I've noticed ice dancers do not wear such thick stockings probably because the chances of falling are less. But singles and pairs skaters always wear thick, usually darker industrial tights. She was certainly entertaining when she wasn't fighting for her jumps. The heavy makeup makes her look much older than 19 though.
