Mika asked Dr. Dave to wear a white lab coat in his latest appearances on the show so he looked more professional when giving medical opinions after the debacle in January.

Joe has contacted Google & YouTube and asked them to remove the clip on Morning Joe where Dr Dave  said people didn't have to worry about the Coronavirus in January. They should focus on the flu.

Google & You Tube have yet to scrub the video despite Joe's rant.

Joe is upset that Trump said contradictory things about China and the WHO.  Willie says that the WHO covered for China.

Joe says that the president tweeted in favor of President Xi on January 24.  Joe pretends that he was on top of coronavirus in January.  Thanks to Oakville we know that is not true.

Joe is in love with these same four or five points.  This is very lazy for a guy who makes millions. 

I imagine Joe sitting at home eating steak and drinking wine (and Costco cake teddysmom) and writing out his " talking points." Mika probably encourages this laughs at Joe.

Joe said the briefings are hurting Trump.  Joe said people like Andrew Cuomo's briefings.  Joe yelled at the president, "Donald, these press conferences are bad for America."  Joe, take it up with MSNBC. They don't even care what Joe thinks.

Joe says doctors and nurses are dying.  Joe says nurses across America, not only in New York, but Michigan and Florida, are dying.  Joe says that Trump said the nurses did not need masks.  Trump did not care that nurses were dying, according to Joe.  

Adrian Elrod appeared remotely.  She thinks the Democrats are going to have a virtual convention.

BBC just said that it's hard to really blame WHO for China reporting, as they were doing it as events unfolded and couldn't be sure if their numbers were accurate or not at the time.

The 30 second discussion with Hans to tell us that money for WHO could be funneled from here or there was so senseless. 

And Mika and Joe's devil may care attitude is so pathetic.  Do your homework! Invite a health expert on to explain it to you.

They would only have had to go no farther than CNN to read Bill Gates comments that  halting funding to the WHO at this time is "as dangerous as it sounds". 

Not that we  need Bill Gates to say that but it still makes me better knowing that someone with an invested interest in global health,  is speaking out.

I hope Joe and Mika watched Gov. Cuomo's press conference today. He explained why there aren't enough tests quite well. It's a genuinely difficult problem. 

And sitting around arrogantly saying "testing, testing, testing" isn't going to make them magically appear.

Republican Sen. Kennedy was on Fox News talking about the country reopening.  Joe is mad that Sen. Kennedy wants to reopen things.

Joe says that China and the World Health Organization are responsible for deaths from Covid 19, in addition to the president. 

Joe thinks we cannot reopen the government with widespread testing.

He made fun of Sen. Kennedy's accent.  Someone needs to tell Joe that his accent impersonations are just tired.

Willie thinks Republicans want to reopen the economy and do not care if people get sick.  Obviously the considerations are different in Nebraska versus New York.

DC is shut down through May 15, as ordered by the mayor yesterday.  They did not mention that.

Haven’t heard the first hour in a while.  Wow, what a lot of high-pitched, loud shouting competition between Joe and Mika.  Jonathan Lemire’s placid expression told me he was tuning it out.  I even agree with them, but would be shuffling away if I were anywhere near them.

Mika yelled that the president wasted Dr. Birx's time by making her sit at a press conference. 

Mika, Dr. Birx is an adult, a medical doctor, and an ambassador, and can sit there if she wants.  Mika acts like a giant five year old. 

Mika doesn't realize that women can think for themselves. 

Mika just because you let Joe tell you what to do doesn't mean that other women let men control them.

Joe is upset that Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil support reopening businesses.  They showed Fox News footage of Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz talking about the costs of keeping things shut down.

Joe has carefully analyzed the data and wants everything to stay closed.  Joe said lives will be lost due to the propaganda.  Joe asks what the hell is going on with these crazy people who want things to reopen.

Willie says we should not listen to "tv doctors."

John Heileman is wearing an Eddie Bauer vest in his kitchen. John Heileman says he doesn't know these tv doctors, but John knows that Trump will gamble with our lives.

Mika's already short hair keeps getting a little bit shorter every day.   She's not dealing well with the isolation and instead of biting her nails, she hacks off a little bit more hair every  night.   Pretty soon she'll have a buzz cut.  

