They way she positions her legs doesn't suggest a hanging stomach to me, more like her thighs being like big balloons.  I suppose she could be carrying most of her extra weight in her thighs...

Wow, yeah you're so right I think that she just has really humongous thighs but I think her weight loss is doing really well.

Finally caught up with the feed. We had a storm moving through and my satellite skipped in and out, so I just read this and figured out where we are.

Hey all. My eating habit today was mostly just a can of chicken noodle soup. I spent the last couple days recovering from a spider bite (was flat on my ass for one of those days.) I'm good, though, recovering, etc. (antibiotics)

Must be getting better - Able to get on here and snark along with the rest of you. heh

Good Lord! What kind of spider was it?? I'm glad you're feeling better!

A kindred. I had the most gawd-awful panic attacks about 20 years ago, and now just some minor anxiety. The first place I feel it is always in my throat. I thought it was just me.  Glad you’re doing better. I’d rather take a punch from mike Tyson than have a panic attack ever again.

They suck. And the first one was behind the cash register while I was at work. Luckily it was late and not busy, and my coworker friend was up there with me. But my dad had to come pick me up and ended up taking me to the hospital because I was terrified and had no idea what the hell was happening. Yeah, a punch would be better than half-sitting in bed every night because laying down made me feel like I was choking and wondering if I'd live through the night.

Very late to the party all - I've been cleaning out my kitchen cabinets (just like one of those dieticians Dr. Now sends) I just had too much stuff - canned food from when I moved here in 2013.  Kinda killed my eating habit.

I  need to do that. Freezer, too. I have next week off and other than buying a car I hope to get some stuff done.

Glad you are feeling better!  Was it brown recluse?   Nasty things, my parents had them when their house was first built, but they went away after a few months.

I think her joints are shot. Sometimes if I sit too long my first couple of steps are kinda wonky.

Don't think so, otherwise it might have been worse. As it is, I'm recovering quite nicely, and the antibiotics should take care of any lingering... 'surprises'.

Did I mishear her?  Did she say that not being approved for surgery would mean losing weight was ALL FOR NOTHING?!  Please tell me I am wrong.  Sigh.

Nope, sorry.

See that? Who says TLC isn't the Learning Channel any more?

But do you really wanna learn that?

Yikes! I hate spiders but at least I don't have any around here that can do that to me! (At least I don't think so...I don't wanna know.)

I kept thinking what her face reminded me of...  she looks like a pug!

But pugs are cute! (Sorry, that was mean.)

These people all tend to have single focus. If they can't get 'a' then nothing else will work, according to their way of thinking. Which is why they got to food, rather than finding more positive ways of dealing. And some combine food with anger - "fanger" if you will. heh

They're hangry!

She sounds like she's mad her mom has the audacity to want to be home with her husband and not hundreds of miles away caring for an adult who should not need such care.

Oh Debbie downer, downer, downer Kirsten.......... How much does her family have to do for her? Gee they pay all your bills, take care of your kids, help you move and YOU want to give up!!!?? Really!? Please just STFU!

Hee, love the infamous shower scene where she panics 'cause she can't find the shower bench inches away from her ample butt! That just never gets old for me.

"A quitter never wins and a winner never quits".  But in her case, she should put everyone out of their misery and just "quit" and go home.  I think her moaning about wanting to quit is just her way of getting attention.  My two year old niece looks mature compared to this one.  I'm going to have to go back afterwards and see how this all started.  Or not.
