He had a new boyfriend like a minute after the breakup with Bobby. He said he knew the guy from the real estate biz and they were friends. He doesn't casual date, he has serious relationships until he grows tired of it and eventually always does. Then, on to the next! I've lost respect for him and gained respect for Bobby.

Seems like Flagg sticks to guys in his field when it comes to his serial monogamy.

I've read that Flagg and Bobby separated a long time before announcing the divorce, at least a year.   So, I'm not surprised Flagg moved on.

I'm hoping that leaving the show will give James and David a lot more time to sell high end properties, and grow their business.

Bobby said a couple of months which makes sense seeing how Josh jumped in to a relationship and wanted to marry Bobby so shortly after splitting with Colton. It's the way he operates. I don't really think Josh is the type that will stay in a relationship forever which is ok, just don't get married!

don't understand how they will carry a full hour show with only three leads.   I'm hoping it doesn't include more personal stuff about Tracy, and her bachelor life now.

Tracy and Flagg are all over Insta together. They are really pushing this friendship. It's becoming monotonous and already boring. What happened to Flagg's bestie Altman? The other agents leaving was a mistake.

James and David were such a balm against the manufactured drama of Flagg/Altman, Tracy, and Frederick. They were just good at their job selling expensive houses and while they disagreed with each other at times, it was never mean. I'm super bummed about them leaving.

I just find Flagg kind of pathetic now.

Being rich and famous (and living in LA) definitely changes things, but it will be interesting to see how Flagg ages with all this. Marriage and kids isn’t for everyone (I’m single and likely to remain so), but I do think as we get older the constant “dating” and “newness” of relationships is what gets boring and the ability to grow a relationship and family over time is what is new and exciting. Not saying there’s a right or wrong way to live your life, I just wonder if Flagg will truly find happiness never really committing and always looking for the next thing.

I can definitely see 60 year old Flagg with a 25 year old twink that will use him for his money. Then again, he could end up like George Clooney or Warren Beatty and get married (again) late in life and have kids when he's in his 50's. At least George and Warren had enough sense to stay single until they were really ready.

Josh is already professing his love for his new guy. I can just see Josh getting older and older and having a new young guy ever 5 or so years. He’s such a stereotype of a rich guy in Beverly Hills lol. The guy also kind of looks like Bobby so he has a type. I’d bet money they get married in the near future.

He falls in love very quickly. He did the same with Bobby after Colton. Then he falls out of love, they never last. He's pathetic. His IG photo's are all about him and Tracey. What are they trying to be the new besties of the show? I'm alread sick to death of them.

I actually liked this show, too. Less Frederick who I’m sure will claim he is the reason for this. Ugh!

I'm surprised.

(The LA edition will only be the two  Joshes, Altman and Flagg, and Tracey.  No more James and David or Fredrik).

That said, a lot of them might be free to jump on the Netflix train. Hopefully, Steve Gold turns up somewhere. I like him. I’m assuming the LA version is still good to go……I think.

I'd be curious to see what happens with LA. I'm glad Fredrik is off the show.

The Joshes got their own short spin-off. This makes me think that's Bravo's next direction. MDLLA was usually about the two butting heads, but they don't do that much anymore. Also, they're good friends with Tracy, so there's no animosity on that end either.

I have to say, I quit watching any of them in the last couple of years. Somehow nothing felt fresh. I'd still check in here to see what was going on, but it didn't tempt.

I agree. The houses they showed were nearly all the same negating any house porn opportunities and the money/ego was just sickening.

Flagg is really showing his ass. On IG he is constantly showing pics of his new boyfriend who looks like a teenager and quoting "The Love of my Life". Aside from disrespecting Bobby who was also the love of his life (so was Colton), Josh falls in and out of love every few years.

I just can't take him seriously any longer and it's too bad because I really liked him. Bobby is the one that is choosing to handle the breakup with class. Flagg is getting alot of negative comments on that last post referring to "The Love of his Life". If there is another season it's going to be a fail. Who cares to see the Josh's and Tracy fall all over each other with the new boyfriend sprinkled in for good measure. Yuk.

I really liked Josh, but him parading his latest boy-toy around is just sad. He's continuing to get lots of static on IG for it too. Following the split, he should have played the field and kept his relationships more discreet, because I'm sure this new "love of his life" will be discarded sooner or later.

I really miss Bobby - I thought he was a great partner for Josh because he didn't put up with his B.S. Perhaps that's what ultimately led to the demise of their relationship. Gossip is that Josh cheated on Bobby with this new flame. Dammit Josh, I was rooting for you!

I hope Bobby finds success in the things that interest him - cooking, home entertaining etc.

He really does look like a teenager.  I miss Bobby.

Bobby's moved on, doing his own thing.  I doubt he gives two shits what his ex is doing.

I'm hoping the same. He's a joy to watch. I rarely think about folks on reality shows I'd want to hang out with, but Bobby is probably the only one.

I saw this and came over here to see what people were saying.  Just as I thought.  Flagg is really sad.  What’s wrong with him?  Reminds of Leo Decaprio.  When his partner reaches a certain age, he moves on.  It makes him look shallow.  I used to like him, but have lost interest.

The new episodes start December 8.  They had an hour long extended preview that my DVR caught last night.  I actually liked it and am looking forward to the new season.

I'm happy with the idea of three brokers.

That's basically how this show started, right? I know I'm forgetting an OG, but when I started watching it was Flagg, Altman, and Madison.

I think the more brokers you add, the more the producers seem to think viewers want drama versus house porn.

If you are forgetting one I can't remember them either, and I always try to forget Madison.

You can see the problem Josh Flagg has:  He surrounds himself with people who agree with him no matter what.

The proof?

Look at his book.  Here is one of Josh's highlighted quotes.

"Look at dealmaking like soccer-- it's entirely possible that both sides can win"

Can't you just see those words of wisdom printed on an inspirational poster?  With Flagg looking into a calming sunset?

But wait!  Of the hundreds of people involved in this book, nobody said,  "Josh, in soccer both sides cannot win."  No, instead he surrounded himself with people who just let him print that nonsense.

In soccer, both sides can win?

BHHAHAHAHAHAHA!  I'm kind of glad nobody stopped him.

Oh, that's right! The hair. And Starla, his dog.

I swear there was another OG broker, though, and it's not Chad.

Maybe I'm going crazy. 😂

from Wikipedia:

The first season featured three Los Angeles real estate agents, Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers.

It'll be interesting to see how the interest hikes will affect the LA market.

probably not much. Aren't these deals typically "all cash"?

Though since people (I would think) don't typically have millions sitting around in a checking account, the sad stock market might be more of a deterrent to obtaining cash.
