The woman who was naked in the exam room is the most annoying person I have ever seen on reality TV.  And that's saying a lot.

Try 1,000 Lb Best Friends, and Vannessa, who ran out naked when they were "glamping."

These PATHETIC, PATHETIC celebrity wannabes who will do ANYTHING to be on television (or any spotlight) are the epitome (that's 4 syllables) of cringeworthy.  I saw ONE promo where two "cast members" were sitting on a loveseat--and portions of her thighs? (something) of the lady on our left were hanging down below her knees...like giant raw chicken breasts.  OY!  I'll never watch an episode.  (P.S.  I'm 80# overweight, so I AM somewhat sympathetic)

This is usually the type of child that adults find endearing and the kids at school do not like at all.  She'll probably be a great adult.

She’s already a better adult than her lame-ass father.

Kayla with eczema - something else going on there I think.

Mom has to make her breakfast at age 26?

She seems very childish. Failure to launch.

Yeah….At first she mentioned something about OCD.  She’s terrified of germs. But wouldn’t germs get you when you prepared dinner, as well as breakfast?  Lol She only had her prepare breakfast.  Hmmmm…..I have psoriasis and eczema.  They are exacerbated by anxiety.  At least with me it, that is.

Dude with disgusting leg growth. Beyond gross. Another one that doesn't like doctors. And he has diabetes.

Sounds serious. I hope he follows through on this.

I think the leg growth wasn’t infected, but cancer.  In that follow up video he looked pretty frail and said he was trying to find an oncologist.  It didn’t look like things were going well.  ☹️

I know, something else was going on. I understand it is unpleasant but I was like "you can't toast a couple of pieces of bread?"

I think she knew right away what it was but hoped that it didn't go deep. As soon as he removed it she could see it went in deep. You could tell it wasn't a lipoma or a cyst. I hope he has followed through with an oncologist.

I have a feeling her  mother prepared more meals for her or at least cooked for the family.

I realize this is nit picky, but when they showed the young woman with eczema leaving to fly to CA, they showed her at the airport.  It said Charlotte  Douglas Airport, Charlotte, NC.  She was from Morrisville, NC.  Morrisville is a small town in Wake County that’s about 4 miles from Raleigh/Durham International.  Charlotte is  150 mike away.  I couldn’t figure that one out.

I have no idea why you’d drive to an airport that far away, when you’re practically next to the RDU runways.  Odd.  Maybe they have a deal with them or something.

That is possible. If the show is paying the air fare (which I assume they are), they might require people to fly from certain places.

Both airports have flights to Ontario (closest airport to Dr. Lee).  Maybe she had to drop her kids off with her parents or something.  (Haven't watched the show yet, so I'm not even sure if she has kids.)

You could tell how upset Dr. Lee was both as she examined the man's leg, and after she'd taken it off. She knew it was probably cancer when she looked at it, and seeing how much there was underneath the skin was not a good sign.

I wonder if it had been excised when he first noticed it if it would have been treatable/not required an oncologist.

I feel bad for the guy's kid. He looked very young and scared.

I don't know how somebody could have that clearly bad growth on their leg for years & do nothing. It wasn't just getting bigger, it was bleeding. I have no sympathy for people like him who just won't go to the doctor, it's ridiculous.

I understand if you have a big lipoma like the first woman, it could be considered "cosmetic" and you can't afford removal or you have tried everything and no luck with some skin conditions, but that was just awful! And good doctor would have taken care of that right away. it was bleeding, it had pus all over it, it look nothing like a run of the mill cyst.

I feel bad for him, but he should have gone and gotten it taken care of a long time ago. I had a small growth on my calf and went to the doctor and it was removed. It was just some kind of cyst, but they did test it. My son had a mole that grew suddenly when he was little, same thing. He has diabetes, he lost 100 lbs recently..... I don't think he is well. The person I truly feel the most sorry for is his son.

It’s hard to know if the leg cancer was a primary site.  Would it take 10 years to almost kill you? Did he have cancer elsewhere?  High blood sugar, from diabetes can make you drop a lot of weight.  At least, with Type 1 it does.  I lost a bunch, before I got my blood sugar under control.

I thought she was from Mooresville, which would make more sense, flying out of Charlotte.

Cancer metastasizes through the blood and the cells tend to spread to internal organs and bones.  That had to be the primary site.  Likely it's an aggressive, but slow growing skin cancer like a a basal or squamous cell carcinoma

He's going to lose a big chunk out of that leg to get it all.

She said she was from Mooresville.  That is right outside of Charlotte in the Lake Norman area.  That is why most NASCAR drivers live in Mooresville and Lake Norman.

