We did hear he had a rehab girlfriend, and wanted to marry her. A blind item, but still.

That's one of those blind items I could see being true. I think Josh loves his kids but would be more than happy to ride off in the sunset with a new girlfriend and leave Anna behind at the TTH. His reaction to M#4 pretty much summed up his attitude towards life at that point.

That's why Jesus Jail was such a joke. Josh has been a Gothard kid for close to thirty years. He can rattle off platitudes and Bible verses in his sleep. I doubt there's been any deep soul searching going on during the six months he was away.

Somehow I want this to be TRUE only because it would prove the the world how messed up all their "teachings" are. Being one and done is damaging to any kid that needs to find his own mate not someone that "agreed" to be with him.

I hate calling RU Jesus jail. It's basically Jesus'-No-Responsibly-Bible-Summer-Camp. Jesus Jail is the life sentence waiting back in Arkansas. No hope of parole. Better put up a Rita Hayworth poster and start digging.

Look closely at Josh's face in the photo (he's not even looking at the camera).  Look at his eyes.  If looks could kill!

 

Notice his mouth has one corner up and one corner down.  That's the microexpression for contempt.

 

Contempt toward the kid, contempt toward Anna...

 

If you ask me, he really did rough up Danica.  He had to take it out on some female object, and a prostitute was a religiously justifiable means because, you know, sinners.    In his eyes, Danica was Anna, Danica was the baby... which was a filthy dirty female.

He's not a happy chap. There's also the weird way his hand is sitting on Anna's hip. The big FAMILY reminder on the bookcase. Josh: you have options. I'm sure Anna has her fertility chart on the fridge. Make sure you don't heyheyhey around the days which say FERTILE.

I recall reading in one of the Duggers' books that their sexual choices are quite limited. I don't recall what was written (although I looked all over the place trying to find the quote) but at the time, I was completely shocked that they had such a vanilla approach. If I remember, oral sex is off the table, as well as most "positions".

I only recall because I wondered how the hell a fundie woman would ever orgasm given such limited "allowable" practices.

Having spent time among Fundies, I'm not surprised that the Gothard devotees would have to set a higher standard for themselves. It's almost a competition to see which group of Fundies is more pious than another. I used to speak truth to power at a really young age..

.That's not even in the Bible..."We know that, but we set a higher standard to set ourselves apart as a witness ". OK but if it's a choice...then why is it a rule to join the church?

Fundie schools used to threaten kids who even ate at a restaurant that served alcohol or who went to a movie even to see a G rated movie ....with certain expulsion.

Not surprised that given limited sex education the Gothard bunch would eschew sites like TMB and Covenant Spice as too mainstream. After all most of these ATI automatons don't let their kids attend a brick and mortar school, trade school, or college of any kind. Besides isn't everything I would need to know be taught in Wisdumb Booklets or spoon fed to me as required and need to know? Just like Anna telling poor simple Prissy what delights she could possibly expect from The Fabulous One on her wedding night.

Encouraging participation in Fundie websites not ATI approved might let those wimmins know they had a right to not only wish for sexual pleasure but to receive it. The last thing the headship should hear is to find out what a selfish and insensitive lout he is in the bed, right?

I imagine Gothard sanctioned sex is just as exciting as everything else we know about the Duggars...boring!!!!!

Let's not forget Michelle Duggar quickly proclaiming that there didn't need to be modesty standards for footwear (when a foot fetish is the most common fetish out there) when their cult leader had a creepy foot fetish whilst claiming to be a sworn virgin. Really? The fact I hat they follow this creep and regard his teachings as manna from heaven should be enough to give anyone pause

I believe she made 90% of the whole thing up and when it was time to put up or shut up and pay Josh's attorney fees, she shut up.  I don't think cheapskate Boob paid her anything.  Obviously Josh had proof that he was not wherever or doing whatever.  Plus, her attorney was most likely on a contingency plan and decided it was a losing game. 

 

This is no way takes away from the loser I believe Josh to be.  But feel that this girl is nothing more than a GoldDuggar and should know better.  She has children.  If nothing else she should have thought of Anna and the M's.

No kidding. This raises way more questions than it answers. Why didn't he dispute it in the media earlier? Why did he slink off to RU? Just to get away from his family for a while? What did he actually do that constituted "cheating on Anna"? What made Danica think she could get away with filing the lawsuit? What did pass between them? Etc. Very strange stuff all around.

RadarOnline's LATEST SHOCKING DOCUMENT. It's the stipulation of dismissal. Key points: Ms Dillon voluntarily agrees to have her case dismissed with prejudice, and that no one has or will be paying her any money to resolve the matter. In short, she gets nothing.

I'm guessing Josh's documents may have potentially incriminated her, as in an investigation into potential criminal charges against her may have been launched if those documents were presented to the court.

So the case has been dismissed.  Happy for Anna and the kids.  As much as I dislike Josh, it does suck to be falsely accused of something like that.  I must admit the story always seemed a bit fishy to me- if someone roughs you up once, why go back again?  And yet, there must have been some sort of connection there- maybe just online or phone sex?

 

Is there any chance that Josh will sue Danica for libel or slander?  I mean, he has no job, his prospects are dried up, and he has a wife and 4 kids.  Plus his father is Jim Bob Duggar.  You would think they are planning the lawsuit as we speak.

If I had to read between the lines, my guess is the attorney finally realized Boob would cut off his dick before he'd settle with a porn star and the attorney dropped the case like a hot potato.

He could have saved himself the trouble if only he'd come here first. The real world doesn't know the Duggars like we do, lol.

The worst part of this whole Danica Debacle is the ammunition that it will give the leghumpers: "See, the Duggers really ARE an awesome, special, super-neat family being persecuted for their Christian beliefs by the agents of Satan! We believed that Josh was being victimized by that lying whore and he's been vindicated!"

And in a weird twist of leghumper logic, this "vindication" will not only absolve Josh of having abusive sex with Danica, but will also absolve him of being an Ashley Madison client and of molesting his sisters.

I know.  This just gives the whole Josh redemption tour more fuel for his re-found holiness.  This just sucks to think of pasty boy making headlines for being 'wronged'.   I think I'll just post one of his 3 apology versions each day.  The heart of Satan one was my favorite of all.

The whole Anna more children - Josh none situation. It takes two to make babies (for Fundies) and two to communicate. Neither one can be 'blamed' for M4. They both did it.

I don't think Josh was honest with Anna, certainly not at the beginning. They took an oath at their wedding that they would not use contraception.

I know as Gothardites that they don't believe in birth control, but I had no idea they pledged this at their wedding. Anyway, Anna certainly can't force Josh to impregnate her. And Josh knows about fertility. I just don't get the Anna hating on this one.

Not hating on Anna for doing as she was raised to do.  Giving her major side-eye for hoping to keep doing it after all that's happened.

 

Josh really should have scheduled an out of town conference and had himself snipped.  Anna might have suspected once she suddenly wasn't able to become pregnant, but hey, just tell her that this is the number of blessings the Lord felt was right for their family.  I suspect that there are at least some other Quiverfull women out there who would secretly wish the Lord would shut down their own uterus.
