There was yet another belligerent drunk woman in Warwick.  It turns out they treated her better than she treated them.  Good on Officer Marshall for trying to educate that old dude and good on Curley for backing her up and more.

I'm still quite disappointed in how little they have shown Pasco lately.

Franklin County doesn't want to be a Salinas or Gwinett I guess. Gonna help fill in the Greene County crazy quota until we get Craigmyle and Lor and Co back! I'm watching the repeat from earlier tonight after not watching for awhile. I know a holiday is approaching but I wish they could have gotten someone to fill in for Dan and told him to go home to rest his voice. It's a bit painful trying to listen to his raspy voice.

I wish they could have anyone fill in for Dan the past two nights.   He must feel horrible, and the poor officer sitting next to him looked very uncomfortable.     There must be someone who could substitute for a couple of nights.

They had Ashleigh Banfield sub for him awhile back. She and other hosts of live shows on HLN were let go in Oct. so if she was in town they should have asked her to step in. I felt bad for the officer guest since he was probably hoping he wouldn't catch whatever Dan has and end up sick on Thanksgiving. Tom was probably hoping the same.

He sounded terrible and it may have been better to have someone fill in. But he didn't necessarily feel horrible. If his colds are anything like mine tend to be, he may have felt fine (the stage when my voice sounds like that is also when I feel perfectly fine otherwise).

It must have hit him fast, because he was on GMA Friday morning and his voice was fine then. I felt bad for his voice.  

Was Racist dude, in Warwick, wife filming out the door. It looked like she was at one point.  I hope all his neighbors see what a racist ass he is.

Drunk lady was too much.  I know her sister died, but I bet she had been that blotto before.  Also, it seems like they have more problems with women at bars than men.

Dan sounds a lot better, and I thought it was hysterical that Tom and Sticks were teasing him about it.    

I think we're going to see a lot more of released pending testing on drugs situations, because some jurisdictions have stopped field testing drugs because of the danger to officers handling them, and overdosing on Fentanyl.      I wanted to slap his girlfriend who just wouldn't shut up.

The son in Nye County who acted all calm and cool about tying his mother and brother to beds is horrible. The son, his wife and a friend were arrested on multiple charges. The theory is they were doing all this and stealing their disability checks. So sick!

I love how Dan couldn't say the tow company name on TV, but called it desert towing or something similar, and Tom and Sticks were having hysterics.   Dan sounded better, but still not 100%.    

I'm glad the man, his wife, and friend who were holding the people captive were charged.     That's the issue with having social security going to payees for people declared incompetent, is apparently it's not that difficult to get it started going to others, but difficult to stop that.    I be that was what was going on with the mother, and brother in this case.    Here's an article about the charges:   https://pvtimes.com/news/3-pahrump-residents-arrested-on-false-imprisonment-charges-64071/   If that's not allowed, then Google Nye County Nevada news, and look at the District Attorney's report, and it's on the bottom of the page.  

It chills me to the bone that the POS son/brother was trying to get guardianship over his brother.    My guess is as soon as he didn't need him or the mother any longer, they would have disappeared.    I only hope that the man, and the two women (one was his girlfriend, and one was the nanny for the kids, and I think a live-in), are convicted, and everyone in their prison know exactly what they're like.     I don't think the general population will be kind to them, and I don't care what happen to any of them.

If I remember it right, they arrested him on DWSL (for some reason I though he also said habitual, but I'm not positive) and resisting arrest. Since his wife (the passenger) didn't have her's on her, she called someone to drive the car home.

It's amazing how many people (most of those who look like they are over 30) who want to play Youtube lawyers and play games when the police officer asks them over and over again to provide I.D. or to put the car in park etc...  After the third time, the officer should just break the driver's window, unlock the door and drag their ass out and handcuff them, that would get their attention.  Mommy and Daddy probably never disciplined these morons  so they still think they don't have to abide to the laws and rules.

The sovereign citizen garbage is getting old too, with the denial of authorities right to challenge anything they do.   

 The traveler (the people they warn you about with the home repair and asphalt scams)that was on the show, I think last week,  that refused to identify himself, probably also had warrants out when they ran his prints, that's pretty common with that crowd.  

They still haven't found the NC girl yet?   How sad.   

And I guess the girl from Wisconsin is still missing also.   

 

So what are the two tenants on in the Franklin case now, booze or drugs or both?     I guess that was a family case of some kind?   My guess is the daughter who's the landlord will have to get the unwanted tenants out with the help of the deputies, or who ever gives you the boot in Franklin County.     Another reason I'll never be a landlord.  

What an interesting night for Franklin OH to be featured, with tons of drunk college students.

On the new police patrol episode there's a rerun (I guess they're all from Live PD) about some loon found laying down in a field in Nye County.    The man is totally buzzed (drunk?), and was told to wait for a friend to pick him up, and of course, he doesn't and gets pulled over.     Guess what his day job is?   Yes, school bus driver-I hope it was his last day at that job.

There have been a lot of PIT maneuvers lately.  Perhaps they should invent one where they bump the drunk & drugged with their body so the oblivious & Jesus dancers spin out onto the lawn or carpet and are easier to subdue. It would probably look like the perp was bumping into them on camera.

Re: Dan's voice. Same here with the raspy voice after a cold. Happens to me too. Altho he probably felt just fine, he had some laryngitis. He does need to rest his voice or it doesn't heal. As we all can tell, he still had a bit leftover this weekend. Maybe he will be fine for the Wednesday special episode.

I'm watching the Rewind of the Nye County imprisonment case where the mother and brother were strapped down, and held captive for months by the son/brother, his wife, and the nanny.     The man's explanation is chilling, and his POS wife telling the investigator her lame excuses are obviously to claim she was an innocent party.

I hope the man, his wife, and the nanny all get many years in prison, and the other prisoners know what they did.      I hate to think how much worse it would have been if the son/brother had actually managed to get control of the mother and brother's money.    My suspicion is that the desert in Nye County would have been where they ended up, with the checks coming in forever.
