeth since Robin and Patrick left Port Charles. 

I also enjoyed watching the acting ADA call out Anna. Hey Anna, you wouldn't be so defensive if she was wrong about you.

Josslyn is okay to watch when she's calling out her mother.

It was good to actually hear Lucky declare Elizabeth the love of his life, even if it was said while he was angry and not in conversation with Elizabeth.

I laughed that Ava and Ric figured things out so fast. 

Kristina is a moron.  Had Ric and/or Elizabeth died, it would have been a two minute Columbo episode.

This seems to be the go to for these kinds of stories.  Treating the criminal like the victim and expecting everyone to play along and even cover up crimes for them.  But what else should we expect when the ‘heroes’ of the show are the lovcal mob boss, his enforcer, and the mob bosses on again/off again baby machine.

All of Noted Bigot Natalia's monologues about how she didn't want her son to fall into his father's business sure fall flat when you remember that she's very into the town's mob boss. You'd think that someone who got out of a marriage with one criminal wouldn't be at all eager to get involved with another one. Of course, learning a lesson is clearly not her strong suit, as she first trashed her relationship with her son, thanks to her homophobia, and the she proceeded to do the same thing to her relationship with her daughter. 

Funny how Kristina has spent, what, almost a full year, ranting and raving about how Ava needs to be brought to justice, but now that she's committed the crime, everyone has to worry about her family suffering any more if she was to be held accountable.  Was she worried about how Avery would suffer if Ava was thrown in jail or dead? Because regardless of the fact that Kristina thinks Ava's a shitty mother, Avery clearly adores her mother and would be heartbroken to lose her. Even her freaking father has managed to keep reminding himself that Ava is too important to Avery for him to kill her. 

And who cares about Molly's pain if her father had died, and Molly's need to see justice served for his accident and injuries. I used to like Kristina and was mostly on her side during the surrogacy storyline, but they've ruined her just as fast as they ruined Sasha. 

I swear, there are like five people on this show I'd be able to stand spending more than 10 seconds around if they were real people.

I wish I'd started watching again when Kristina and Sasha were still viable characters.  Unfortunately, all I've seen is a vengeful, angry Kristina eager to lash out, especially at Ava and an entitled, opinionated, hypocrite with Sasha.  

I've always liked Alexis, but how does she not see that Kristina is out of control?  Her "Davis girls" exposition the other day fell pretty flat to me.  

Anybody know what the purpose of those Cody/Lulu scenes was supposed to be?  Was it to make Cody privy to Lulu's "love" for Dante?  Why?  I sure hope it wasn't some attempt to make Lulu's behavior something to cheer about because that's not happening.  Dante doesn't stand a chance.

She knows Kristina is out of control, but I guess she thinks that it will make things worse if she tells Kristina to get help, because that will set Kristina over the edge. I don't think Alexis will ever admit to Ava that Alexis knows Ava isn't responsible. She thinks that will forever rupture her relationship with Kristina. It's all so dumb. I think there is a way to say Ava isn't at fault that doesn't mean Kristina is. It was a terrible accident, even if Kristina was stupid enough to go over to Ava's hotel room in order to pick a fight. But again, Kristina is a fragile flower and no one can tell her anything that might upset what little balance she might be hanging on to.

I wondered the same.  Dante already knows from talking to Maxie that Lulu is still in love with him, so Cody is not necessary for that exposition. Maybe it's for Dante to realize once he finds out about Gio, that of the long-term trusted people in his life, e.g. Cody, Brook Lynn, Lois, and Lulu, Lulu is the one who hasn't kept a major secret from him for decades.

The only moment I liked today was the expression on Drew's face when Carly walked in the door and said to Wiley yes, I'm here to visit you in your new house. The best way I can think to describe it is "someone spit or peed in my coffee in front of my face as they served it to me."  lol

Re preview: I wonder if Alexis is talking to Marty. She can't have her own partner be her/Kristina's lawyer, right?

Tracy has a point that if Jason is going to live at the Qs he needs to be more involved with the family doings, but she's way off to insist he get more involved with Sasha's pregnancy. That's between the two of them and the two of them only.

