CBR is identifying Oliver's foe as Prometheus-X. So I'm confused, is there both an Earth-X Green Arrow and an Earth-X Prometheus in the crossover? If so, that pic looks like Earth-X Green Arrow to me - which would make CBR just as confused as me...

There's both (they're two of them on the poster), but I'm thinking that's E-X Green Arrow/Evil Oliver too and then E-X Prometheus is E-X Tommy in the pipeline, but it could be the reverse.

You know, I really wish the Flash writers would go back and rewatch the finale of Season 1, because they need to realize that Iris and Eddie were NEVER ENGAGED.

He did not propose to her again, she never had his ring on her finger. They decided to get back together and then like two hours later he died. That was it.

Sadly for me, this is the new office space -- no offices, not even for executives.  Everyone lives out of a backpack and tries to find a space to work, and tries to find a quiet place to work. But there are climbing walls and exercise machines in the new "fun zone"s.

It reminds me of Jessica Jones going undercover talking to the designer about her open office space.

IDK I think it's cute she considered them engaged. She probably knew he was going to propose and she knew she was going to say yes. It shows how committed she was and how much she loved Eddie so that was sweet.

I think the real problem of Supergirl creatively, so far, is that the new season is really lacking drive. People praise the show for various individuals parts, like oh, more sisters, oh, less romance screentime, oh, more CatCo, but other than Kara's depression (which let's face it, is not the most exciting topic), there is no red thread, no driving force. (as people have noted, particularly male viewers have stopped watching near the end of season 2/in season 3, so people I would guess are less influenced by shipper preferences, they don't exactly overlap with lesbians who are protesting the end of Sanvers)

I firmly believe that just throwing in random cute sister scenes, even if they are good, is pointless. Those scenes were good in season 1 because it was part of an underlying driving storyline, Kara getting used to being a Superhero, Kara dealing with Astra and Kara learning from Cat. No matter how much people might hate Mon-El, he served a similar purpose in season 2, there was always a clear progression going on, just like there was in Sanvers.

Sam is supposed to provide that for season 3, but so far this isn't really working (which is why I still think they should have relied on the tried but true formula of giving us a flash forward to the destruction she will cause).

I don't think that Supergirl quite works when it feels episodical, because they aren't really very good at writing episodical monsters of the week (compared to let's say Flash season 1).  At least for me I tend to remember the villains more positively who returned, like Roulette.

Darn. There goes my brief hope of not having a Nazi Oliver. Interesting that Arrow will have two villains represented, but I'm still not here for any Nazi stuff.

Oh absolutely, you know if Eddie didn't die Iris/Eddie would have been engaged and married in S2. Eddie really was the best man for Iris, he loved and respected her. Plus he was a good and honorable man

IMO Alex and Kara's scenes these past couple of episodes served a purpose for Kara. But I don't think there is anything wrong with Kara sharing some small bonding scenes with Alex or her friends, it helps re-enforce her relationships with them.

Eddie was always going to be temporary; no matter what.

That's what everyone assumed about Felicity too.

It's a moot point now, but I always thought Rick Cosnett had better chemistry with Candice than Grant does.

Is it? She was a fan favorite until she hooked up with Oliver. In any case, I don't think the situations with Felicity and Eddie are comparable.

Ooh - I knew Barry wasn't going to be NaziFlash! Too soon after Savitar.

And the only reason why she's not as popular as she used to be is because she called out Oliver on his shitty behavior instead of always absolving him and giving him pep talks.

Gotta love that misogyny!

I can't tell you how many times I've seen "Stop telling Oliver what to do" and "Stop acting like she's his equal and go back to being tech support" suggested by some people as ways to "fix" Felicity and make her likable again.

Maybe by your estimation Felicity isn't a fan favourite but she did get picked by Hollywood industry (writers producers directors talent) as one of the most influential popular female character on The Hollywood Reporters 50 best female characters of all time. The only DC Arrowverse character to make that list and then when The Hollywood Reporter opened it up to the public she was voted as the most popular female character of all time by a significant majority. That's not the only significant Felicity Smoak achievement but it's one of her most recent and note worthy.

Ten or fifteen jealous or threatened voices on the internet over a female character being either more popular then their fave female character or actually having a back bone and doing something beside batting her eyelashes at the male lead does not a consensus make. Sorry.

Funny, if you regard what's going on in facebook, reddit, under Flash acct tweets one could say Iris stopped being a fan favorite too the moment she hooked up with Barry, odd thing how misogyny works isn't?

Felicity is still a fan favorite btw but i suppose that's something only Arrow fans would know

My personal favorite is "She was better when she was just the comic relief."

Agreed. I think to Iris getting back together with him and saying "Screw the future" was her agreeing to the proposal, although I think officially that's not a verbal contract.

Okay, from that sneak peek of Iris and Barry when they mention Laurel as one of the people they've lost - holy crap, they never met! Caitlin at least met her even if they never spoke onscreen. Barry saying it would've made some sense, albeit Cisco the most since he clearly had a crush and Laurel had called him a friend. But Iris and Laurel never spoke! Ever! They never even stood in the same room together silently.

Sometimes I think I'd prefer it if someone said, "I hate X because they're in the way of the ship I like" instead of trying to come up with "reasons" to justify the hate because most of the time, those "reasons" are awful and/or nothing that is ever actually shown onscreen.

Really?  They think Routh should be more embarrassed by working with Seth Rogan and Elizabeth Banks that by this[url=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1013860/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_28} turkey?[/url]

Oliver's making dinner for everyone in the lair. WD and Dinah come in after a B-mission, and Oliver calls him over, then rips off the mask, washes it, and uses it to drain the noodles that are perfectly al dente.

You mean Felicity never physically and verbally abused Oliver and also raped and drugged him before viciously deciding to murder 100 million people at Haven Rock just because she could? You don't say.