I was just thinking that it wasn't the usual "it could be cancer" drama that they have on the show every so often, you could see it in her eyes that this was serious and very real.

For sure a skin cancer...a particularly ugly one. Hope isn't much deeper and hasn't metastasized. Clearly he's terrified by doctors & modern medicine...the 100# over six years is significant, but can be caused by unmanaged/mismanaged diabetes. An MRI or CT will show if it's spread.

The annoying naked lady is only getting 15 minutes, (and will soon be forgotten) obnoxious Vannessa is getting a whole season of fame-whoring. Plus potential "specials," spin-offs, cross-overs and update episodes.

I felt bad for the man with ball on his forehead. You could tell how nervous he was. Dr. Lee was awesome with him. He healed up so well. I wish him the best.

His whole demeanor changed the minute he saw himself in the mirror post-surgery.  That was positively heartwarming.

Devon with the melasma - wow. It's like walking into a bakery and standing at the cash register crying because they won't fry you up some prime rib and a baked potato. She didn't have a concrete diagnosis but yet wanted a laser treatment to treat what she had, and then acted like a spoilt brat when she didn't get her treatment.

Loved the drag queen wearing a Dr. Pimple Popper tank top. I think Dr. Lee has a new superfan.

I thought Devon said she got a chemical peel and it didn’t help. She had some strange ideas about how to improve her skin. I understand she was desperate, but a pumice stone on your face is a terrible idea. Ouch.

I get that she wasn't happy but I didn't think it was that horrible. I kept thinknof my cousin's daughter who was born with a red swelling all over her face. Even though I'm not that familiar, I believe it is a port wine stain birthmark. The girl has had treatments  to lighten it but you can still see it. She works and goes to college and lives with it.

Meanwhile this one was all up in arms about having to wear makeup. I do every day. I also go out without make up and my skin is not perfect.

I had a tiny dot that "fortunately" a dermatologist noticed.  Unfortunately, his wrong diagnosis (It's benign!) started several months of horrible treatments--including the worst: WOUND CARE!  I had six weeks of radiation oncology before that...every day.  I ended up with a "big chunk" taken out of my leg--over my shin.  Like someone sliced a half a pool ball.  All because of a smart aleck dermatologist who was more interested in telling me which part of "cool" Scottsdale he lived in--and what kind of car he drove.  Just before a hyperbaric treatment (yes!) was started, that specialist stopped everything and called his colleague, "a guerilla surgeon."  That was 2012.  Healing was long and difficult...but everything is good (though UGLY...and I don't mind).

Devon struck me as so very vain...and self centered. The pumice stone was a nuclear option and a really bad idea...Even worse was going to a tanning bed...since melasma is intensified by sun exposure. Apparently she didn't read that part on line, or figured if she covered the dark spots prior to tanning its fine...she's an idiot.

She proves the idea that "if it's on the internet it must be true" theory of medical diagnoses & treatment. For mild cases of melasma, like Dr. Lee said, chemical peel or laser will fix it...hers was very deep so the new pill treatment would be the first thing to try...

Loved the drag queen...he seems so very genuine with who he is...Sheba be fierce!

Really!  Demanding. Disrespectful...even RUDE!  One of those ignorant know-it-alls.  Just an off-putting human in general.  Dr. Lee should have said, "Well, it sounds like you know best.  I'm probably the wrong specialist for you.  BUH-BYE!"

We thought the same. I was watching with my daughter and she hollered who is the doctor, heifer.

Devon confused me. If someone gave me the option between taking a pill that starts to clear up the problem in a few days and burning off a layer a skin with a laser, which may or may not help, I'd be all over the pill (unless it made you grow extra eyes or permanently pee purple).

The guy with the enormous growth on the back of his neck was another one of those "I'm afraid it might be serious so I'm never going to the doctor because as long as a doctor doesn't say it's bad, it will clear up all by itself" idiots. I just do not understand these people. I understood the woman with the growths on her head & face though, if my mother's face CAUGHT ON FIRE from the treatment, I would be a little leery too.

I get his POV.  He went to his doctor who told him that while they could remove it, the tumor would very likely return and be even bigger.

I'm glad neck guy's lipoma was not all entwined with other structures and Dr. Lee could pull the whole thing out looking like a bunch of unbreaded chicken nuggets!

Also, his sister runs a "health food" store? It's a weed dispensary, and he's now selling the CBD and THC! 😄

First, permanently peeing purple could be interesting and enjoyable.  Devon wanted an immediate fix!  She wanted to walk in "ugly" and DANCE OUT with a perfect complexion.  She must be a difficult spouse, mother, friend, customer, etc.  It's All About Devon.  Fortunately, this time Dr. Lee won again!  (I agree with you, SatrunRose)