I was trying to figure out what possessions of Willow's had to be moved. The gatehouse was already furnished when she and Michael moved in and Drew has furniture. Wiley already has a bed in his new place, and the little girl probably does too since she was napping. I know Willow'd have clothes, but isn't that what suitcases are for? Besides clothes and miscellaneous junk, what was there that belonged to her? 

*I know, I know . . . movers were the easiest way to advance the plot, but sheesh, writers!

I see we're on a path to some sort of showdown between Joss and Emma. It's probably too much to ask that Emma has been a WSB agent since she was at Berkeley, and her expulsion there was part of the mission to give her some sort of cred at PCU, and Joss is there to play the useful idiot. But since Joss is a Carly, no doubt she will end up saving PCU and the greater Port Charles area from an environmental terrorism attack, as well as doing emergency life-saving surgery on Emma. Sigh.

I had to laugh at Gio trying to come to Joss's defense with Emma.He goes on about how tough Joss has had it over the last five or so years, which is true, but it's not as if any of those things changed her. She's still the same selfish, entitled, know-it-all she's always been.

Holy hell, Drew was a manipulative asshole today.  Right after Sasha finally voices what we've all been saying--that she's traded in one cult for another--he pulls that "golly gee, I'm concerned that the kids will be confused" and then when Willow brushes that off comes back with "are you SURE you want to take the kids there?  Maybe it's better Monica comes here" knowing full well Monica is ill.  How does Willow not see this?

Omg Willow can't even make a decision that lasts one minute before she lets Drew change her mind. If their love was so strong, she should be able to make her own decisions even if Drew doesn't like it. He is not protecting her; he is manipulating her to do what he wants.

Back when Joss first met Brennan, she told him that her major was environmental science and he was completely intrigued by that. Now we know why. They are going to need Joss to get close to that professors.

I know some speculated that Emma was recruited for the WSB. But what if she recruited/blackmailed by the other side with DVX. Considering Anna's history that would be sort of interesting.

It’s bad enough he doesn’t shower or shave but now he’s actually keeping Kristina’s secret. WTH? Jonathan Jackson’s return has been a major dud. He hardly interacts with Genie Francis or nuLulu for that matter.

Maybe Wiley has a room to himself with a bunk bed in it, and he naturally chooses to sleep on the top bunk. I was older than he is when I had the top bunk at summer camp, and stayed up there when the girl in the lower bunk left. I cried mightily when they took it away and made me descend to a one-story bed.

OMG, I had a dream last night where I met Cam Mathison at some event.  I was so excited and he was so nice and I told him that I watched him on AMC (???) all the time (which is very strange because though I did watch AMC back in the day, I never watched during his run on the show).  And I totally blanked out on his character's name and was so embarrassed about that; even when I woke up, it took me a few minutes to remember the name Drew Cain (or Ryan Lavery - was that him?).  I once saw CM on Celebrity Family Feud and remember thinking he was an annoying asshole IRL as well as on TV, so why is  he infiltrating my sleep??

Lots of truth being spoken today.  Sasha asking Jason why he stayed away from the family that he now wants her to stay close with.  Carly reminding Willow that she's not Wiley's bio mom.  Willow reminding Carly that she had a mobster raise Michael.  Emma calling Anna out on her lifestyle, Anna acknowledging it.  And, most welcome of all, Diane telling Alexis that Kristina needs to be committed.  

Finally, the kind of interaction between Emma and Anna that's been so long missing, which came with a brief glimpse of the Anna of old.

Overall, a good Friday for me.

So Emma and Joss are competing  for professor Dalton's attention. Too bad we already know who will win.

I loathe animal testing (I protested it in when I was in college) so I'm definitely on Emma's side. Anna's side, not so much.

I haven't liked Diane so much in  years. (pleased that she took my advice) Also I covet her suit.

I was waiting for Carly to tell Willow that she was taking Carly's sloppy seconds in the form of Drew.

Curtis and Sasha/Jason were wastes of time.

I will give her a point or two for saying that she didn't want him to become one of his father's shady minions and she should have fought harder against that. But the fact that years later she's still harping about his choice to not become a musician cancels them out. 

Good points.  Even if she didn't want him to work for his father, after all this time she needs to accept that he made a free decision.

I also liked that Diane pointed out that Kristina never has to clean up her messes: Either Alexis or Sonny comes in and makes the trouble go away, even at their own expense.
