Her tears felt real, you can tell she is used to dealing with crazy. Ramona with her fake tears doesn't have one honest regret, not one, which means she is bound to repeat her awful behavior. But then the scene between Bethenny and Sonja happens and I am laughing so hard tears are coming down. Being drunk is never an excuse for being nasty and Dorinda accepted herself that she can be really nasty. Bethenny is not the only person who has said this to her obviously, the people close to her have let her know before.