She does look good in red this morning, though.  The color, not the style.

I loved Willie explaining to Dr. Phil that car accidents and swimming pools aren't contagious like the coronavirus.   (And why does anybodyt have to explain that to doctor???😖)

Joe used to avoid interviews with the Democratic Presidential candidates if they weren't doing well in the polls.

Joe avoided the interview with Gov Cuomo earlier this week after Joe complained Andrew Cuomo getting a Covid 19 test despite having lower TV ratings than Morning Joe.

Joe disappeared during the interview with former friend of the show Wes Moore. Wes now runs a charity & Joe was terrified of having to commit to having to make a financial contribution to Wes's charity.

Morning Joe has done a poor job of discussing the financial & health effects on the 22 million people that have filed unemployment insurance claims in the last 3 weeks.

ITA. Baggy v neck sweaters do no one any favors appearance wise.  That sweater just makes the girls look like she mashed the potatoes and put them back in the bags.

I thought Joe pointed out people will have to pump their own gas and use self check out and it's hard on them.   I mean, I've seen people break down in tears at the Shell Station on the corner when they can't figure out what octane level to use or if they want a receipt. 

I am joking of course but yes the financial effects of losing your job wouldn't occur to Douche and Screech.  I even read that those of us lucky enough to work in essential jobs are feeling grief at just the world changing, fear of getting sick,  and not being sure of what's going to happen.

Indianapolis Police Dept lost a female officer last week, 24 years old, shot & killed responding to a domestic call.  They couldn't even have a proper funeral for her due to the virus and social distancing. I happened to turn on the tv when they covered the  procession and the dispatcher did the "end of watch" announcement. It was heart breaking. 

Mika thinks she's suffering because she's stranded in FL and can't have KYV shaminars or go to France for her bi annual face lift/boob adjustment.

OMG those roots! Maybe she's cutting her hair every day as a way of letting her natural color come in and thinks that we won't notice? Her platinum has turned brassy, too. Surely she can make a trip to any grocery or drugstore and pick up a box of Clairol. Or maybe, but unlikely, she's using this as a way to really know her value and give up and just be her natural self? Yeah, no.

I tuned in today to Mika's terrified voice asking Meacham a question about the virus...his response was "...when Lyndon Johnson had just been sworn in...blah, blah, blah." Not exactly the news I need in the morning. What an inconsequential bore. He's fast earning my vote for the boot off the show. Dr. Dave the laser spinal surgeon can go with him.

Phil, BTW, is not a medical doctor.  He has a PhD. 

And why are Joe, Mika and Willie any more qualified to throw out their opinions on COVID than any of these "TV" doctors.

I think Mika is jealous of Stephanie. Stephanie was able to take trips on a private jet with the CEO & get free athletic clothing from Under Armour.

Mika is stuck at home in Florida in a breakfast nook with Joe who insists on playing his guitar throughout the day. 

Joe no longer has access to the NBC private jet.

It's likely that Joe didn't want to pay their personal assistants a bonus during the pandemic to do extra shopping for them. Joe has complained about not getting a bonus this year because advertising revenues on the show are down despite good ratings.

Willie was right when he said that morning Joe has a smart audience. We know that comparing Covid 19 death to car accidents or swimming pool accidents is not relevant .

We also know that Joe comparing this to the war in Afghanistan or Iraq is also not relevant.

Willie did not complain about Joe using those metrics to describe this crisis.

Willie shouldn't describe Dr Dave as an infectious disease specialist. He is a spinal surgeon not an epidimiologist.

I like Willie more on his Sunday  Today TV show where he doesn't have to defer to Mika & Joe's latest opinions.

Joe says Americans fear easing restrictions on lockdowns.  This is according to some poll Joe made up in his head, I guess.

Joe said Trump is just like the communist Chinese government.  Joe's all over the place.  Edward Luce told Joe that Covid originated in China so they have some blame.

Joe says everyone knew about coronavirus in January. Joe didn't say one fucking thing about it except to have a guest compare it to flu.  

Jonathan Lemire says Trump was worried about the impeachment trial in January. 

Mika says Joe Biden saw coronavirus coming in January.  I wish Joe and Mika would get Biden on the show to present his view.
